This was a wonderful dinner and the view was incredible. Our server Constance made the entire experience excellent. Highly recommend!
Seemed like there was a shortage of wait staff and bell service. Overall enjoyable
WOW! What a superb dining experience. The bar menu was extensive including our favorite bourbon, Basil Hayden’s. The crab cakes were among the best we’ve had rivaling Cape Cod! And over 800 wines to chose from. And a special shoutout to our server, ROBERT! He made our special occasion most memorable. We rate Che Ah Chi an eleven!!!
Horrible experience. Seated us 30 minutes late despite a reservation made weeks in advance. Then the waiter was super slow to get us water, take our order, etc. One of us ordered the daily pasta special which was past puttanesca. the waiter failed to mention that it had chorizio in it and the diner was a vegetarian. when we pointed this out he acted like it was our fault! definitely not worth the money.
Staff was extremely kind and very professional. Views of the rocks at sunset from the restaurant were breathtaking. Food was excellent!
Incredible view with gourmet food. Great service
Fabulous atmosphere, views, food and service. Go at sunset as you can watch the red cliffs glow!
First and most important, the food was fabulous. The presentation of the dishes was artistic. The flavors were fresh and well composed with a nice dose of creativity. Second, the setting is romantic inside. The problem with our meal was the service. The pacing was just off. We know our waitress was trying, but...
We had reservations for their wonderful Easter Brunch. Everything was top notch except for one thing they couldn’t control, 2 tables that discovered they were both from Scottsdale and proceeded to let the entire restaurant know, even when they joined one another at one table after brunch. It was extremely annoying but it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault. We, however will definitely return even though the brunch was quite pricey.
We had a reservation for Easter Brunch. I have no complaints about the food, but even though we booked weeks ahead, we were seated on the end of a deck outside. The table was the last one around a corner where they store extra tables, chairs and patio heaters stacked up close to our table. Linens on other tables but not ours. IIt was like being put out to pasture. Long walk to the buffet. We had to ask for salt and pepper, and other things that would normally be on the table. The servers and the staff that were working the tables were helpful and I do not have a problem with them. The problem was in the reservation and seating dept. This was not a cheep brunch. Table for two, Two hundred fifty dollars. :(
Amazing service and thanks for accommodating our large party for Easter Brunch.
We had a lovely dining experience with great drinks, food and dessert! The service was great and views were to die for...right in the rocks!
The setting is spectacular and our breakfast was very good. The service was a bit slow and unprofessional for a restaurant of this caliber..... but still a wonderful experience.
Excellent overall. Food and wine selections exceeded our expectations. Service was just right. The atmosphere was serene with beautiful views during sunset and then a unique lighting effect once it got dark with the lights reflecting off the surrounding windows. We had just come up for dinner, but we’re impressed enough that we would look to stay there on a future trip. Best dinner we had in Sedona.
Amazing views. Top notch service. Wonderful food!!
Nearly everything about this meal was perfect. The chef combines high quality ingredients (the lamb was phenomenal) to create uniquely creative dishes. We sampled several Arizona red wines from their excellent wine list. All of them surprised us with their flavor and complexity.
We were afraid that the view would sacrifice the food. I'm glad we were wrong. The view is out of this world and the food and service were also up to par. We celebrated our anniversary here and was happy we did. Highly recommended.
Very disappointed in our experience. While the location and views are amazing!! The iPad wine list was terrible. It took us (and several tables around us) 20-30 minutes before we were able to find a wine selection and our server only compounded the problem. The manager was not knowledgeable enough to answer questions about the wine without printing information from that same iPad. Food was left in the window causing the “crispy” fish skin to be nearly inedible . Over all very disappointing.
Came in for breakfast on a Friday. Amazing views and service. Food was excellent and didn't take long at all as the restaurant wasn't busy.
Wonderful views of Sedona mountains. Ordered breakfast buffet, which was better than average but not outstanding. (Price about $25 per person.) Plus we expected better service. Had to request refill on drink. Used dishes were left on table rather than cleared as used. But again, the setting is spectacular!
