Chef Marc’s Trattoria is the best local restaurant in Las Vegas. Hint to all tourists: don’t waste your time and money going to all those fancy restaurants on the strip. Chef Marc’s Trattoria is fabulous.

I was looking forward to the Black Ink Linguini with clams but got a Bowl mostly of calamari. I had just had this dish three weeks prior, but this was not that. The server argued that the dish with clams did not come with Black Linguini. Well, they redid it and of course I received my meal after everyone else had finished theirs. To add insult to injury, the dish was bland. I did appreciate the slice of rum cake due to the inordinately long wait, but it did not make up for a disappointing meal.
Our whole group (8 people) enjoyed their dinners and agreed that the service was supurb. We had a tight schedule due to show tickets, and they made sure that we finished on time. They also prepared a lovely birthday dessert for one guest who was celebrating.
Fantastico! Our search for new local restaurants was greatly rewarded with this find! Chef Marc came to our table to talk about the food, the restaurant, and help guide our choices. The Chicken Francese was very tasty, made with organic chicken. The deconstructed lagasna was so satisfying, including a portion of short rib, to represent the meat usually ground in the sauce. It melted on the tongue with great flavor. Even if you are ordering pasta, and think about carbs, indulge in the hot bread the moment it hits the table...well worth the calories!

Expensive. Wine pour was small, about 3 oz per glass for $10. Food was good but not exceptional. Side of pasta was served cold. Doubt we'll be back.
Chef Marc’s Trattoria is absolutely fantastic. The food is exceptional. You will live Chef Marc’s passion as he comes to your table and describes how his many special dinner selections are prepared. Try any of his homemade pastas — especially the black squid ink pasta. When he has osso bucco, it is a MUST ORDER. You will love it.
I have never had anything less than an exceptional meal and service here. The black linguini is amazing. The ambience is comfortable and the cost is reasonable for such great food.

The food was good. However our New Years Eve dinner was ruined because the restaurant allows children to play on their iPads at full volume during dinner. We complained twice before moving OURSELVES to a table in the bar. Not once did we receive an apology beyond our server. For a pricey "per person" plate we received the food and not the service nor the atmosphere. We were told this was allowed. We were also called by "Chef Marc" to ensure we were prepared to pay the pri-fixe menu as it was the ONLY dining option and we watched these children order otherwise. In 16 years of marriage this is the most dissatisfied dinner we have had on NYE.

NYE dinner-2017, had a fantastic dinner menu for the holiday. 5 courses, salad/soup/pasta/main course and dessert. I had the caprese salad, butternut squash soup -best I've EVER eaten, black truffle pasta, halibut and creme brûlée. Portions were perfect and spaced perfectly. Staff was attentive and very knowledgeable.
Another fabulous evening at Chef Marc’s. The menu was priz fix and worth every penny. My steak was done to perfection, my husband ordered the shrimp and polenta and it was world class. Every course was stellar and the wait staff could not be more professional. Such a gem of a place! I hope it stays the best kept secret in Las Vegas just a little bit longer :)
As always our dinner and service were excellent. We did miss the tomato pie. The Utica Greens ate always a treat! We will be back soon.
Special birthday celebration. Fantastic restaurant with excellent service. Chef Marc cane to the table and was very conversational and welcoming. We had the escargot which was amazing. The garlic butter sauce had only one downside... we wanted more. Escargot cooked perfectly and the super fresh crusty bread was perfect for dipping into the sauce after the escargot were gone. Excellent salads I had Caesar and my wife had the “living salad” special. Both were perfect. Main-course I had linguine with white clam sauce. Sauce was perfect linguine a touch over cooked. My wife had the rare sirloin cooked to perfection just a touch right. Desserts were also excellent with the crepe brûlée being divine perfection. We would return again without question.
Authentic Italian food with friendly attentive service and Chef Marc even took the time to greet people at their tables. Very impressed! The ambiance was cozy and inviting. The sausage was very flavorful and bold and everyone at our table really enjoyed their meals. Will be back for sure!
The hostess was very welcoming and showed us to a perfect table. The menu described the food so beautifully. The burrata appetizer was so delicious as was a living salad with petite greens and a lemon dressing. The tortellini bolognese and the chicken francese were perfect entrees and each bite was delectable. The wine list was large. The tiramisu was the BEST! A wonderful dining experience. Wow! What a find. With all of the great restaurants in Vegas, we ended up eating at Chef Marc's twice in three days. Chef Marc is a special person, not only creating great dishes, but going to each table to explain dishes and later to check on your satisfaction. And paying attention to the little things that make your experience the best like when he instructed someone to move a table closer to a lady in a booth so that she didn't have to lean over.
Our food was excellent on both nights. The pasta and chicken dishes were wonderful and the halibut special was over the top. The desserts were outrageously good. And our server, Giovanna, also made our evening special. She had a wonderful personality and was very attentive.
What's not to like? Go there and you will leave with a smile.
We came for a birthday celebration. Best Italian I've had by far. Amazing food. I don't think any other venues compare. The Chef was impressive. Came out to greet us, chatted a bit amd made our visit very welcoming. You don't get that anymore these. He's passionate about food and makes sure that you are not only comfortable but also you are satisfied with the quality of food. The ambience is very nice and has a homey feel to it. We came early dinner so it was very quiet when we arrived. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the fod they serve and all their recommendations are absolutely amazing. This is definitely a place were coming to again.

