   Great setting with cloth tablecloth and napkins. Very old fashioned but welcome, with the wait staff dressed very appropriately. The food while good was luke warm when served. Last, I indicated on open table this was a very special occasion. None of the staff said anything. Why have open table? Last, be prepared to pay an additional 3% charge on your total bill to cover their credit card cost.

   My entire Chefusion experience was amazing. From the staff to the food to the chef, himself. Everyone was so polite, sweet, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I look forward to going back there!

   Had a wonderful birthday dinner. All of the courses were delicious and all produce and meats tasted and appeared to be very fresh. Our server was attentive but did not make us feel rushed or as if he was intruding on our meal. He was quick to grab additional drinks and checked in on us to ensure we enjoyed all of our courses. The entrees were delicious and were good portions.

   Drinks and food were very good or excellent. Service was slow. 2 hours for 3 courses is too long, more than 30 min between entre and dessert.

   The Valentine's 4 course meal was amazing! Crab cakes and couscous were delicious, the seafood and steak was cooked to perfection. Everything came out so timely and made our date night super special! And the desserts...oh my wonderful they were! The cherry creme cake with vanilla ice cream was probably the best dessert I have ever had in my entire life! We will definitely come again!

   10/10 recommend! Everything from the atmosphere to the food was fabulous. My fiancé and I do not do fine dining ever and the waitress made our first experience absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend getting the mussels

   Food was good, my lobster bisque was the only thing I wasn’t super happy about. It was lukewarm and the flavor was okay. The rest of the food was very good. Very cramped and the upstairs was loud.

   Excellent food and service with many different selections to choose from. Our server, Wendy, explained all specials and answered all of our questions. The food was amazing. There was a live band upstairs. It was a little loud, but added to the ambiance. We will definitely be back again!

    Ross was epic! What a wonderful server who truly knows the art of fine dining. By the time we were done with our dining experience, we were sad to leave. We felt like we knew him our whole lives but we had only just met. I have not enough words to say for how amazing the meal was. Wagyu flat iron feature was 100% my fiancés best meal ever. We love fine dining, travel often and Chefusion now tops our list. The chef here must have the utmost passion for food and dining, and the staff was so incredibly professional. What a treasure we have here in the Green Bay community! I loved how everything went so perfectly together. I loved the amuse bouche additions. Everything was a pleasure and an experience we never want to miss out on again. We’ll be back next weekend!

    Great experience but the food left a bit to be desired. Mussels were fabulous, ordered med rare steak and it came out med-well. Shrimp was surprisingly bland. Cold dry bread basket was also a surprise. Usually fine dining serves warm bread that appears a bit more fresh.

    Desserts were amazing, but the main dishes were below average. For the price, I did not find the food to be that outstanding. Wendy, our server, was fantastic.

    The options to relaxation made this night memorable. The assistance of our server on choosing what to enjoy made every course better & better. Don’t skip the Gooey Butter Cake, it’s incredible.

    Jim was a fantastic waiter! The $60 menu was wonderful, just big portions. Tenderloin was so tender, just could have had a little more seasoning. The cranberry salad with blue cheese and candied nuts was wonderful, just huge. Real mashed potatoes! The cheesecake and carrot cake were yummy, but we were so full we only took a few bites and were not able to eat the rest. We would return, would try the $35 menu. There was no added tip to the bill as prior review stated, but there is a 3% credit card charge. We just paid cash. Will return. Atmosphere nice, people weren’t all dressy, casual place. Nice experience!

    Nice menu with gluten free alternatives. Our server, Kaitlyn, was professional and attentive. The suggested wines were very good and the prices, while high, were in line with the dining experience.

    Overall the food was great and the wait staff was excellent as well. The reason I will most likely not be back are all of the charges they have. 22% service fee. 3% Credit Card fee It is not a great way to treat your customers. I would rather go to a place that does not try to take so much from you.

    Lobster bisque was cold. Main course was extremely salty. Mini courses were fine but the dessert seemed to just be a frozen cake served up. Sorbet and ice cream was the star of the night. Won’t be back.

    The food was very good of course pricey but knew that going there. The waiter & staff were excellent & brought different things to try before the meal which were tasty. The menu was cluttered & visually not appealing to read. The restaurant was clean but very small & tables close together for a fancy restaurant a bit disappointed in that.

    A well thought out menu, great cocktails, and an incredibly attentive staff. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had. Would absolutely recommend, and we will be returning next time we stay in Green Bay.

    My third time dining at Chefusion was as excellent as the first two. Despite being extremely busy the night before a home game, our waiter, Jim, made the evening feel leisurely and delightful. The dishes are classic, but with intriguing twists. The roast lamb was perfectly cooked and hot. My friend thoroughly enjoyed the branzino with lobster tail. Gin gimlet was perfectly balanced. Service was impeccable ad the atmosphere warm. Will return here anytime I’m in town!
