Great food and friendly service. Nice location.

The walleye tacos were excellent—great taste and size. The combination of slaw, lime juice, corn, and walleye pieces created a great-tasting bite. The finishing touch was the flourless chocolate cake, like a truffle with raspberry compote and very nice light whipped cream. It was large, so it is for sharing by 2-4 people. The service was on point and friendly.

The rotisserie chicken is always a hit and will not disappoint.

We really enjoyed getting out and having a very nice brunch. It was obvious that other people enjoyed it as well. Food was very good a little slow at times but we enjoyed it overall.

Great food, ambiance and service. Due to road construction it was a little challenging to find but we found it and had a fabulous Sunday brunch!

This was are first time at Chester's. Outstanding experience from the time we walked in until we left. Staff was friendly, food was excellent!! Service was awesome!!! Highly recommend!!! We will be back!!!!

We arrived as the kitchen was being turned from brunch to the full menu.

Best brunch in Rochester.

Started with drinks and their blue fondue that was the best I've ever had! My husband had the swordfish which was Amazing, it did say it was served with potatoes and came with rice instead, maybe they ran out of potatoes. I had Cowboy burger and fries that was very good as well. The server was very good, very nice.

Great service and food! Very COVID friendly. The rotisserie chicken and parmesan crusted walleye are favorites.

The food was delicious!! So good. We were sat next to the kitchen area with many other open tables options (and that was a little noisier than we would have liked) but all in all it was great!

HAD FISH AND CHIPS. FOOD WAS GOOD BUT NOISE LEVEL REDICULOUSLY LOUD. PEOPLE TALK LOUD TO MAKE THEMSELVES HEARD OVER UNINTELLIGIBLE MUSIC AND TV. COULDN'T HEAR SOMEONE SITTING ACROSS FROM ME FOR THIS REASON i will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

Excellent choice in downtown Rochester. All offerings savory, high value palate stimulators. Bar cocktails well done. Fellow diners handsome and well dressed. (Mostly).

We had a delightful Valentine's night meal at Chester's Kitchen and Bar. My inclination is usually to get something gourmet when I dine at such a fine establishment but opted for meatloaf. It was fantastic and a generous portion. My date enjoyed her scallop pot (it was likely called something else). Very nice night out.

Our reservations were at 4:00pm. Best time!! Not to busy, staff was very attentive. Drinks came to us quickly. Food was outstanding. Scallops & chicken were wonderful.

I've never had a bad meal at Chester's. My wife raved about her meal and mine was just OK. The hashbrown potatoes were a little under cooked and hard, the filet was cooked the way I ordered it but had little flavor.

Good food, would go there again! Had the turkey open face sandwich and the meatloaf, both were great if you are looking for comfort food.

Food was fantastic, as well as the service. Wish we lived closer!

Chester's was excellent. Seated early for our reservation. Friendly staff. Waitress gave good menu suggestions. My ribeye was cooked perfectly. COVID protocols were followed with spaced seating and all staff wearing masks.

Had a great experience here. The ambiance was lively yet not noisy... it was perfect & fun. The service was v good.

First time I had a bad service there. Ordered the ribeye needed a chainsaw to cut it. It was cook perfectly but was tough. Wanted to tell the waitress about it but she never checked on us.

Nice to eat out again!