We loved our dinner experience. Our table had a close up view of the red rocks of Sedona (while it was still light outside) - unmatched at other dining experiences we had in Sedona. The restaurant is part of the Enchantment Resort. We didn’t stay there, but were fully welcomed by the staff. It is located in a fairly remote area which made it even more special.
The wine list had many great offerings, and was IPad-enabled, so tasting notes were easy to access. The duck confit chicken leg was perfectly prepared and the pasta special was superb. We are dining there again while spending a week in Sedona. As someone who regularly frequents NYC restaurants, this restaurant stands up to many of the best there!
We celebrated a birthday at Che Ah Chi last night and everything was wonderful. We are locals and it had been a while since we had been there. They have a new Chef and it has really made a difference. Are server was Constance and she was excellent. She was personable and very knowledgeable. We will certainly ask for her again.
Fabulous food and service. The wait staff went above and beyond. Arley was terrific!! He even brought us birthday cake and ice cream. A delightful breakfast with a spectacular view!! We will be back for sure! Thank you for a great bday celebration!!
The food here was amazing. We had branzino and it was outstanding.
Food was amazing. The noise level was horrible. Unable to sit in a booth, so the room was freezing next to the window. Would suggest more booths to cut down on noise, have something to come down over the freezing windows at night, since there isn't anything beautiful lit up outside to look at. Needs to cut down on the hard surfaces to cut down the unbelievable noise in there.
We were under the impression that this would be a Sunday Brunch. It was not. Just your normal Breakfast Buffet. Food was very good and worth the drive out there.
We are staying at Enchantment, which is amazing! The restaurant, which is the premier restaurant in the resort, is lovely. The view is clearly the major selling point but they dont rely on that. The food and service were both excellent. I typically admire a restaurant that has a limited selection as to me , it means they are focusing on both fresh and seasonal
ingredients as well as their ability to prepare a few dishes exceptionally well. Even so, i felt that the menu was a bit limited in selection. Having said that, my husband and i both enjoyed our meals very much.. i had the lamb loin, which was tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. My husband had the ny steak, which was alos excellent. As we stayed here, we had breakfast several mornings. My favorite were the spa breakfasts although the view was better elsewhere.
Outstanding salmon dish! Attentive great service for meal. Long wait for pre dinner drink in lounge.
Incomparable setting. Lovely menu. Excellent service by Debi and her team. Highly recommended!
The ambiance of this restaurant is amazing and something that would definitely bring me back again for a second go-around. The service staff were wonderful. The menu appears to be reasonably priced, but the view is the best part of the experience. We arrived for brunch around 10:00, so the window shades were not drawn at that time. Later, the experience unfolds. Hope to stay here sometime in the near future.
An excellent meal, fantastic service and the scenery is awe inspiring.
Wonderful anniversary dinner with a beautiful complimentary dessert!
The food was good and good vegetarian choices. Complaint would be slow service. There was a large group in one room and that slowed everything. Also, outdoor patio was not available to general guests. And more heaters were needed for the outdoor areas.
gorgeous restaurant and delicious food. It's a really special restaurant in a resort.
We went in for our wedding anniversary. We ordered two meals, one a pasta dish with vegetables, the other a special lobster dinner. We got one dinner delivered like we never ordered anything else. The dish was hot the food was cold and there was zero pasta in the dish. The other dinner was ignored, but we were told we would get in three minutes? Really, if u did not even know about the server who took the order and her assistant comes with just one dinner, how would you prepare anther dinner in three minutes? We left hungry as we were not going to eat our dinner separately, we went back to our room and ordered room service! Extremely disappointed!!!
It was a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. We could hear eachother while we enjoyed delicious food. And the half bottles of wine selection was really a bonus
We came to dinner while visiting the East Coast for my girlfriend's birthday. We were blown away with, not only the area, but also the food and service delivered at Che-Ah-Chi. From start to end, we were wow'd with drinks (kudos for iPad wine list); courses from "House Smoked Corn Soup," to "Sea Scallops on the Shell," and "Roasted CO Lamb Loin." This will me a memorable night for us to both remember. We hope to make it back sooner than later. This is truly a special place!