Nice food, but not extraordinary, good service, excellent drinks. Price is reasonable. Decor is boring, but clean and new, the typical beige on beige matching everything. I would come again.
Best part is when Chef Marc came out and went over almost the whole menu. Great friendly guy. Food outstanding!
The grilled octopus was great as was the escargot. The bread is a good flavor. The eggplant is superb. I felt the shrimp on the scampi was overcooked and the last time I was there, there was more sauce. The flavor was good though. We had to pour our own wine all night which is pet peave of mine. Dessert was chocolate gelato. Yum.
We have been to Chef Marc's Trattoria once a week since we discovered it. Our favorite restaurant. It doesn't get better than cozy, tasteful ambience, excellent orgnanically sourced gourmet food and a convivial staff and chef to make you feel at home.
Had pasta nero [ink sauce not at all salty] with lump crab meat and eggplant parmigiana both dishes were paired well with our terremoto wine!! excellent neighborhood gam
The veal was stringy and the seasoning was poor. Food prices were high for the quality.
We used to frequent Chef Marc's Parma and loved the atmosphere and the menu/wine list. We recommended Parma to everyone and loved to take guests! We recently discovered that Chef Marc opened Trattoria. It's been open for two years. The restaurant music and the tables of 5-6 guests were SO LOUD it really ruined our dinner. We're not yet sure if we'll go back.
I have been to this restaurant several times and food was always exceptional. What I like most about this restaurant is the authentic Italian cuisine.

Chef Marc's Trattoria has a wonderful menu. There are assortments for healthy eating and lots of choices for fresh, homemade pasta, incredible sauces and the most flavorful pork chop and meatballs imaginable. This is a neighborhood restaurant that caters to locals. A small bar but great wine selection. Definitely worth the drive if visiting from the strip.
My girlfriend and I were in town for the weekend, we found Chef Marc's highly rated on Yelp. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere was perfect, they had a great wine list, our waiter was very good. We were also very impressed that Chef Marc personally came over to check on how everything was and made small talk. He also taught us somethings about Italian cuisine! If we could rate this higher than 5 stars we would!
We love the food and we brought our friends and they loved the food!
Second time at Chef Marc's and delicious again. Friday night and it was busy. Make a reservation you will need it. Looking forward to fresh fish on our next visit
Absolutely fantastic. Chef Marc came out to greet us himself. I have literally never left a review for a restaurant ever. This was so good I felt compelled. Highly recommended.
