    This was our first time at the Chart House. We were seated upon our arrival. The table and surroundings were perfect. The menu had a large variety of choices. The waitstaff was great. They were on top of our greeting, drink orders, appetizer and entree orders. We received everything in a timely manner. The food was cooked to perfection. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

    Ordered the prime rib dinner and the meat was terrible. Over cooked and it seemed like it was left under the heat lamps. I was very disappointed.

    Food was great- especially Bleu Cheese Butter on Filet. Crunchy Shrimp was great also. Lots of shrimp, good sauces and sticky rice tasty.

    After a terrific experience a few weeks ago, we returned on a quiet Monday night expecting the same. Unfortunately, no. With the exception of the beautiful building, everything else was totally different & disappointing. Service: slow, missing & amateurish. More in line with a Chilis than a fine dining experience & $50 entrees. Food: one dish sat under the heat lamps while the second dish was prepared & came out looking ill & was tasteless. My lobster stuffed scrod was heavy on the stuffing & light on the lobster. The crab cake was so so & had a strong fishy taste. Wine: good selection, but despite the wine cellar display our bottle was warm. It took 15 minutes to get our bottle. Management: we stated our issues to what appeared to be the manager who was sympathetic & complained that the staff were more interested in drinking coffee than serving customers. She said she was going to “ speak to her boss”. To make amends she sent us home with 1 slice of cake we told her we didn’t want. Her comment highlights the issue, no experienced oversight. There were more than enough servers & the room was 70% empty.

    The waiter Joseph was amazing! Very knowledgable! The shrimp stack was delicious, the lobster bisque as well. My favorite food item I tasted was the lobster stuffed fish. The potatoes, lemon sauce, asparagus and fish were all amazing! I only had a few bites of my daughters. I will order that next time. All around great experience!! ~ Sarah

    Disappointed in the food quality this time around. Have eaten here for over 30+ years and have introduced many family and friends to this wonderful restaurant. Will definitely come again and hope for the usual great meal and dining experience.

    Everything was very good with the exception of the Landry's pitch while my wife and I were trying to enjoy my birthday chocolate lava cake and port. It was actually pretty rude and obnoxious.
