Chianti Grill - Roseville

We were celebrating 2 birthdays and was disappointed you did not offer ice cream or some treat. I forgot my birthday "gift" card I received and was bummed I could not get $$ off. I had my card with. You need to send these via email or text as most places with birthday rewards when you sign up. But maybe you are happy when we leave them at home accidentally.

Food and presentation excellent as always.

It was a packed house and we were in a group of eight, so it was hard to hear folks on the other side of the table. At a less busy time it would have been easier. Our servers were quite attentive.

Food not quite as good as it used to be, but everything else is great. Will return.

Had the one of the days specials, I had the Walleye. It was delicious!

I go to Chianti Grill often with friends. I like the food, service, and atmosphere. The music is at a reasonable level, so I can have a pleasant conversation with friends. We always get the booth seating we ask for in our reservations. It's a great place!

Loved the ambiance the most!

We had to take an 11:30 reservation due to no others available. My friends and 8 knew we would want to linger and were worried about not turning over the table. It turned out to be really bad weather and many did not venture out for lunch that day so restaurant ended up being really slow. No worries about lingering and waitress was great about still checking on us and filling water glasses. Sat for 4 hours. It was a great lunch. Hats off to the staff.

I enjoyed dinner here with a friend. It was a quiet weeknight and forecast snow probably contributed some to that as well. We were seated in a comfortable booth. The waiter was pleasant and explained the specials to us. We both chose the squash ravioli special that came with a side salad and bread. All were very good and it was enough food to be satisfied. The evening was not extraordinary, but it was a very nice evening and we appreciated the ability to hold a conversation without having to yell to be heard. I will return.

We were happy to receive the prompt and friendly service. Food arrived quickly. Our request for booth seating was honored. Appreciate that loud music isn't blasting, so that we could have a conversation at the table. Good quality food.

Good food, great cocktail menu and the service was efficient.

We were celebrating my husband‘s 80th birthday. We have been to the Chianti Grill many times. It was excellent as usual. We will be back again very soon.

It is a beautiful place. Parking was no problem. We had reservations so they seated us immediately. The beverage and food menu are plentiful. My husband order the crab cakes and said it wasn’t that good. I had the special which was Butternut squash tortellini which was delicious. The Bloody Mary I ordered was like an hors d’oeuvre. It had big chunks of cheese and olives. “Loved it.” Staff were friendly and helpful. Explained things clearly. The prices were a bit high so will only return if we have a special occasion.

We had a very pleasant experience from the moment we walked in the door. Staff was friendly and professional. Our Server was very accommodating and did an excellent job with out table. I will definitely go again and recommend others to do the same.

We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The food was good. Service was excellent. Prices for lunch were on the high side.

We were seated immensely. The server was very nice! We had delicious dinners and the timing was perfect.

Chainti Grill has a very nice atmosphere and it is mostly quiet and NO TV's going in the background. The food was served nice and hot. We ordered the steaks and they were cooked as requested. Wait service was attentive without being overbearing.

Chianti has the very best gluten-free food. Even pasta is great!

Sunday brunch is always delicious. Prices have gone up though but still worth it.

Creme brulee was so so, and the server seemed a bit grumpy despite being professional, but overall this place is an amazing value. Two entrees of this quality, a bottle of wine, and dessert for 100 bucks is hard to find in the twin cities.

Our waitress was very accommodating (suggested replacing my side w/ a side from the specials - then I couldn’t decide, so I had both & shared w/ my date). She was great! Even the Mgr stepped in & made some cocktail sauce because I had requested some, but they don’t have it on their menu.

I had their walleye special my date had a fabulous steak (sorry, I’m not sure what cut, but it (16 oz) was way more than he needed to eat) but said it was so good he ended up eating it all. Then of course we split the side of Butternut Squash Ravioli.

All was perfect & I highly recommend this particular restaurant!!

Very nice place, friendly, attentive server. The steak was overcooked, but removed from our bill. We were there celebrating a birthday and assumed a free birthday dessert would be offered, but were charged for it.

We had Sunday brunch on this visit to the Roseville Chianti Grill and, as usual, had a very enjoyable time. The staff work hard to keep the many buffet trays and serveware full which is pretty impressive considering the large selection of items available. We always make sure to also have an omelet made by the nice bartender which is included in the price of the buffet. Great food, great service, and a pretty good price at under $20 for this buffet.

I think the price for a glass of pop is terrible at $3.50. I also believe they should offer a senior discount for their brunch

Our wait staff representative was AMAZING, she was very helpful, patient and timely with every item ordered from beverages, lunch entrees and assistance with dessert and coffee. It made celebrating my friends 70th Birthday a great experience. In fact, I had such a good time I returned the next day to have lunch with another friend.

We called the restaurant to let them know that we are going to be 15 minutes late for our 32 anniversary dinner reservation. When we arrived they had released our table to someone else and made us wait 20 minutes and placed us in a very noisy part of the restaurant. Horrible experience.

Love the Shrimp and Lobster Linguine- my favorite! Great service by our server John!

Very pleasant staff, excellent food; always enjoyable!

I ordered the walleye sandwich and spent my time pulling fish bones out of my mouth. It was embarrassing. Never had that amount of bones in my fish before.

Chianti Grill was very nice. Food was really good and reasonably priced. I would/will go again, recommend to family and friends, and take my family and friends who visit from out of state.
