Excellent food.
Food and service were outstanding. The steak and ribeye were delicious with great flavor. Lemon cake was the best cake I’ve ever had.
My sister and I had such a lovely time at Chefusion. The dinner was delicious and the service impeccable. Shout out to our awesome waiter whose name we did not catch, but who reminded us so pleasantly of the Canadian actor Dave Foley in his NEWSRADIO days.
Thank you for a marvelous experience.
As always, the food was delicious. Great service matched with free valet parking makes for a really enjoyable evening.
The food was amazing, as well as the staff. I cannot wait to go back!
Had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Chefusion
Caramelized Brussel sprouts and Wisconsin tater tots are a must. This gem is a great spot to have a quiet date (down stairs) or a place to hang out with the friends (upstairs.). While the on-line information stated that the different floors have different menus, they will happily serve any dish to either floor. The Mac and cheese was extremely good though mine could have been heated better. We've lived in Green Bay the whole time they've been open and with this being our first visit, I can honestly say that I see this being a new favorite spot for us.
The food here is some of the best in Green Bay! Jim, our server, was great. The chef also came out after our meal was served and chatted with us.
I would highly recommend Chefusion to anyone!
Outstanding meal! Husband's ribeye was delicious, and the scallops were amazing. Best lemon butter cake in the world. 😁
Chefusions continues to be some of the best food in the city.
Great menu. Great food. Dining room was a little cramped and seating by kitchen/wait staff area was disappointing but all in all good experience.
Took my mother in law to celebrate her birthday. Had an amazing meal and great service. Will be back again.
Overall outstanding dining experience!
Great night it's an upscale restaurant and is priced as you would expect.
Wonderful 1st time experience at Chef Fusion. Our server Ross was knowledgeable and helpful while ordering. He suggested the tuna which was outstanding! Both of our dishes were amazing and atmosphere was great. The chef even came out to make sure we were happy! No complaints here! Will be back for sure!
Was our first time here. We enjoy fine dining and unique menus. The food was very good, and large portions. Ordered too much actually. Wish you had a bar menu with specialty or seasonal drinks...and the drink prices were on the high side, even cup of coffee was very high. Was not a place to have a nice "quiet" meal...sat next to a very large table that was very loud on the first level. Waiter was great and very informative. Will visit again. (did not like the lobster bisque at all...tasted like pumpkin soup with 3 pieces of lobster in it) Other than that, the food was very good!
Great food, service was excellent, and they offer free valet service. While on the higher end of the budget the quality of the dinner was excellent.
This was an overall great experience. The service was great and food was creative and delicious. I would highly recommend as one of the best restaurants in the area.
Great drinks and the food was excellent 👏🏻 Loved the small plates option. Just different and great food
First time eating here. Food and service were great. Courses could have been spaced out a little more. Would recommend and will be visiting again.
One of the best service experiences I have ever had! Ross treated us great! The menu is very unique and offers a lot of options. A solid wine and drink menu. Dessert was fantastic. Again, the service was the best experiences I've had in recent memory. I extremely recommend checking this downtown Green Bay gem. Being an out-of-towner now, it was great to experience a big city type of meal! 4.5 stars
We were celebrating Christmas a few days early and decided on Chefusion. We wanted to linger over a nice dinner, some good wine and friendly conversation. We were a party of 6, 5 adults and 1 seven year old. We warmly welcomed by our server Ross who clearly knew the menu and was a veteran. We ordered the shrimp volcano as a starter for the table, which was delivered in about 3 minutes. We then ordered our mains with all but the our 7 year old ordering an appetizer as well; she simply ordered the mac & cheese. Appetizers arrived, again in mere minutes. My wife told Ross we wanted to 'slow the whole thing down; way to fast!' I then asked Ross to please bring out the mac & cheese out for our 7 year old so she could eat while we were enjoying our appetizers. Within minutes ALL mains were brought to the table and Ross said that it was because we asked for the mac & cheese to be brought out early; "you guys speeded it up when you asked for the mac & cheese to be brought out". We voiced disatisfaction but didn't take it further. All in all, good food, good service BUT we clearly got the feeling that they wanted us in and out on their schedule not ours. So, I am not sure I would recommend this restaurant to friends unless they're in a hurry. I know we won't return.
This was my first experience with Chefusion and it's now my go to place for fine dining. My wife and I dined on a Friday night at 5:30PM and beat the rush. The food options were unique such as my entrée which was a combination of lobster and pork belly. They made it work. The lobster bisque and New England Clam Chowder were both excellent starters and the lemon dessert is something everyone should try. While we loved the food it was the service that made it an experience worthy of the price. All of the wait staff went out of their way to insure we were having a good time. Experience does matter and it's appreciated.
My dining experience was very disappointing. Food presentation was excellent but taste left much to be desired.
My entree was scallops which were beautiful but not cooked
Appropriately. I hope they find a new chef.
Our waiter Jim was great and his helpfulness with describing dinners made our experience a good time. Food was amazing and we all went away very satisfied.
Everything about our experience exceeded our expectation! Lovely atmosphere, especially upstairs bar area. Large menu selection with nice variety. Food and service was outstanding! My new favorite restaurant in the greater Green Bay Area!
Good food, good service. We very much enjoyed our dining experience.
Fusion was fantastic. The food was some of the best me and the wife ever tasted, and she was a chef! Gave the service 4 stars only because the waiter got a lil busy but his demeanor and freindliness made up for it. Over-all. We had a wonderful dinner and will return
Wonderful as usual! Special venue for our 39th birthday dinner- I'm sure we've been to Chefusion more than anywhere else.
excellent experience - one of the best, if not THE best, restaurants I've been to.
Excellent food and service. The cocktails are also excellent.
Another excellent meal at Chefusion. Well worth the trip. Excellent service and all 5 of us loved our meals.
Fabulous experience. Would come back in a heartbeat.
Fantastic food and top level service. Table was a little snug but workable.
Chefusion is definitely a hidden gem. From the outside it is nothing that stands out, but on the inside the aromas fill the air and you know you are in for a real treat. The 3 course menu is full of local flavors and choices that are sure to please the pallet! The pumpkin soup, Lobster and Pork Belly gnocchi, and Beignets with caramel sauce were my choices. The first and second courses were amazing. I think I would lean toward the French Vanilla Creme Brûlée for my third course if I were to do it over again!
We were in a small hallway between the kitchen and the main dining room and there were serves walking back and forth and carrying large serving trays with food over our heads the entire meal. This was a bit unnerving and just felt sloppy.
We were in Green Bay watching my BEARS get destroyed (again) by the Pack. Our experience at the restaurant saved the entire trip. Food was prepared as expected. Our waiter knew the menu inside and out and his suggestions were spot on. If we are ever up that way again we will certainly return!
Very nice restaurant with delicious presentations. Service was attentive and the portions were reasonable. Very enjoyable evening.
Food was excellent and the atmosphere lovely. Enjoyed the food and its a best kept little secret in Green Bay.
An excellent meal, great service, great value. My grilled avocado salad with bruleed burrata, tomato and arugula tossed with balsamic was the best thing I've eaten in ages. The prime ribeye was delicious. Enjoyed visiting with Chef Tony also. We'll be back.
