The $95.00 steaks were burnt! The $18.00 Caesar Salad had one anchovy on it! The baked potato never came! The French Fries were burnt and hard! The floor Manager thought the whole thing was a joke, and still charged us $175.00 for the meal!! We have been going there for years , and never were we treated so bad and the food so terrible! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

We had an outstanding dinner at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse in Reno. The evening started with French onion soup and Caesar salad as appetizers—both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our entrées, the lamb chops were simply the best I’ve ever had—tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The prime filet steak was also excellent—juicy, rich, and expertly prepared. Our sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus complemented the meal perfectly. The potatoes were creamy and delicious, and the asparagus was crisp and expertly cooked. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, setting the perfect tone for the night. Our waiter was superb—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly—and the host was very welcoming and accommodating. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re in Reno and want a top-tier steakhouse meal with first-class service.

We did the "Cut of the Week" menu for our anniversary. This is the 3rd time I think we've done this. It's solid and worth the price. The dishes are always delicious and it's a fun way to celebrate. We love the fact we're done with dinner before the sun goes down! :) So, we don't mind that we have to be in there by 6:00 to get the special prix fixe menu. The wine pairings are also nice. Great service and nice atmosphere. Not generally a fan of dining in the casinos in Reno, but this is well worth it!

It's a prefix menu, BUT if there is something you don't eat or can not eat the restaurant will accommodate. And it was done for me. The portion size was perfect for a 4 course meal complimented with wine. Our services was perfect. Visiting from Florida, it was a great experience. I highly recommend making a reservation and having a great meal at this restaurant.

Julian was our waiter- he was incredible and made the experience that much better. We had him once before is which is why we requested him for my wife’s birthday. The staff supporting him was as great!
