Most people were there for the buffet so the staff largely ignored us and we had to flag people down to get the right number of menus, to get our drink orders in, and to get plates for sharing the shareable foods. Our main courses didn’t come out together because some things were forgotten, and the food wasn’t great. The place was very pretty, but the service was disorganized and slow and the food was disappointing. I would not recommend it.

This was another great experience! We went there for lunch the previous day and returned for dinner the next day. Both were most memorable dining experiences in Philadelphia!

The customer service was exquisite. The Easter buffet was delicious with lots of options. This was a lunch buffet, so there were no breakfast options as you would be familiar with brunch. The lunch buffet consisted of various meats, cheeses, toss salad with dressing, shrimp cocktail, and mussels for starters. The soup of the day was wild mushroom and truffle. There was also three types of bread options, meats (lamb and beef), baked salmon, and cooked carrots and baby potatoes. The dessert table was littered with mini tart cups of various sweets, cakes, macarons, mini chocolates, and mini creme brulee. The Easter Bunny hopped in to say hello to everyone and pass along eggs to the children. My husband and I were satisfied with our buffet choices and "rolled" ourselves out of the restaurant. We will return to Chez Collette again for an afternoon tea or meal. We love the little restaurant and service.

We had buffet for brunch and everything was fresh and delicious. There was a variety of choices as well, a the coffee and service was very good.
