Chart House - Waikiki
Live Hawaiian contemporary entertainment and early and late happy hours heat up the night in the cocktail lounge. Serving the island’s largest pupu menu. For the highlight of the island dining or taste of local night life, the Chart House Waikiki is the place to be for good food, good friends and good times.
We had a great meal at Chart House in Waikiki - in fact, the first dinner and the service was so great, we went back for our last night's dinner as well. Great service and the steaks were wonderful. We enjoyed the location. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about wines as well as everything on the menu. A well run establishment!
One of the most pleasant dinner experiences in some years. Beautiful setting and attentive wait staff in all aspects. Excellent food and drink just topped off the experience.
Very loud. No island fresh fish. Small white wine glass used for Cabernet Sauvignon (red wine) by the glass. Sword fish was undercooked. Service was non-existent. Needs a deep clean.
I love dinning out while visiting Hawaii but it won’t be here again. Poor Chart House, it use to be so good!
The food was bland, overpriced and portions were small. Music was very loud
Absolutely one of the best experiences in Honolulu !
Great place to eat. We ate in bar area on early happy hour. Smaller menu but still good choice. Right at the harbour and wonderful view of the sunset. Busy at that time but would still recommend.
I have enjoyed with fireworks.
I will come again.
Chart House is always a hit, with great food and locations on the water. Crab cakes are amazing!
Loved the view, the food was fantastic.
Nice local vibe
Friendly people, excellent service, fabulous food! 😀
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! The food was absolutely delicious! Our only complaint is that we had a senior citizen who needed to use the restroom (in a hurry) and the elevators do not go down to the level where the restrooms are located - it was very difficult for her to go up and down the stairs....for people in wheelchairs the restaurant would be impossible. Other than that we had a LOVELY night - even returned for a 2nd night while on vacation!
Always great food!
Good food/great service. Music in the bar excellent laid back atmosphere. A must when in Waikiki
25th anniversary excellent dinner will do it again and recomment.
We’ve eaten at Chart House around the country since their early days. My filet mignon was barely warm. Other meals were not as warm as expected. My biggest issue was the server’s attitude when my pre teen granddaughter asked if she could see a child’s menu. He shamed her into ordering off the main menu. My other two granddaughters who eat very little meat ordered large Caesar salads. He again made comments about “is that all you are going to eat?” I was very disappointed in the server’s attitude and the quality of the food compared to other Chart House we have been to.
B day celebration. First time Hawaii trip.
My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal with above average service for his 79th Birthday! He loved the food and we had to get a "To Go Bag".
Great food but not what you typically see when you go the brand name Chart House. A lot more informal with the same price tag. Had a great meal, food was hot and served fast.
Excellent location and a great menu. Very busy but the service was very good. Would highly recommend
Very tight in space between tables. Chair cushions are filthy and worn out.
Aloha price fix menu was fantastic and a great deal. Highly recommend the new york strip.
Food is still excellent and service was awesome... as usual :)
It was my birthday and a friend purchased a $300 gift card for me. My Wife and enjoyed everything. We’ll be back before we fly home to use up the balance left on the card.
Great food. But over priced. Service was great. Over all ok
The staff was very kind and tentative to help our party. The food was average for the price as we had appetizers and entrees. The kids meals overpriced for $18 for the quality of a kids meal. The atmosphere was nice facing the marina and we had a table near the railing to watch boats in the marina. We will be back but probably just for apps or drinks.
Very expensive for what is available on Waikiki Beach. Old feel like we walked back into 1970. Best part was the band. Not worth the $150 dinner for two.
Food was good and the waiter also. The only issue was with the wait times for the food, it was busy but we spent a total of 2 hours there.
Love our server, he’s funny. The ahi is on the dry side but the butterfish is delicious 😋
Fabulous time!!! My lady and I wanted a special dinner for 2. Nicole offered great service and a great deal! The $59 special fed us both! And the drinks were outta this world! Go enjoy at the Chart House
I have gone to many other chart across the U.S.
This location was very data and the dining furniture was worn. Need an upgrade.
Food was ok...but not as good as other chart houses I have attended.
I won’t be coming to this chart house on our next trip to Hawaii.
