Che-Ah-Chi at Enchantment Resort
Dinner: Daily: 5:30pm - 9:15pm
We are staying at Enchantment Resort for our honeymoon and made dinner reservations here. The service and food was exceptional and the atmosphere of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. By far our favorite restaurant in Sedona!
Great food and atmosphere!! Lovely scenery. It was an eventful night with lots of fun. Interesting drinks and suppotyive staff.
This is the fine dining restaurant at the fantastic The Enchantment Resort. Service was slow and the waiter kept forgetting things which contributed to the problem.
Very different style of food. Display of food was nice!
Corn fritters were delicious along with sea scallops but the corn that the scallops were served on was very hard.
Slow service on the deck. Gave us Happy Hour menu after it was over so prices were different. Excellent starters in the restaurant but entrees too salty ... one pasta dish was inedible. Beautiful location but might try the casual restaurant next time.
Simply one of the very best restaurants I have ever been to in the United States.
The first busser was somewhat gruff, and unfriendly, and twice the bus girl picked up plates off of our table without asking if we were done and ready to have the table cleared. The main server was fine.
Such a beautiful restaurant with an incredible view. Constance was our server and she was fantastic. Highly recommend the cheesecake for dessert!
Incredible, we will definitely be back. Risotto with my scallops was undercooked. Stunning views for drinks and dinner.
Beautiful location with spectacular views! Great service and amazing food ! The corn fritters were the bomb!! Definitely recommend for a special evening out in beautiful Sedona !
Great food. Great service.
Enchantment Resort & Spa has long been on my list of places to visit. I was not disappointed by our dining experience at Chi Ah Chi. Constance our server was delightful & well versed in describing the seasonal menu.
The ambiance of dining outdoors with the amazing red rock view was truly enchanting & the food was amazing. We started with the stone fruit salad. My husband had the filet mug in & I had cauliflower entree. Paired with some wonderful red wine, we had a most memorable & delightful meal.
I love great restaurants ... and of the three places I've eaten in Sedona, so far this is by far the best. I ate at Mariposa, it was good food, the service was good and the view was great. I also at at Cress on Oak Creek at L'Auberge de Sedona - that was a great location, but a complete rip off with respect tot he quality of the food for the price. My meal (family of three) at Cress on Oak Creek was twice the cost of the Che-Ah-Chi and not nearly as good. Che-Ah-Chi ticks all the boxes for me - GREAT food, GREAT service, with spectacular views and ambiance. It is well worth the drive to the Enchantment Resort.
We were fortunate enough to have breakfast at this restaurant on two occasions during our stay at the Enchantment Resort. The restaurant has beautiful views of Boynton Canyon and the food was fresh and yummy. Both days we dined, we were lucky enough to have Oscar as our waiter. He was very nice and attentive and even remembered our drink orders on the second occasion. I highly recommend sitting outside for the beautiful views if the weather allows, but the views and ambience on the inside are nice also.
Bottom line- good, but not memorable. I typically review restaurants immediately after dining. This request has sat in my in-box for weeks. The atmosphere is lovely, the food was tasty, but absolutely nothing stood out. If you are staying at The Enchantment, it is surely worthwhile to dine here one night, though we enjoyed our meals at the adjacent Mi Amo Spa MUCH better. I would not make a special trip to eat here- perhaps just stop at the bar for a drink and enjoy the view, which is the best part of this property.
Excellent service! What a wonderful experience all the way around...
Awesome views and ambiance. Our waiter was OUTSTANDING!
Food was outstanding, as was our server. Prices are high, but for a special occasion it’s definitely worth the price! My only disappointment was that I’d requested outdoor seating for our reservation for three and when we arrived I was told there were no tables outside. There were at least three other parties of two outside that were seated at tables for four! That was a bit frustrating.
The view was fantastic and the service was very good. Aside from the crab cake appetizer, the food was mediocre. My husband's steak was only fair, and my pasta was gummy.
The service was terrific. My fish was so over cooked that it was mushy and wasn’t edible. The ambience could use some character. It’s very sterile.
Fabulous service, amazing food and incredible views!
What a beautiful restaurant set deep into the canyon. The views are amazing and you can watch the sun disappear and the stars emerge. Food was delicious and service was excellent.
