We were there for over three hours. Our food took so long that they offered us free dessert that they then tried to charge us for. Took over an hour to settle the bill because we had issues with players club offers not working

Saturday evening and we opted for the bar because there were several large groups in the dining room. Bar service was great! Enjoyed watching football games with other patrons. Ordered food and got the salads rather quickly. Then waited an hour for our Steak Oscar. When it arrived our “medium” steak was absolutely rare. Bartender sent it back and when it returned it was still just as rare with more toppings. Bartender recognized that it was still rare, talked to the manager and had it removed from our bill. 10 stars to the bartender! She also offered to have it redone but at that point we were done waiting. This isn’t the first time we have had issues here. I feel like this location is going downhill.

Our waiter Julian was great. The side dishes were served cold, but quickly taken care of. Our Filets were outstanding, cooked perfectly and very tasty.
We will return again.

Wonderful food! Started with oysters, big fresh and perfect! Then French onion soup, ooey gooey cheese goodness! I had lamb lollipops which were delicious for my appetizer. Tender and obviously grilled to perfection with a sweet garlic confit. Mains were the steak medallion flight and the wagyu was the STAR! The other 2 were good but the wagyu was outstanding! I had filet Oscar, the steak was cooked to perfection! Perfectly medium rare, big flakes and chunks of crab in hollandaise sauce! Noise level was because this restaurant is in a casino but a normal speaking voice was able to be heard. Now our server, Jordan, he was a delight! Jordan was knowledgeable about the menu, made sure we knew the side dishes were large enough to share, was very busy with multiple large parties who were going to an early concert, continued to provide excellent service to his other tables. Jordan was the best!

Brian is absolutely the best waiter ever! Even though he was very, very busy, he spent plenty of time checking on us and assuring we had everything we wanted and very promptly. Steak was cooked exactly perfect! Awesome as usual.

We had dinner last night at Charlie Palmer's before seeing the Temptations at Grand Sierra Resort. The food was delicious and our server, Blair, was not only very attentive but he made the entire experience feel very special. Be sure to save room for their signature dessert-the chocolate peanut butter bar.
