Cherry Hills Sushi Co
Impeccable service, very good sushi, limited but ample menu-outstanding and unique adult beverage menu.
Awesome, as always.
Love it there ! The staff is amazing and super friendly. Food is great !!! Thank you
We love this place! The freshest fish, best people, and great atmosphere. Try Wednesday Cat white ale!
Perfect all the way around. The place to go for rolls
Staff is excellent and atmosphere is fantastic. Kudos Brad and Co
It’s perfect. The staff are amazing
My go to for rolls
Great service , great food and even better people. Everyone smiles and makes you feel appreciated and welcome. Love the place.
My kids and I had a great experience. Not the biggest sushi menu but what they had was delicious and very fresh. Some of best salmon sashimi I’ve had in Denver for sure! The staff was great and very helpful to us first timers. Expansive sake menu which I can try when I take my husband for date night.... would highly recommend. Go early if you can as not a big place. Looking forward to going back for lunch on my own.
The freshest and some of the best sushi in Denver.
Spectacular meal and amazing curator of sake. Wonderful anniversary night. Be aware, you will be sitting at an elegant bar around the primary "kitchen". No table seating. But you won't miss it. Be there!
Loved Cherry Hills Sushi Co! Visited with my daughter and friends. Sushi was great, as was the service. Fun, casual atmosphere.
Get sushi would definitely go back. A simple menu but done right.
Very good as usual. My only feedback was tonight the sushi was not wrapped as well as you normally would find which only affected the presentation but not the excellent taste.
I was a little disappointed that there really wasn't much of a selection for rolls. The rolls are whatever fish you chose and then rice, there is no extras such as avocado, mushrooms, or other things to complement the fish. The fish tasted good and was fresh but it was just a little more plain then I expected. This may be how authentic sushi is done I don't know since I'm not huge into sushi myself. Also I wasn't expecting disposable places for the meal it kind of cheapened the experience for me personally. The staff was very nice and the service was good though. I did really like the Japanese craft beer I had it was a red ale and I thought it had really good flavor to it.
Everything about this place was an amazing surprise! Don’t be fooled by the strip mall location!
Incredible food and very fast service
I love this place!!! Food is amazing. Drinks are amazing.
THE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I try to come once a week.
I’ve been here a few times & it’s always fantastic. I go here for a genuine love of sushi & sake. Be prepared for unique & delicious HAND rolls & the freshest sashimi you’ve ever had. Don’t expect your typical American style “sushi”. This is the real deal & if you can appreciate good fresh flavors you’ll love it! My fav- the blue crab hand roll or the white sashimi. Sake - go with a sampler! It’s fun & a nice way to learn what you like. My fav - the drunken heart 💜 it’s dry but full of flavor!
Owners remembers your name if you come in a 2nd time. Good is outstanding, prices are great!
Loved the basic options. Quality was amazing. Considering how small it is, not the most attentive service, but overall had a delicious and good experience. Will definitely be back.
So yummy! So affordable!
Met my brother here one day for lunch. The sushi was tasty enough, but the selection not huge and the restaurant smelled of something "burnt" for most of our stay there and they had some trouble getting our order right. OK for decent quality sushi, but didn't love the atmosphere and wouldn't recommend for anything but a quick lunch bite.
Basically one square sushi bar with no other tables. Owner came over to explain the menu which is very limited but very fresh and tasty fish. Alcohol is all from Japan. Seems to mostly be locals eating there. I’d definitely go back
I love this place! The fish is consistently fresh and the staff is very helpful and friendly!
A little louder than normal- there was some type of small party there, but even with this going on, it was still very nice!
We will continue to visit this restaurant for our sushi!
My friends have been to this spot quite a few times and I finally made it there for a work lunch.
Highly recommended for quality and value. Hats off to the owners of this restaurant.
Every single time I go it feels like I am visiting family. The owners and employees are always kind and welcoming. Every time I come to Colorado I visit this place and have salmon sushimi. That is my favorite. Plus my wife orders the handmade rolls. They do all this in front of you. Simple but absolutely tasteful. I wish they open on in San Antonio. -edgardo
Incredible everything! Best sushi, best people, best of the best!
We love coming here! Brad and Andrew and the crew always make us feel welcome. It’s a fun social dinner experience that never disappoints.
We had a WONDERFUL time at Cherry Hills Sushi Co! :) I would highly recommend to a friend. We will be returning. Great service and great food!
Spectacular food! The simplicity lets the awesome flavors shine through. They really know what they’re doing. Excellent service! Love this place!!
This is the best sushi place in Denver.
Amazing sushi! This is my new go to sushi stop!! Owner super friendly and so was the staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience
Brad and his crew deliver yet again! Fantastic food, friendly service, and a totally cool vibe. Andrew knows his spirits!!! Love this place so much!!
Date ok food and service great
best ever yes
Different. After doing reseach on a number of different places I saw the high reviews for Cherry Hills Sushi and decided to take a chance. To be blunt, I was a little dissapointed because our outing was supposed to be romantic/celebration. First, it is NOT a sushi restaurant with other food items available for people who do not want sushi. There are NO tables at all. It is a sushi ROLL bar and is minimalistic. There are only about 15 items on the menu and no other wine or beer items other than Japanese (although maybe not a real issue as it is a Sushi BAR). Good choice of Sake, the staff was friendly and attentive (they really didn't have many customers) as they didn't have to go far to serve you. You are sitting at a bar and they are right in front of you.
Also if you are looking for fine dining, this is not the place. Paper plates for sushi rolls and paper cups for soup, plastic utensils for food, plastic cups for water, glasses for Sake and beer. It felt like you were at a soup kitchen. Sushi rolls were good/delicious but as I mentioned, not a lot of choices so be forewarned. It was relatively quiet, music choice was pretty vast (80's, 90's, 2000 to today alternative, indie and rock) and the locals did appear to like the food and atmoshphere. Might try it again but as a social outing and not a romantic dinner.
Exceptional food, service, and atmosphere
My wife and I love this place. Had not been back in a month or two, and just had a spectacular Valentine’s Day dinner. Delicious sushi, great sake flights. Always pleased.
This is a terrific place to get authentic sushi. Simple, casual, superb service and terrific food.
Always a delicious meal at Cherry Hills Sushi Co. Fresh ingredients, creative sashimi. Rice bowls are great for kids. Not your typical sushi restaurant, but be ready for a delicious meal.
