                              Hands down THE best steak in Reno! Not just the steak but sides, drinks and Butter Cake for dessert are excellent as well . Recommend 100%.

                              Our waiter, Julian, was AMAZING! Give that man a BIG RAISE! He made our date night memorable & was very engaging & helpful with our meal choices. Great to see a man passionate about what he does & truly aiming to make people’s experiences special. Food was fantastic, but really Julian was great!

                              The $95.00 steaks were burnt! The $18.00 Caesar Salad had one anchovy on it! The baked potato never came! The French Fries were burnt and hard! The floor Manager thought the whole thing was a joke, and still charged us $175.00 for the meal!! We have been going there for years , and never were we treated so bad and the food so terrible! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

                              We had an outstanding dinner at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse in Reno. The evening started with French onion soup and Caesar salad as appetizers—both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our entrées, the lamb chops were simply the best I’ve ever had—tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The prime filet steak was also excellent—juicy, rich, and expertly prepared. Our sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus complemented the meal perfectly. The potatoes were creamy and delicious, and the asparagus was crisp and expertly cooked. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, setting the perfect tone for the night. Our waiter was superb—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly—and the host was very welcoming and accommodating. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re in Reno and want a top-tier steakhouse meal with first-class service.
