Che Ah Chi is inspired by seasonal ingredients and modern American cuisine. Dishes are sourced from our own kitchen garden, local and neighboring organic growers, artisan cheese makers, sustainable fish traders and ranchers to create an uncomplicated, yet sophisticated menu. The stunning red rock views, outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nationally recognized wine list provides the perfect complement to a dining experience that is in a category all its own.

The restaurant was beautiful, wonderful views. It wasn't full but the service was not good, the waitress hardly came by. We had to ask for bread 2-3 times, it took forever for our drinks to come . Lastly the food was not good. My ravioli was so bland, basically no taste. Lobster bisque was oily, salty and hardly any lobster. Overall not a good experience.

From the moment we drove up to Enchantment Resort, we knew it was going to be a special night. I wasn't proven wrong. Our server, Michael, was a true professional, making recommendations and answering our questions. We sat at a romantic table facing the Sedona red rocks and watched the sun set. Our dishes were truly amazing - the Lobster Cappucino (don't get scared, ask about it!) and homemade ricotta were the perfect starters. We ate and smiled the whole time. After our meals (we had room in our second stomachs) we had Grandma's chocolate cake. To. Die. For. We will be back the next time we are in Sedona. A must visit for anyone looking for an elegant and delicious meal!

Such a beautiful setting. We were visiting the area and went to see the incredible sunset at Che Ah Chi. Our waiter was Robert and he was so much fun. My husband asked to have the smoked duck from the appetizer menu worked into an entrée and the chef came up with something wonderful. This was our favorite Sedona restaurant.

My wife and I were on vacation in Sedona, and a friend recommended Che-Ah-Chi. The restaurant is in the exclusive, gated, Enchantment Resort. The dining room provides an amazing view of the red rocks. There was plenty of outdoor dining, but as the sun set and the temperature dropped, we opted for an indoor table rather than sitting under a propane heat lamp and bundling up in blankets as a few diners did. Dinning indoors did not spoil the view as we were given a table beside the wall-to-ceiling windows. Che-Ah-Chi is not for anyone on a budget, unless celebrating a special occasion. However the setting, quality of the food and service, as well as the extensive wine list, are worth the price.

Gave this place a 2nd chance, and was once again let down. Started with the cheese board. Cheese was great, but they only gave 2 tiny pieces of bread which was not nearly enough for everything on the board. Then got the Lobster Bisque. The soup was fairly cold and there was basically no lobster to be found. For my entree I got the filet mignon, medium well, and it was absolutely charred to a crisp. The only part of it I liked was the mushrooms it came with. My boyfriend got the flank steak and said it was only okay. Ended the meal with a chocolate cake, and that was one of the few things that was actually good.

As usual, Enchantment's signature restaurant offers an absolutely stunning view of the red rocks. It also provides a view of the adult pool, which was largely populated by very small adults (children). More importantly, my wife and I both ordered two of the entrees on 'special' for the evening and were less than impressed. However, the tomato bisque soup was quite good. All in all, if you want the view, go here. If you want really good food, drive into Sedona and visit one of the traditional favorites like Dahl and Deluca.

Beautiful views. It's a much better deal to order a la carte than the brunch buffet. The food selection is much better and so are the prices. I regret ordering from the buffet, as the food was warm/cold (it looked like it had been sitting there all morning) and the selection was underwhelming.

Came here during a two night stay at the Enchantment Resort. Really wanted to like this place. Only two restaurants at the resort and this is the more expensive/finer dining. That being said, the waiter was covering too many tables, food arrived lukewarm. Coming from NYC, I'm exposed to lots of great food at many price ranges. This one was mediocre food at a high price with service that was fair at best. The view is phenomenal, but food can't match it. You're sort of stuck eating here anyway, given the long drive to Sedona. Also, the hanging lights in the restaurant interfere with the stellar view of the red rock mountains, as they give off reflections on the vast windows!

Had a lovely dinner. Started with Shisito Pepper appetizer which was delicious - comes with their signature "Noble Toast" which isn't actually as big a deal as they make it out to be! Plus we had Ricotta and Pea Puree appetizer - pretty good. I had the Quinoa Crusted Trout which was one of the best trout dishes I have ever had. Cooked perfectly, fish tender and juicy with delicious crunch from the quinoa. Accompanying veggies were also good. My dinner companion had the linguini with lamb bacon which was interesting and really good. No desserts. This was my 4 th time in about 2 years - I always bring friends here when they are visiting, and I have not been disappointed yet. Its a bit on the expensive side, but the ambiance and view are amazing.

One of the very best meals I've ever had in this country. Incredible ambience, attentive and knowledgeable service, wonderful food prepared with a deft touch in the kitchen to add herbs and spices that are far from the ordinary. The lamb was spectacular, as was the falafel panini. Friends raved about the salmon belly (special that day) and the steak. Highly recommended as a unique dining experience in Sedona. This was my third visit, first time in 12 years, and it seemed even better than I remembered.

Good food for a resort restaurant. Maybe not worth the drive if you aren't staying at the resort. Not as good as the price would suggest.

We were in the Sedona area on vacation and went to Che-Ah-Chi for dinner one evening. We could not have been more pleased - excellent food, great service, and - wow - that astonishing view is to die for! The wait staff was exceptionally knowledgeable about the food and its sources and very attentive. The menu is varied and original. We shared a mushroom soup and one of the chef's noble toast appetizers - both were wonderful. The duck entrée was well prepared and flavorful, while the pasta and boar sausage entrée was excellent. Either go for lunch or get there an hour before sunset to enjoy the views of the canyon. Very highly recommended.

We visit Enchantment once a year (not nearly enough) and have breakfast here every morning. Though all the servers are truly outstanding and it's great to see them still there year after year (something that speaks volumes in the hospitality industry), we always ask for Oscar. He's just a delight, has the memory of an elephant, and always has wonderful suggestions for the menu. One day this time he suggested adding roasted jalapeños to my husband's dish, which he said they do every morning. A perfect extra touch. Between such a warm, professional staff, the most breathtaking view imaginable and a delicious menu, it's the ideal start of every day we spend in Sedona, and fuels a full day of hiking and adventures. Truly this restaurant and the staff we recognize year after year make this a fun part of our Enchantment stay, and a piece we look forward to whenever we return. Put this gem on your list, and not just for dinner.

The cheese plate board and the Pheasant (special) were delicious. The filet mignon, although cooked well, was a little too busy for us with too much extra stuff overpowering the meat's flavor. The guitar player's soothing melodies were very soothing and helped the ambiance, but he often took breaks which created awkward silence in between songs. The service also left some to be desired. There were only two waiters for the entire restaurant, so it would take forever for them to come back and check on us. We wanted dessert, but decided to forego it because the service was so slow. Overall, decent food but ambiance and service need some tweaking. Would try again but wouldn't set my hopes too high.
