We dined at Chayo during a family vacation. The food, service and value are very good given the expensive atmosphere of Vegas. We highly recommend. Loved the chicken tacos and margarita pitcher. The entire staff works so hard too.

Great food and great service! Our server was one of the bartenders and even though she was busy, she was attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. I just wish the chips and salsa were free like most other places but it’s ok. Worth it!

Mother’s Day rooftop brunch was not what we expected they could’ve had more shade or even offered or made a suggestion knowing that my mother and grandmother could have used shade or fan’s for cooling knowing how hot it was I just was not happy

Waited 20 mins for someone to take our drink order Waited another 20 mins for him to come back and take our food order. Along with waiting 30 mins for him to bring the check. The sever didn’t check up on us while we were eating to see if we needed a refill or if the order was correct

Will not return. Poor service and mediocre food for the price. $7.50 for chips and salsa… and the chips and salsa were awful. If your in Vegas, Javier’s is a way better choice… and they don’t charge you for chips and salsa.

We had reservations for 4. We ordered drinks and apps . Apps came out fairly quick, the drinks took over 1/2 hour. This is unacceptable at any level because the restaurant nor the bar was busy. Then our food came out and it was just ok. Fajitas steak and shrimp and enchilada. My flour tortillas were hard and couldn’t even eat one of them. Such a disappointment because I had looked forward to going here. I don’t think I would go back

Service was poor. No silverware. Then had to ask for a spoon to eat soup, took 20 min. Manager spent the entire time we were there flirting with the DJ while the employees were running around like crazy. Food was ok, best thing was the black bean dip. Don’t think we will come back.

We waited for our waiter for 20-25 min. The waitress didn’t give us the option of regular water and gave us bottled water, thank god for one of the other waiters bringing us regular water so we could send the bottled water back (of course we would’ve been charged for it). When the food finally came it was clearly just microwaved, the refried beans were crunchy on the exterior and the tortillas were hard on the edges. We left without ever finishing our food. Unfortunately we would never go back.

Waitress was good about first drink but did not circulate back regularly. The app came out only a few minutes before the entrees, which got cold. Not attentive and didn’t notice that we sat waiting for condiments, then waiting for a drink refresh, then waiting for our check. It was not that busy…felt that she attended just to bigger tables/tips. Food was okay. Not returning.
