My wife and we’re told we had to get to the Enchantment Resort for dinner while in Sedona and we finally made it there. It was fantastic food with an amazing view of the red rocks. We arrived just as the sun was setting and it was amazing. Our waiter Billy was fantastic and made the evening very enjoyable.

We expected the fine dining room at the Enchantment Resort to be excellent and it did not disappoint. The food, service, and ambience were all top notch. A great high end choice!

We took my mother there for a birthday dinner, and the event was indeed quite special. The marvelously beautiful mountain views were excelled by the the food we ordered along with our waiter's excellent service. He was knowledgeable and always supportive, but not overbearing and intrusive. What a fantastic event in a majestic setting!

Somewhat disappointing, especially given the prices. We had the corn chowder for an appetizer. It was lukewarm at best. We both had the snapper for our entrée. It was overcooked and somewhat tasteless. Good wine list and views, but the food was average at best

My wife and I ate here on our last night in Sedona. It was a Friday night, 5:30pm reservation, it was just getting dark. Alana was our server.

First off, the restaurant is beautiful, the scenery is breath-taking, and the restaurant was rather quiet. We had no problem hearing one another, which is great. The waitresses, including ours, seemed to really know meticulously about the menu, and took care to answer and explain.

The selection was small, which for those that aren't very picky, is fine, but for me, I found only a handful of items I would eat. Honestly though, its pretty typical of high end restaurants to be that way, its no fault of them.

I ordered the Rib-Eye, which was cooked correctly, my only complaint is, it was small. I was expecting something maybe double in size. The cost of dishes is high, and the cost of wine by the glass is also high. We did expect that coming in though.

The service though was excellent. They even read in our open table comments that we were celebrating our birthdays, and surprised us with a birthday dessert with a message. That was a big win, and made our dinner for sure.

If we ever go back, we'd be sure to try and and sit outside (it was too cold that night).

Appetizer was less than stellar. Skimpy. Three little pieces of hamachi for way too much money. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and really flavorful sitting on vidalla onion. But this as well was expensive at $56. We didn’t have a view it was dark when we dined but the place is pretty and comfortable and the service was very good.

Great view. Food was good but skimpy on portions. My filet was good but it was a small medallion about 4 ounces and at $45 I was expecting at least six or eight. Menu should have specified size or stated it was a medallion size. Soup was cold and mushrooms with steak were cold but they were quickly replaced with hot items when we pointed it out. Overall Nice special occasion restaurant but you might leave hungry. Food not worth the price but locale and atmosphere make up for it.

Great variety on the menu, and the service was fabulous. We sat outside for dinner, just as the sun set, and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the lighting at our table (small gas lamp) was so dim that we could barely see what we were eating.

As part of a resort which entertains families, many with young children, our meals were not always as relaxing as we would have hoped. The food was fine, but nothing to rave about. Views were spectacular! Sedona is a beautiful place. So, go for the view and it will be worth it.

Was nothing special! The doors to the patio were open so we had cigarette smoke coming inside. It's a low light restaurant however three tables were reading and had their cell phone flashlight lighting up the area and shining in our eyes. Food looked good but fell short in flavor and execution. The server did not know menu or wine pairings. The only thing that did not fall short was the bill. I expect more when I spen more that $200 per person.

We didn't stay at the Enchantment resort but were highly looking forward to dining there after reading great reviews. The setting is absolutely gorgeous but once you're inside the restaurant the enchantment ends if you're not lucky enough to be seated outside or VERY near a window. There is a lot of glare on the glass so the magnificent view is completely lost during and after sunset. You have absolutely no idea that you're dining in one of the most beautiful areas of the world and the utterly horrible lack of dress-code by patrons solidifies this. The restaurant should try to deal with this. People that look like they just got off the trail should be directed to their casual restaurant instead of ruining the ambience. The food is very good however. Perhaps the best salad I've ever had. Service was good too except for a server that we almost had to argue with to convince him that the "split chicken" and several other entres were NOT for us. We were a party of two and there were several larger parties near us. Would have thought that could have been figured out. I would highly recommend it still - just make sure you actually get to see some scenery while dining and the experience will be better.

Food (breakfast) was very good, but our waiter was terrible. He never came to check on us or see how the food was for us after dropping off our entrees. We were out of water for a long time and he never filled them up. We had to beg for a refill after not seeing him for several minutes. Terrible service from waiter, but hostesses were great. INCREDIBLE view here. We expected top notch service from a resort like this though.

Everything was prepared well, but we didn't know there was a party for 50 in their banquet room. Our appetizers were served promptly as were drinks we ordered. After that we waited for over an hour for our entres. They were very nice, but really? They put our entres behind this huge party, so we're the ones who had to wait. Really???? If you're booking there, I would ask them about large parties that evening-- because they won't tell you. Almost left before our entres were served.

The team are really not on the ball. I ordered a Fillet Mignon Medium-Well done. I received a steak Medium rare. My server swore she wrote it down correctly and that the error was in the kitchen. I will give them one more chance to get it right tonight. The team are really understaffed for a national long weekend holiday.

We had another lovely dinner here. This time, we sat inside, next to floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of the red rocks. Service was gracious and unrushed and the tables are far enough apart to make conversation easy. The wine list has a good selection of Arizona wines, and the sommelier was helpful in recommending one of our two final choices.
For starters, we shared the Buratta with Noble toast and Lobster Bisque. I had the day's special, a grass-fed ribeye with coffee-chipotle rub and served with potatoes au gratin; my husband had the filet mignon (also grass-fed) with sautéed mushrooms and shoestring fries. We also shared an order of Brussels sprouts, which are served with Bourbon syrup, pecorino, and breadcrumbs.

Fantastic views (sit outside) and server, Robert, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and didn't rush us. My husband had the filet and I had the pork chop. We shared the cauliflower. Everything was amazing. It's pricy for Sedona, we're from Chicago and these are normal prices for this kind of dinner. Highly recommend!

Food and ambience were good, but our server forgot about us. Other tables were being served while we sat with just water for what seemed like 30 minutes or more. Finally our server checked on us and brought us bread. Server was very polite, but attentiveness to the serving of the food was lacking. Food was delicious. If not for being forgotten, it would have been a stellar experience.
