Che-Ah-Chi at Enchantment Resort
Beautiful view with good food; however, the service was sub-par.
The pasta is superb and the wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. Dined there twice. Menu changed each day which made it more exciting. Great service experience on the 2nd night
For the price point, the pacing of the food with cocktails and/or wine was poorly executed. half of the main courses were cold upon arrival to the table... Food was well-seasoned and presentation was nicely done.
Repeat visit after great first two. Disappointment. Service still great, but food disappointment. Buffalo short ribs not hot. Not cold, but definitely not appropriate temperature. venison ordered medium described as pink and was more rare. Flavor good, but not as good as expected or from experience.
Excellent service, delicious food and presentation, extensive wine list and beautiful view.
My steak was over cooked which is a shame for a $44 dish. Also the sides weren’t great
Best server ever. She was amazing.
Although not staying at resort did drive up for dinner. Unfortunately can’t see the view but still got a sense of how nice it is
Food was excellent and service was refined
A bit pricey but at least tasty
Food was fantastic and the views were even better. Highly recommend even if not staying at resort. Would come back just for the food and ambiance!
Food was a course menu and the second course came ahead of the first. The waiter Alex was great. Attentive and personable. Food was not as great for the price point of the meal. Sedona alternatives available at this price point would put this last on our list.
One of the nicest experiences my wife and I have enjoyed for a special occasion meal!
Great food but very overpriced
We have lived in Sedona for over 6 years and find both restaurants at Enchanment are the best in town overall.
Food is always great service is vey good and you can actually have a meaningful conversation because noise levels are always low.
the eggs benedict were a major disppointment....fatty canadian bacon, spinach (?!) topping, unappetizing english muffin, lackluster hollandaise.
Most romantic dining experience in Sedona ... it was perfect!
All three of us are still raving about the dinner experience from two nights ago. Every dish burst with flavor, ingeniously created by a very talented and adventurous kitchen staff. The beet infused vegetarian pasta, buffalo short ribs and steak main course were all superb, as were the apple and chocolate cake desserts. The food, service, live music and overall value were first rate and we highly recommend this restaurant.
When you say you are going to enjoy the atmosphere of Sedona, this is exactly what you expect! This location was beautiful, friendly and the food was outstanding.
We had a wonderful dinner at Che Ah Chi. My NY strip was excellent, my husband had the duck and he was a bit disappointed. We enjoyed a chef's creation of Yucca Gnocchis, which was delish. Our waiter was lovely and welcoming, but the restaurant was not. Very full of itself and not at all welcoming at the front desk. We had a reservation, which seemed to catch them off guard and it took several minutes for them to prepare the table. Another couple was turned away for not having a reservation, and there were several open tables as we dined, as well as the large communal tables. Just a stuffy welcoming to the experience. Prices are outlandish, but they have a captive audience at Enchantment, so they can pull it off. I would recommend for a special dinner, but know that they think they are wonderful, more wonderful than they are in reality.
This was our favorite evening of our vacation. Best food. AMAZING. And the service was impeccable. Such an amazing view. Good wine.
Exceptional food, breathtaking view and excellent service.
Very comfortable, beautiful resort, food was great, service was exceptional. A bit pricey, but what you'd expect.
We had some extenuating circumstances this evening that might have ruined our dinner plans, but the staff at Che-Ah-Chi was very accommodating, moving our reservation out on a very busy evening (Xmas Eve) and taking very good care of us when we were finally able to dine. We also had our 2-year old in tow and our server, Robert, was incredible, anticipating our needs and ensuring our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The cocktails were delicious, the food was great, but honestly the service outshined all for me on this occasion. Highly recommend! Go early and have a drink at sunset to enjoy the view from the patio at one of the outdoor bar seating areas. Simply stunning!
The food is good. The views are beautiful!
It was a wonderful experience. We were able to eat and talk business and did not feel rushed to leave. Service and food we’re outstanding.
We had a dinner here for a special occasion in December. We arrived early and had drinks in the View cocktail lounge and watched as the sun finished setting on the red rocks prior to our 5:30 reservation.
The service was fantastic in both areas, we were never bothered or wanting for service. The food and cocktails were fantastic and while it's a bit pricier than we normally like, the experience and food were certainly worth the price that we paid.
5 star beautiful setting. Great service. But food was very disappointing. Not much creativity. I had a steak. No grill char. No interesting spice. No sauce. No juicy meat flavor. I picked steak over salmon, game hen, pasta, short ribs or a fish. Not much choice. Basic preparation for all dishes. No tasting menu. Not much presentation. For the high price, and being in a fantastic resort (which we stayed at), I expected much much more. Especially after a crazy amazing meal at nearby Elote.
Had dinner here the week after Thanksgiving. Service was excellent and the food was good, but the restaurant did not have the Wow factor I was expecting. I would compare it to Morton's Steakhouse. Good, but not amazing. If you want WOW, go to Mariposa. It has the views, the ambience, and the food, and it's comparable in price.
The view is amazing. The breakfast was mediocre and the buffet was cold and dry. Breakfast took an hour and a half. It's a must see but not necessarily a must eat.
This establishment mixed up our reservations, and we had to guilt them into taking us. The restaurant was not full, and while they fit us in, we shouldn’t have had to press the issue.
Food quality was spotty. My entree was not good (hard to mess up a turkey dinner). Much of what else we were served was not exceptional, and we are not picky eaters. The chef they advertise must have quit.
Our wait person, Felicia, was outstanding.
Given what we paid for this “experience”, and the mixed up reservation system we would not go back. They may have been top notch in the past, but not on this Thanksgiving.
Our experience was really amazing!
The food was tasteful, the staff was really polite and the place well decorated with a great view.
The Best restaurant in Sedona!
Beautiful Thanksgiving dinner with family. The service was great. Food tasted very good and was served at just the right pace. The server gave us plenty of time between courses. The view at sunset was spectacular. Deer were grazing on property. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend it fir special occasions. Little pricy for everyday dining.
The location is spectacular. It is one of the most beautiful places in Sedona. The food however is always just ok. It seems like they should perfect a handful of items and keep it simple. The food is always just alright and we have dined there numerous times as guests at the hotel.
The restaurant was beautiful & the food was excellent. I will return there as often as possible.
It has been almost 30 years since I first visited Enchantment. The one thing I really miss is the fabulous brunches on Sundays and special occasions. The food and view are still amazing.
Excellent food and great service!
My only, and very minor, complaint: some of the ancillary staff could have been more attendant and courteous. Our waiter was, however, great.
Amazing experience. Elegant restaurant. Beautiful view. Come at sunset. Food is creative and flavorful. Many vegetarian options. Excellent service. Will definitely visit when in sedona again.
My husband and I were on our honeymoon, none of the staff seemed to care. Our server was pretty boring. It was great good, resort prices. But still yummy.
Wonderful ! Everything was fabulous !
Our server Robert took very good care of us; from getting us a nice sitting area to bringing my wife a birthday dessert! Beautiful Resort; delicious food!!
Wow! What an enjoyable evening. Ambience, scenery (Red Rocks), service, food, dessert too.