Dinner with friends and it was wonderful. Service was very attentive (there when you wanted them and gone when you didn’t want them).
Food was excellent. My friends had the salmon and they said it was the best they’d ever had. Good size portions for the salmon over a bed of barley. I indulged in the crab cakes, which were hand made with the best ingredients of fresh herbs.
The view was the best ever! We planned it so that we would be there for the sunset and also get to watch the full moon rise right over Kachina Woman. The red rocks were outstanding.
Need also to mention the live music-acoustic guitar- amazing sound system to accompany the amazing musician (not too soft, not to loud, just perfect). In fact, it was so good that you could forget that he was playing, but when he took a break, you think, ‘Where did that wonderful music go?’.
Very memorable evening that I won’t forget!
This is a prime example of a resort that is “phoning it in” with their onsite restaurant taking advantage of a captive audience. The food was lackluster and poorly prepared, the server’s attitude was transactional and indifferent and the check was astronomical. I’m all for paying for quality but to pay five ⭐️ prices for one ⭐️ food offends my sensibilities. I left dissatisfied and disappointed. The Enchantment can and should do better.
This is a very exclusive resort. Our breakfast experience was superb. The views from the restaurant are excellent. We had a great and wonderful time. We had scrambled eggs, breakfast pototoes, ham, and toast this was 22.00 a plate. Welcome to resort pricing. It was fantastic.
We have been going to Che-Ah-Chi for almost 20 years as a special place to help celebrate our Anniversary, while in Sedona. The food, ambiance, view, and service are always exquisite, and very much worth the premium prices to us.
We had an outstanding sea bass special and the squash side dish was wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed the birthday dinner for my husband's birthday!
The food was excellent. Well prepared, generous portions, hot when should be hot and cold when should be cold. The coffee was disappointing...too weak. Can't remember our server's name but he was very professional. Nothing beats that red rock view during dinner!! I wish there were linens on the tables and the furniture was disappointing for an upscale resort. I expected a lot better.
Breakfast was good...service was very very slow. I told the server I felt forgotten but nothing improved.
Having dinner here is only part of the totally beautiful experience. We sat outside on the deck and watched the reverse sunset while drinking margaritas. The service was prompt and attentive, friendly and informative. I had probably the best Filet Mignon I have ever ordered. Everything was perfect and we will definitely dine here again!
Great view, great service and great meal. Only issue was with the hostess staff - we were behind one person who when he left, the hostesses talked amongst themselves and did not acknowledge we were even waiting. Seemed very odd in such a high-end resort. Overall great dining experience
I visit Sedona every year and make a point of dining at the Enchantment Resort. It is always a wonderful experience. Food is excellent and service is outstanding. The staff always makes me feel special
We enjoyed a great meal at Che-Ah-Chi while staying at the Enchantment Resort and Spa. As one can easily see from some of the pictures on the restaurant's web site, the view is outstanding. Everything about this evening was very good -- service, menu, unobtrusive but efficient staff.
Fantastic food, service and view! What more can you ask for? Whether it is for breakfast or dinner, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! If I could have given 10 stars, I would have. The staff is the best! Monica, the manager, greets many of the guests and makes certain that everything is up to expectations. It always is! Save room for desserts...
Most restaurants with a view often serve mediocre dishes. This place is different. Food was amazing!
The view was magic.
Our server (long brown hair from Michigan) was sweet, helpful and energetic.
The food was refreshing, complex, inviting and much needed. Perfect dinner to end the day.
Was heading to Grand Canyon for weekend. Stopped on our way up north.
Very disappointing. Service was very slow, we needed to call the manager before we could finally get a heater near our table, everyone was very straight faced, no courtesy at all. Drinks showed up after an hour, food took another 40 mins. We chose this place to celebrate a birthday but I would not recommend this place....
Alana was a wonderful server and made us feel very welcome and special for our 32 anniversary. Food was fabulous and presentation was perfect. I had the Salmon and Crab Cakes and my hubby had the steak - views are gorgeous of the Red Rocks. Highly recommend! Thank you Enchantment resort for always keeping the best in staff and quality.
Fantastic setting, great food and service!
