Our server was great and the food outstanding. The interior decor is nice but tables are pretty close. Strip mall location detracts somewhat.
Everything was as wonderful as always.
Chianti reminds me of my favorite New York Italian restaurant. Great Vibe
The food was absolutely wonderful. We had excellent service and felt like we were back in Italy. The place was packed so the noise level was high, but it did not impact your ability to hear conversation across the table. We will return!
Excellent meal and service! This was our second visit and we’ll be back. The Cioppino was fantastic!
Excellent wine offerings. The food was delicious and our waiter made several food suggestions.
One of our local favorites! Food, service, everything was spot on. We will always come back.
Outstanding cuisine and waitstaff, as always. Quite busy early on a Saturday night, with moderate noise level.
We had eaten at Chiant's pre-COVID. The service was impeccable and the food was divine. We met friends there over the weekend and were embarrassed we had suggested the place. It took 2.5 hours to eat. Space TIGHT! Servers were reaching over people to get wine out of the rack. Our server was moved to the outside section part way though our service. They forgot to bring my dinner out. The new server knew zero about wine service and literally dumped the bottle in our glasses and then never asked us if we wanted another bottle, considering from that point dinner was over an hour out, it was a bad call. Our server told us our order was delayed because of a $500 to go order. I'm sorry, I'm in the restaurant ordering food and drinks and those there got put on a back burner. That is complete garbage. I don't know that we will ever go back. Zane's is down the street and very tasty.
Great food, great service, but crammed tightly together table to table…no 6’ margin and extremely loud! Love the people and this place, but intimate it is NOT anymore!!!
Very nice. Enjoyed
It had been 2-3 years since we had dined at Chianti's so we were excited to see if they were still as good as we remembered. The good news? They are.
- Calamaretti: nice ratio of rings and tentacles, lightly battered and fried, and mixed with delicately fried zucchini. Excellent.
- Tortelloni alla Parmigiana: beautiful hand-made tortelloni in a delectable sauce.
- Saltimbocca alla Romana: excellently rendered dish with a silky, chardonnay wine sauce.
I have to say one of the most impressive things about Chianti's is they really know how to cook pasta. Both my wife's tortelloni and my side of fettucine were cooked to an absolutely perfect al dente.
Service inattentive, food over cooked , absolutely a disappointment! And in no way on par with sister restaurant Venice where we had an amazing overall experience
The food was delicious. Small and casual with excellent servoce
Very cute traditional Italian restaurant. Food is delicious and the staff are amazing.
Excellent meal and service. Definitely will go back.
This was my first time to this restaurant. Excellent food and service!
The food and service is great- but some of the seating is less than desirable.
Great dinner. Restaurant is a little small and crowded.
Excellent food and an amazing wine list. Be sure to reserve in advance!
Way too crowded
Tables too close together
I enjoy Venice more
Food was excellent. We love the restaurant.
The ceiling tiles seemed in need of attention.
Very enjoyable experience. The server was delightful, the service was attentive, the food was excellent. It's a classy restaurant.
The staff was very efficient, kind and patient. We had 9 women there from our book club and they politely agreed to separate checks which we all know is not an easy task. Dinner was excellent!
The pasta was excellent! Our waiter was attentive and fun.
Enjoyed a very pleasant dining experience at Chianti's. Our server was very professional and accommodating to our requests. Food and wine served were excellent. A favorite Italian restaurant and will be returning again.
Great place. I go there all the time. Recommend to all my friends
Great Italian food! Probably the best in Denver. Cynthia was our server, and she was delightful. Love the wall murals showing the hill towns of Tuscany!
Food and service was so good. Our waiter was funny and very good at recommending food and drink. Building is a little old, but tables set up nice
Great service, delicious food, great presentation, clean & organized restaurant
Wonderful, homemade Italian food with friendly service! It's in a strip-mall setting, but has cute indoor and ample outdoor seating. We tried their pasta Pomodoro and Limoncello salad, which came with homemade bread. Both of us loved our food and our server was very knowledgeable, helpful and very sweet. There weren't very many vegetarian option listed on the menu, but she helped us navigate and decide. Keeping it simple worked for us. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the Denver Tech Center area.
We had an absolutely delicious dinner. We started with the calamari and cocktails which was really crisp fresh and yummy. I had one of the nightly specials which was a shrimp dish in a brandy cream sauce. It was awesome! My husband had the chicken parmesan and he really enjoyed it!
Really liked this restaurant. The food choices are authentic albeit slightly modified to meet American tastes (creamier and more abundant sauces than you get in Italy). The sauce that came with the Venetian-style crab cakes was excellent. Our server was super friendly and super efficient. The bread - baked in-house - is to die for - on a par with the best in Italy. Will definitely return.
Local Gem - I have taken two groups to Chianti this fall. We have been pleased both times - great food, charming service, quaint and homey feel. I am in the process of booking another group for early November. Wish me luck!
Spiros (sorry if spelling incorrect) was such an amazing waiter! The best we may have ever had! He was knowledgeable, hilarious, and kind! The food...oh my! So authentic and unique! Homemade fresh pasta and the sauces indescribable! We were so full we could not do dessert-- the main entre portions are not small, but not ridiculously big like so many these days! We cannot wait to go back!
Chianti Ristorante has a great atmosphere. The service was great. The server was very helpful with our wine and dinner choice.
Spiro was an excellent server. Great food and service
The food was incredible but the service was a little off. The servers were trying very hard but they were incredibly rushed the whole time. I imagine that they are short staffed like most places right now. I would certainly go back for the food!
Very good!! I would go again!
Only thing I didn’t like was , it was kinda tight fitting next to the next table…crowded!
But would still go back!
