   The food does not disappoint at Chianti but this time my linguini got a little cold while I waited for everyone at our table (of 4) to be served. They were very busy for a Wednesday night. I booked several weeks in advance, but they were not able to accommodate my request for a booth or our favorite server. I think every table was filled by 6:30 pm. In addition, our check was split in half and we presented 2 credit cards but she charged my card for both halves... We did get birthday tiramisu.

   Had a wonderful evening with our daughter for dinner! It’s nice to be one on one to catch up on life and share in conversation. The food was excellent as well was the serve we received from Janet!

   Chanti is always a really good meal with very nice people. The servers know the menu choices and drink options very well. The quality of the food is always good and consistently exceeds expectations. It is truly a south of the river gem!

    The $5.00 caesar salad was bare of dressing. No taste. Strange! The cosmo martini had no alcohol in it whatsoever.

    Thank you Chianti Grill Burnsville for a great evening. The food was amazing, the SKY FALL cab and merlot where excellent. I'm so glad I brought my father there for his 89th birthday, he loved it!

    We were celebrating a special birthday and had made a reservation a month prior on OpenTable for 6 people and when we got to the restaurant, they only had it down for 4 people even though I had received 3 confirmations that stated 6 people. At first they told us it would be over an hour wait for a table of 6 and after I said that was not happening it was their error not ours, and they did create a table for us. I did feel like they rushed us through the whole meal and we were done with everything in just over an hour. Also, the big cake that they used to give to celebrate birthdays was no longer available and we had to pay for the birthday guest to have a birthday dessert, which was fine, but it just wasn’t the same as it was in the past.

    The Chianti Grill continues to go downhill each year. Our Crab Cakes were disgusting ~ they used to be better then anywhere in the World. Steak was undercooked. The “manager” with the shoulder length, dark hair, was snarky, as always, never making me feel welcome.

    This trip no complaints. We really had a wonderful dinner. Our server, can’t rember her name was tremendous. Everything came in a very timely manner and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Well done Chianti….

    Johnny our server is wonderful and fun! The pasta I got was too sour and he happily offered to redo the dish with a different sauce. Excellent service overall.
