Che-Ah-Chi at Enchantment Resort
Dinner: Daily: 5:30pm - 9:15pm
It was a wonderful experience. We were able to eat and talk business and did not feel rushed to leave. Service and food we’re outstanding.
We had a dinner here for a special occasion in December. We arrived early and had drinks in the View cocktail lounge and watched as the sun finished setting on the red rocks prior to our 5:30 reservation.
The service was fantastic in both areas, we were never bothered or wanting for service. The food and cocktails were fantastic and while it's a bit pricier than we normally like, the experience and food were certainly worth the price that we paid.
5 star beautiful setting. Great service. But food was very disappointing. Not much creativity. I had a steak. No grill char. No interesting spice. No sauce. No juicy meat flavor. I picked steak over salmon, game hen, pasta, short ribs or a fish. Not much choice. Basic preparation for all dishes. No tasting menu. Not much presentation. For the high price, and being in a fantastic resort (which we stayed at), I expected much much more. Especially after a crazy amazing meal at nearby Elote.
Had dinner here the week after Thanksgiving. Service was excellent and the food was good, but the restaurant did not have the Wow factor I was expecting. I would compare it to Morton's Steakhouse. Good, but not amazing. If you want WOW, go to Mariposa. It has the views, the ambience, and the food, and it's comparable in price.
The view is amazing. The breakfast was mediocre and the buffet was cold and dry. Breakfast took an hour and a half. It's a must see but not necessarily a must eat.
This establishment mixed up our reservations, and we had to guilt them into taking us. The restaurant was not full, and while they fit us in, we shouldn’t have had to press the issue.
Food quality was spotty. My entree was not good (hard to mess up a turkey dinner). Much of what else we were served was not exceptional, and we are not picky eaters. The chef they advertise must have quit.
Our wait person, Felicia, was outstanding.
Given what we paid for this “experience”, and the mixed up reservation system we would not go back. They may have been top notch in the past, but not on this Thanksgiving.
Our experience was really amazing!
The food was tasteful, the staff was really polite and the place well decorated with a great view.
The Best restaurant in Sedona!
Beautiful Thanksgiving dinner with family. The service was great. Food tasted very good and was served at just the right pace. The server gave us plenty of time between courses. The view at sunset was spectacular. Deer were grazing on property. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend it fir special occasions. Little pricy for everyday dining.
The restaurant was beautiful & the food was excellent. I will return there as often as possible.
It has been almost 30 years since I first visited Enchantment. The one thing I really miss is the fabulous brunches on Sundays and special occasions. The food and view are still amazing.
Excellent food and great service!
My only, and very minor, complaint: some of the ancillary staff could have been more attendant and courteous. Our waiter was, however, great.
Amazing experience. Elegant restaurant. Beautiful view. Come at sunset. Food is creative and flavorful. Many vegetarian options. Excellent service. Will definitely visit when in sedona again.
My husband and I were on our honeymoon, none of the staff seemed to care. Our server was pretty boring. It was great good, resort prices. But still yummy.
Wonderful ! Everything was fabulous !
Our server Robert took very good care of us; from getting us a nice sitting area to bringing my wife a birthday dessert! Beautiful Resort; delicious food!!
Wow! What an enjoyable evening. Ambience, scenery (Red Rocks), service, food, dessert too.
Outstanding meal. My husband is a VERY fussy foodie and we both found our meal to be excellent ... as was the service (thank you Billy) and of course the scenery. Lovely ambience inside and out.
What an incredible view! Definitely worth the drive from Sedona. Food was unique and delicious.
Service ok but waiter seemed too busy so tended to forget about us. Good/ ok but not awesome. I went there a few years ago and it was awesome—server attentive, food great.
The service wasn’t great for the price. The server brought out the main course at the same time as our appetizers. The food was subpar. Not worth the price.
It was an excellent dining experience, godd choice of wines
Service was lacking. We were one of three tables seated for a late breakfast and our waiter never stopped by to check on us after busboy served food. View is amazing.
Outstanding food and service, spectacular views. Great wine list. Knowledgeable and friendly wait staff.
Excellent food and service with a spectacular location. Arrange to arrive in late afternoon to view the incredible sunsets.
This is a beautiful restaurant in a stunning setting. I wish we had gone at sunset instead of later. I found the service to be just right, not overbearing and not left to wait. The first course selections were really fantastic and I probably should have ordered a couple of small plates. My partner had a venison chop that was tasty and perfectly cooked. I had a crispy fried quail. I found the quail to be overpowered by the deep frying and the meat became rubbery and hard to cut or chew. I ordered the quail because I thought it would be the most local thing on the menu. There aren't many entree choices on the menu and I might have just selected one that wasn't right for me. The desert date cake was really yummy! I'd recommend it and would probably go just to have it again.
We are staying at Enchantment Resort for our honeymoon and made dinner reservations here. The service and food was exceptional and the atmosphere of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. By far our favorite restaurant in Sedona!
Great food and atmosphere!! Lovely scenery. It was an eventful night with lots of fun. Interesting drinks and suppotyive staff.
This is the fine dining restaurant at the fantastic The Enchantment Resort. Service was slow and the waiter kept forgetting things which contributed to the problem.
Very different style of food. Display of food was nice!
Corn fritters were delicious along with sea scallops but the corn that the scallops were served on was very hard.
Slow service on the deck. Gave us Happy Hour menu after it was over so prices were different. Excellent starters in the restaurant but entrees too salty ... one pasta dish was inedible. Beautiful location but might try the casual restaurant next time.
Simply one of the very best restaurants I have ever been to in the United States.
The first busser was somewhat gruff, and unfriendly, and twice the bus girl picked up plates off of our table without asking if we were done and ready to have the table cleared. The main server was fine.
Such a beautiful restaurant with an incredible view. Constance was our server and she was fantastic. Highly recommend the cheesecake for dessert!
Incredible, we will definitely be back. Risotto with my scallops was undercooked. Stunning views for drinks and dinner.
Beautiful location with spectacular views! Great service and amazing food ! The corn fritters were the bomb!! Definitely recommend for a special evening out in beautiful Sedona !
Great food. Great service.
Enchantment Resort & Spa has long been on my list of places to visit. I was not disappointed by our dining experience at Chi Ah Chi. Constance our server was delightful & well versed in describing the seasonal menu.
The ambiance of dining outdoors with the amazing red rock view was truly enchanting & the food was amazing. We started with the stone fruit salad. My husband had the filet mug in & I had cauliflower entree. Paired with some wonderful red wine, we had a most memorable & delightful meal.
I love great restaurants ... and of the three places I've eaten in Sedona, so far this is by far the best. I ate at Mariposa, it was good food, the service was good and the view was great. I also at at Cress on Oak Creek at L'Auberge de Sedona - that was a great location, but a complete rip off with respect tot he quality of the food for the price. My meal (family of three) at Cress on Oak Creek was twice the cost of the Che-Ah-Chi and not nearly as good. Che-Ah-Chi ticks all the boxes for me - GREAT food, GREAT service, with spectacular views and ambiance. It is well worth the drive to the Enchantment Resort.
We were fortunate enough to have breakfast at this restaurant on two occasions during our stay at the Enchantment Resort. The restaurant has beautiful views of Boynton Canyon and the food was fresh and yummy. Both days we dined, we were lucky enough to have Oscar as our waiter. He was very nice and attentive and even remembered our drink orders on the second occasion. I highly recommend sitting outside for the beautiful views if the weather allows, but the views and ambience on the inside are nice also.
