   Service was phenomenal, both wait staff and bar tender/server were outstanding. Food was okay, it was Cinco de Mayo but not that busy so that should not have impacted quality of food.

   Had the best time here. Our server Fabian was incredible. He was very fun and energetic. We were a party of 9 and very high energy group and Fabian was so on top of everything and our brunch went without a hiccup. We celebrated mine and my friends bday here and it was the best place to do so. We rode the bull and had so much fun here. Will definitely be back.

   We love sitting on the patio and people-watching at Chayo! We ordered the nachos with carne asada (without beans). They came without the pico de gallo, which was not normal, and the distribution of the meat and cheese was not up to their usual standard. We did ask for some salsa, which came promptly. We did enjoy the nachos, the service, and the atmosphere.

   Overall, the experience was underwhelming. The service was extremely slow—it took about 45 minutes just to get our drinks, and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed or short-handed. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t very good either, which made the long wait even more disappointing. Also, the menu didn’t mention the 3% surcharge added to cover post-COVID labor costs, which felt a bit misleading. Given all that, I’d be hesitant to return.

   Enjoyed a late morning breakfast skillet at Chayo. Energetic 2 story restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating available. Inside has a rustic western vibe, even has a mechanical bull. Unfortunately the kitchen got seriously backed up and it took quite a while to be served. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Our server was friendly and apologetic for the delay getting our food. Understandable due to a very busy Saturday morning crowd. Minimal points off, still recommend to visit.

   Loud energetic vibe in the restaurant, fun for rowdy party groups! A convenient spot if staying near the Linq promenade but not the best Mexican food in Vegas. Worth the convenience though.
