The vegetable dishes were good but the proteins were terrible. There are so many other great restaurants in Aspen, you shouldn’t waste your money here.
We had a wonderful meal last night. This restaurant concept is very ambitious and the setting was classy. The food was perfect and the service was impeccable. The sommelier made a great and reasonably priced recommendation that was very much on point. GREAT SPOT! Don't miss it when you are in town.
Fantastic meal - Singapore King crab with white pepper sauce was amazing and don't miss the delicious desserts and their presentations - upside down apple cake was the tastiest
We really enjoyed our evening, with a table next to the fireplace. Lovely ambiance and good service. My husband had the pork chop and said the flavor was terrific and two of us had the gnocchi. My goodness, I could not have enjoyed it more~absolutely delicious!
Consistently outstanding & creative cuisine! Service is excellent but not overbearing. If you only have one meal to eat in Aspen, go to Chef's Club!
Great Foods, wonderful atmosphere
To make a long story short! Chef’s Club is simply amazing. Thank you so much for a great evening all around.😉👏
Somewhat limited menu. Filet was a touch bland. Pinot we picked was average. Service though was crazy good.
Terrific service, excellent ambiance and excellent food.
Service was awful. The server rushed us through the meal. I’ll
Jonathan is a stellar sommelier and owner and takes great pride with his customers.
We had a wonderful meal and evening here. 5 stars are not enough. Food was amazing, and service fantastic. Chef’s Club lives up to the hype and beyond.
Everything was excellent.
This is a top notch one of a kind experience. The food is amazing and the service impeccable.
Came back 3 times in a row; amazing food and love the open kitchen concept!!!
Delicious! Great service and varied menu.
We started our evening with The Aspen Old Fashion at the bar and would highly recommend it the maple syrup adds a nice flavor without making this too sweet. Also the bar tender was fun and interactive. For our 1st course we had the Sweet Potatoes they were probably the best sweet potatoes I have ever had and closely resembled a meat dish with their full deep flavors. We shared the Chefs Club Salad that they split in back for us, always a nice touch. It was a nice salad, but not the headliner nor should it have been. For my main course I had the Maple Brined Heritage Pork Chop prepared medium per our waiters suggestion -I was a little nervous it wouldn’t be done enough for me, however it was cooked perfectly! The Seared Foie on top of it took it to a 10 out of 10 but even without it it as still a 9 out of 10. My husband had the Ras El Hanout Crusted Rack of Lamb it was incredibly lean also cooked to perfection and filled with flavors. For sides we just had the Charred Broccolini- simple but good. Finally for desert we had the Ox HAzelnut Brown butter Torte. It is flowerless and the house made honeycomb that comes along with it is very good. In all we left with nothing to complain about our service was great and our food was even better. The place is pretty expensive, but well worth it.
A great culinary experience!
Amazing service and great scene. Loved the char and mushroom side. Mushroom soup and fried chicken were solidly good. Pork was tough and my dessert was subpar. For a supposedly top notch restaurant, I definitely expected more and spent enough to get more. Humph. Still had a great time and you can certainly be impressed on selective dishes. Definitely select.
Beautiful dining room - great service - food was below average at best. With all the choices in Aspen you can do better. Typical hotel restaurant experience. Over priced - nice presentation but the fried chicken was dark meat only and the gnocchi was glorified mac n cheese.
My boyfriend and I can't say enough about this experience! It was absolutely fantastic!!! The food was A-MAZING; try the Singapore King crab, just delicious!! The wine was utterly superb; and the Master Sommeiler, Jonathan, went above and beyond to make our evening perfection. We had a blast and definitely cannot wait to come back!! Thank you so much!!
I wanted to like this place. Honestly, i have had much better at much more reasonable prices. The apps and entrees were COLD. Flavorful, but cold. Service was exceptional, but I don't think this place will make it if they don't step it up and I mean by leaps and bounds. I have eaten at high-end restaurants and this one just falls short on the food quality measure. Sorry, but I was not impressed for the price paid. Would not and could not recommend to anyone.
Took my parents as a treat during their visit from out east. Best meal we've had in years. Chef Slossberg is a genius, and kept us in awe of his creations. The halibut! Wow! My mom was overwhelmed by the quality of the whole experience, and even my dad was thoroughly impressed with the food. That never happens! It was a very special experience that we won't soon forget.
Two had fish which was good.....other party member had Sirloin Steak which was so very chewy, it was borderline not edible and not worth the $70 price......you do not expect "chewy" and not digestible at that price as he kept having to remove from mouth and set aside.
Outstanding service, wine, and food!
The food was pricey but delicious. The service and ambiance were outstanding. We enjoyed the concept and wished there were a few more creative options. All in all a very positive experience.
This is one of our favorite stops in Aspen. The food is outstanding! We always enjoy great service and you can not beat the ambiance!
This is a must do when in Aspen/Snowmass. Food & service is always superb!
Great experience all around
Excellent service. Really great food. Bryant Ng Singapore king crab was great!
Best halibut ever! Every dish was wonderful and great service
outstanding food, service, and experience! A must-dine when in Aspen.
Outstanding!!!!! One of the best restaurants in Colorado and amazing quality and taste of food. Michelin starred food!!!
Despite the fact that the St. Regis had booked the dining room for a private party for part of the night, the staff found a way to accommodate us at a slightly later time, the food arrived quickly and the dinner was superb. I highly recommend it.
We made our Theater destination on time afterwards.
This is one of our favorites for high end food in Aspen.
Menu was ambitious and inventive. However, lobster in appetizer was tough and aged duck entree, while tasty, and interestingly presented, was extremely chewy rather than tender.
I enjoyed watching the chefs work in their open kitchen.
Excellent food with very attentive staff in a beautiful setting.
I look forward to dining there in the future.
Outstanding menu, beautiful presentations and some unusual twists make for an exceptional meal.
My wife and I are definite foodies and we enjoy dining out often. We are most often very pleased with our restaurant selection, but Chef's Club Aspen is definitely more than a cut above; it is an outstanding dining experience in every way, and I didn't particularly like the fried chicken (a specialty, but something that I rarely order because I prefer greasy KFC - sorry🙄). We also sat at the bar counter facing the kitchen and had running conversations with the sous chef and other kitchen employees, which was great fun! And, oh yes . . . The food was outstanding! Highly recommended!!!
