Che-Ah-Chi at Enchantment Resort
Dinner: Daily: 5:30pm - 9:15pm
The service was terrific. My fish was so over cooked that it was mushy and wasn’t edible. The ambience could use some character. It’s very sterile.
Fabulous service, amazing food and incredible views!
What a beautiful restaurant set deep into the canyon. The views are amazing and you can watch the sun disappear and the stars emerge. Food was delicious and service was excellent.
Dinner with friends and it was wonderful. Service was very attentive (there when you wanted them and gone when you didn’t want them).
Food was excellent. My friends had the salmon and they said it was the best they’d ever had. Good size portions for the salmon over a bed of barley. I indulged in the crab cakes, which were hand made with the best ingredients of fresh herbs.
The view was the best ever! We planned it so that we would be there for the sunset and also get to watch the full moon rise right over Kachina Woman. The red rocks were outstanding.
Need also to mention the live music-acoustic guitar- amazing sound system to accompany the amazing musician (not too soft, not to loud, just perfect). In fact, it was so good that you could forget that he was playing, but when he took a break, you think, ‘Where did that wonderful music go?’.
Very memorable evening that I won’t forget!
This is a prime example of a resort that is “phoning it in” with their onsite restaurant taking advantage of a captive audience. The food was lackluster and poorly prepared, the server’s attitude was transactional and indifferent and the check was astronomical. I’m all for paying for quality but to pay five ⭐️ prices for one ⭐️ food offends my sensibilities. I left dissatisfied and disappointed. The Enchantment can and should do better.
This is a very exclusive resort. Our breakfast experience was superb. The views from the restaurant are excellent. We had a great and wonderful time. We had scrambled eggs, breakfast pototoes, ham, and toast this was 22.00 a plate. Welcome to resort pricing. It was fantastic.
We have been going to Che-Ah-Chi for almost 20 years as a special place to help celebrate our Anniversary, while in Sedona. The food, ambiance, view, and service are always exquisite, and very much worth the premium prices to us.
We had an outstanding sea bass special and the squash side dish was wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed the birthday dinner for my husband's birthday!
The food was excellent. Well prepared, generous portions, hot when should be hot and cold when should be cold. The coffee was disappointing...too weak. Can't remember our server's name but he was very professional. Nothing beats that red rock view during dinner!! I wish there were linens on the tables and the furniture was disappointing for an upscale resort. I expected a lot better.
Breakfast was good...service was very very slow. I told the server I felt forgotten but nothing improved.
Having dinner here is only part of the totally beautiful experience. We sat outside on the deck and watched the reverse sunset while drinking margaritas. The service was prompt and attentive, friendly and informative. I had probably the best Filet Mignon I have ever ordered. Everything was perfect and we will definitely dine here again!
Great view, great service and great meal. Only issue was with the hostess staff - we were behind one person who when he left, the hostesses talked amongst themselves and did not acknowledge we were even waiting. Seemed very odd in such a high-end resort. Overall great dining experience
I visit Sedona every year and make a point of dining at the Enchantment Resort. It is always a wonderful experience. Food is excellent and service is outstanding. The staff always makes me feel special
We enjoyed a great meal at Che-Ah-Chi while staying at the Enchantment Resort and Spa. As one can easily see from some of the pictures on the restaurant's web site, the view is outstanding. Everything about this evening was very good -- service, menu, unobtrusive but efficient staff.
Fantastic food, service and view! What more can you ask for? Whether it is for breakfast or dinner, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! If I could have given 10 stars, I would have. The staff is the best! Monica, the manager, greets many of the guests and makes certain that everything is up to expectations. It always is! Save room for desserts...
Most restaurants with a view often serve mediocre dishes. This place is different. Food was amazing!
The view was magic.
Our server (long brown hair from Michigan) was sweet, helpful and energetic.
The food was refreshing, complex, inviting and much needed. Perfect dinner to end the day.
Was heading to Grand Canyon for weekend. Stopped on our way up north.
Very disappointing. Service was very slow, we needed to call the manager before we could finally get a heater near our table, everyone was very straight faced, no courtesy at all. Drinks showed up after an hour, food took another 40 mins. We chose this place to celebrate a birthday but I would not recommend this place....
Alana was a wonderful server and made us feel very welcome and special for our 32 anniversary. Food was fabulous and presentation was perfect. I had the Salmon and Crab Cakes and my hubby had the steak - views are gorgeous of the Red Rocks. Highly recommend! Thank you Enchantment resort for always keeping the best in staff and quality.
Fantastic setting, great food and service!
Very inconsistent food and service.
Outstanding view. Great eggs Benedict and waffles.
The restaurant was beautiful and appeared very clean. Our waitress was very enthusiastic. We ate outside after dark. We both had the filet mignon which was pretty good. We ordered dessert around 9:30pm and while waiting, several cockroaches came over the wall right where people had just been eating at a table. They were crawling on the empty table and on the ground right by our table. I was so grossed out and just wanted to get out of there.
Food is delicious yet pricey
Wine list exceptional.
The best, romantic patio where we have ever enjoyed a sunset dinner. Great daily specials, great wine and perfect service. Wine mark ups are less than the normal 2X retail.
We spent our 30th anniversary at the Enchantment Resort. This is a great place for special occasions. The ambience was wonderful with spectacular views of the Red Rocks of the Sedona area. The meal at Che-Ah-Chi was very memorable and delicious. The wait staff were professional and personable. I highly recommend for a special occasion.
Incredible view, very attentive service (almost too much so!), food was ok, nothing too special. You pay for the privilege of eating at the resort and the views are spectacular (oops, I already said that). On the Monday night we dined there, the place was very slow and quiet. As a result, it seemed like the staff was trying way too hard, and there was no people watching to be done. Nice evening overall
Tried too hard to be gourmet , should tone it down. The sauces were not good
A birthday for our daughter in law. Perfect food and a typical memorable Sedona sunset. We have reservations again for Thursday night, same table with Louis as our waiter.
Very slow service; it took about 1 hour to get our food afterward we ordered. The waiter was not very attentive. They seemed understaffed. The food was good!
Outstanding food, outstanding wine, outstanding views and outstanding service
our waiter was very helpful and patient, with a few dietary challenges. Amazing views! A truely memorable meal!
Che-Ah-Chi is located at the Enchantment Resort , the location is absolutely amazing with stunning views of the red rock mountains. We went there for the view and were treated with warm friendly staff . Our waiter made us feel like royalty and gave us good suggestions on what to order. The food was delicious as well. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Sedona.
Took my girlfriend here and it was very good. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was beautiful
Che-Ah-Chi is a high quality restaurant in a drop dead gorgeous setting at Enchantment Resort. It is hard to imagine a better Sedona experience than sitting on the outside deck, drinking in the stellar red rock views in Boynton Canyon. The food and service proved as exceptional as the view. Do not let the short 10-15 minute drive from downtown Sedona discourage you; the drive is definitely worth it!
You can’t top The view at this restaurant. The food is tasty. We have come here Year after year, and have consistently been very disappointed with the service. This year it took us 45 minutes to be seated ( we had a reservation) and another hour before our main course was served. I wonder why the restaurant can’t figure out they need more staff. The only reason we keep returning is that the view is truly outstanding.
Beautiful view and delicious breakfast!
Overall good experience. Creative menu and good wait staff. Only negative was seemingly disinterested maitre d, bordered on smarmy and condescending. Contemplated leaving before being seated but had guests who had driven a long way to meet.
