Fantastic service and amazing food!

When in town, we love to visit Chevys. Food, ambience and service was above average. The chips were not warm and only offered one type of salsa for the chip dipping. I miss the 'old' salsa. I also miss the old chip/tortilla maker they used to have--you knew the chips were fresh then. I ordered tacos and they were very good.

Food and server were great. A bit of an issue with the greeters and seating during COVID. I understand Florida does not have a limit on indoor seating, but if the restaurant is not full why fill in all tables right next to each other rather than spacing out parties when you have empty sections?

Overall the experience was good, however it was not great. The food was cold, and it was average. I have been to other locations and they have been significantly better. I was disappointed with the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the patio. I wont be returning to this location, but I am willing to give other locations a try.

If you have concerns about Covid, I would recommend not going to this restaurant at this time. Tables are not distanced sufficiently from each other and they are using every one of them! Saw more than one staff member wearing their masks under their noses. Food is very good as is the service. Just wish they cared more about the health of their customers at this time.

Good food, great service, able to make reservations via Open Table 20 minutes before dinner, saving us a good hour plus wait vice walkup.

Busy but our table was ready and the meal was good. Plenty of chips and salsa.

We come to the campground 4x a year from Tampa and always eat at Chevys when we’re here. We love the queso and shells and the kids love the experience and build your own sundae. Thanks for another great visit.

They were very busy and short staffed. We had a great waiter but he also had many other tables with large parties. We were patient with him but there were times when we had to flag other people down but the other people were also busy. Food was delicious as always.

Love this place! Stephani our server was exceptional! We will return when we are back in Orlando. Fresh food and service is 5 ⭐️.

We had requested the outside and though it was a bit cold the drinks warmed us up. It was a great reunion after long months of quarantine. The tacos, house margaritas & queso were delicious. The complimentary chips & salsa kept coming. There was a tv where we were seated so it was perfect to catch up on the games score. Arturo our server as packed as it was inside never forgot our outside table. He was great. Thanks to all who made our dinner special as they sung happy birthday to our teenager.

Really really bad services. You have to wait more than 15 min to get a napkin. Horrible. Never again

This place does not care about your safety or the safety of their staff! Some servers wore masks, but we saw many walking around with them pulled down beneath their noses, chins and not present at all. We selected this restaurant because Chevy's has usually been very good; however, the food was below Taco Bell standards, at best! When I asked our server why people were seated so closely and masks were not being enforced, she was visibly upset that management just won't be bothered. She asked if she could send a Mgr over when I pointed out the large sign that was present when we entered the building by the host stand, stating that they follow all mask/social distancing guidelines, his response was, "Oh, that sign is old now and probably should just be removed"- which he then proceeded to walk over and do. Totally disgusted in this location and hoping this is not backed by upper management or the company! I did take photos but this will not allow upload.

Always enjoy Chevys when visiting Disney.

Server wasn’t attentive so my wife got chicken fajitas instead of steak. They replaced it quickly and the steak was so chewy you couldn’t bite through it. $20 for uneatable food. Server also didn’t refill my drink until I was ready to leave even though she passed by 3 times while it was empty. We always eat here when in town (we live 800 miles away) as it’s our favorite. We actually ate there 2 days prior and everything was fabulous. Jessica was our server that night. She was superb. I guess it was our turn to get screwed tonight. We’ll give them another chance I’m sure. It had better be improved next time or I can eat elsewhere. I was looking when I found Chevy’s, I can look so more .........

We love this restaurant! Every time we go to Disney we make a stop here. This time was for my sister 51st birthday and the waiter heard us talking about it and he arranged for a quick happy birthday, so they sang and brought her a desert. Food and drink were delicious.

Our waiter Eduardo (Alex) was outstanding. We never had to ask for a single thing. He anticipated every need.

We had been here several years ago and remembered really enjoying it. This time was much different. Everything was covered in the same bad red sauce. We ordered the queso dip and it was terrible. Drinks were decent. Service started out good but our waiter was no where to be found when we were ready to leave. Next time we will be skipping this place.

Enchilada sauce was like paste. The Queso dip was delicious though! Great decor!

Very tasty enchilada. Authentic. Highly overpriced. No side garnishes included such as lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole. Was literally the enchiladas, rice and beans. A very brown, unappealing look. Super disappointed. Had such great potential because the pork I ordered was tasty. All else on plate was brown and dry.

The worst experience at a restaurant. Sat down at 7:30pm and was greeted after 10 minutes. Order drinks and appetizers at that time and it took 40 minutes for both. Then, we spoke to the front of the house manager and she told us that she will look into it. She never came back to check on us. We order dinner and one of the four orders were wrong. The fajitas looked like they have been sitting under the warmer for a long time. The vegetables were burnt and food was totally dry. We know asked for the kitchen manager and he comp. both of our meals and provided two free deserts. We literally spent two hours there. The whole meal should have been comp. when you ask your customers to pay 11 to 14 dollars a drink and a fajita dish for $29.00, a person has a little different expectation for service. We still end up paying over $120.00 for the worst dinning experience that I have had so far. Very disappointed with how the front of the house manager handle the situation.

My roommate and I were in town for a girl's trip and decided to try Chevy's. We were very pleased with the entire experience! The food was delicious, the margaritas were amazing and the service was quick and easy. We had Richard as our server and he was great!

Great service and happy hour specials! My husband enjoyed our date night.

Our go to place when we visit Disney. We love celebrating birthdays here and this is the first place my children will choose to go on a special occasion. Great food and service

We love visiting CHevy's while on vacation at Disney. We were so excited to be there. Our servers were so sweet to us as well. It was a great evening.

Amazing staff! Truly a pleasant dining experience from every angle

The wait staff and the cook need more training on what is gluten free and what is not. Really had a problem getting something decent for my gluten free friend. When the waiter came out with different suggestions from the chef and we made the final decision- when it arrived it was different than what she finally decided on. I also said to make sure the rest of our food came out hot and everything was cold. Fajitas did not have and steam at all, fries and burger cold and my cheese and chicken enchiladas so cold the cheese had completely hardened. I had gone to another Chevy in another state and was very impressed. Yours has let me down.I 😒

Hahn’s was awesome! Best service I’ve received in a restaurant in a very long time! Although the food was average, he made our visit excellent!

Hostess on the other hand, not so great. If that’s the first impression Chevy’s is trying to give, and I’m sure it’s not, I’d recommend some additional coaching about how to welcome patrons?

We had a great dinner and the service was awesome! We were seated right away and our server was very attentive. Excellent margaritas! It wasn’t overly busy so we enjoyed a leisurely family dinner and will definitely be back!
