Chef Rolf's Tuna's Seafood Restaurant
Went for Miami Spice - great food and great choices
Always a pleasure!!!
Such a fantastic hidden jewel needs to be definitely promoted!!!
Husbae and I went as a part of our monthly date night. It was hands down the best 4 course meal we have had in a LONG time. I had the bacon wrapped scallops and he had a shrimp salad for our appetizer . Our intermezzo was delightful! Then we had our entree and when I say BABY IT WAS EVERYTHING!! He had the double cut pork chop and I had the whole snapper broiled. It was too much for either one of us to finish and I’m pregnant! Then we concluded with dessert. I had the key lime pie and hubby had a peach strudel. Don’t let this little gem fool you, it might not look like much on the outside but it is DEFINITELY worth the trip
The Miami Spice menu is amazing and our waitress is always smiling, helpful and soot on. A pleasure eating there.
Chef is amazing. The service is phenomenal. Food comes out hot.
The food at Chef Rolf's Tuna's Seafood Restaurant was very good. I would not hesitate to return there again in the near future. Everything we ate was really flavorful and also beautifully served. The dessert was homemade and delicious! My only negative comment is that the service was a bit slow as they appeared to be short-handed.
Consistently good food and service.
Nice out of the way place for a relatively relaxed time out with excellent food and superb service.
Funky outside bar. Great food. Friendly staff. Great key lime pie.
Had a great Mother's Day lunch! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall ambiance was great.
We made reservations for an early mother’s day dinner. We drove up to the restaurant and it’s tucked away on a Main Street. The area looked kinda shady. As we entered the restaurant, we saw what looked like the catches of the day in the fridge. The restaurant was dimly lit. We had a great server. We ordered drinks, appetizers and main meals. Bacon wrapped scallops, needed more searing but and the bacon-scallop ratio was off. The crab cakes were great. Calamari was excellent. The salmon dinner was excellent. Taste of the dishes were very good but the plating was not the best. However I would come back here if in the neighborhood.
The best food in Miami. When i come back, iwill eat there.
Not the greatest. Lots of better and more appealing options. Food was just OK and the neighborhood was kind of sketchy.
Love the warm greeting and ambience. A neighborhood gem and the food and service are excellent.
We will be back.
Absolutely delicious food! Mussels were fabulous as was the authentic Caesar salad. Fish was prepared perfectly and dinner was completed with a mouth watering apple strudel prepared by Amy.
Our 10th time back Oysters and Clams always the BEST! The dinners and desserts are outstanding. The decor is nothing to look at the ambiance is average, but we don't care. The staff treats us like family.
They didn’t have stone crabs which was disappointing but the rest of their options were very good. Excellent oysters and drinks were well done.
Nice neighborhood find.
Good food, service was superb. Amy our server was a sweet person and made you feel as if you were in her own home.
Lovely waitress- plain decent food. However ambiance and bathrooms are sorely in need of renovation!!!
Great value pleasant server. We never felt rushed. Bathroom needs updating
The lobster/crab cakes (2) were excellent. the mussels were great and plentiful, salad was a good size. The Cioppino was chuck full of seafood and very tasty, veal oscar was properly cooked and the half lobster tail was a welcome change from crab meat that most restaurants serve. The peach melba was an excellent ending to a great meal.
Appearance was very dated which made us concerned initially. Although the menus were tattered, they were sophisticated and nicely done. The selections amazing! Our waitress who did not introduce herself giggled with each response she gave. She was not very informative or helpful with selections, but at the same time very pleasant. The food was great. From the warm rolls with garlic butter, bacon wrapped scallops, ahi tuna, fettuccine Alfredo, broiled scallops, the meal was amazing! Top notch chef!
This was a one-of-a-kind all around spectacular experience from the atmosphere to the kind wait staff. The food was probably some of the best we’ve had.
The only caution tho is the dress code says “smart casual” and it’s actually dress/business casual. They didn’t mind at all that we were wearing shorts, however everyone else was a little more dressed up. There were a lot of locals eating there-was worth every dollar spent!
Everything was perfect as always
This restaurant was a fantastic find! The food was fresh, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. In reserving for the diner, I was betting on the fact that the Chef was Swiss and that the food would be great. I was right! Our waiter was perfect, great suggestion and his timing was always impeccable. I've already recommended this place to family and friends. Don't miss it
The Chef is the ultimate! We have been following him for years. Since he was the head chef
at La Paloma. Love the food. Love the employees.
In all our years never had a bad meal.
We enjoyed the experience of meal. We will return often!
I really enjoyed Chef Rolf’s two years ago, coming back - it was not the same. The ambiance was ok, our waitress was friendly but side tracked (restaurant was not busy), the food while hot and generally delicious missed on the memory/enjoyable experience I had had previously. I gave four stars, the issue was probably more my expectations not a reflection of what was received.
The sunset meal is a very good value.. service is good
Loved it, amazing food and service
I love this place!!!! Always an awesome experience and I can’t wait to go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Is an understatement
Overall the experience was fine. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed. She didn't allow me to approve the wine before she started to pour it and she actually started pouring it in the ice bucket by mistake. She kept passing by saying "looking good" to herself instead of asking how we were, otherwise the service was ok. The food was excellent, as was the other wait staff.
Valentine’s Day! Food came out hot, host was great! I’d come here again, thank you!
Favorite "better " restaurant in our area. Just love it!
This restaurant is a hidden gem. A little off the beaten track but the food is to die for. I have eaten here many times and each time has been exceptional. The father cooks (and boy can he cook) and his daughter is the hostess. Service is great. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Also, the lobster bisque is the best I ever had.
Excellent food and good value. Varied menu with something for everyone.
Food makes it well worth the visit. Tucked away in a small strip mall it is easy to park and enjoy the relaxed ambiance of the restaurant. The food takes some time to be prepared and delivered. Assume that it is all freshly prepared so it may take a bit longer. Waitress was very friendly.
Excellent service and the food is always fresh. I had the special yellowtail snapper and it was excellently prepared fresh and delicious. My husband had the early bird special sole Marianne with capers and artichokes potatoes and cream of mushroom soup excellent! Onion soup is always delicious as is the apple strudel with ice cream! Early bird is really a good value!
We’ve been here plenty of times it’s always exceptional we love this place
It was fantastic! I would highly recommend going there!
