Great service, incredible food
Overall experience was very good. I ordered the 24oz bone in Ribeye. Taste was good but it was undercooked. Ordered it medium and it was rare. Service was excellent as always.
I did love the food and atmosphere however my friend and I were trying to catch up and talk, the servers have way too much involvement with the diners. We didn't want to be rude but we had to ask the server to curb all the chitter chatter about the food and how it is prepared! We appreciate it but I just want it on my plate! lol! so I cannot recommend for a business meeting or a quiet conversation because we didn't get a chance to speak to each other with all the interaction the server is required to give. Maybe the diners can be asked if they want a breakdown/presentation of the entire meal 1st then it can be a nice evening for everyone and we don't have to feel bad for shutting the server down
Anyone who knows me knows this is hands-down my favorite restaurant of all time. I sometimes make up excuses for occasions to go to Charleys because I just love it so much. Best steak ever and so is everything else. The staff treats everyone equally and is so friendly and good at what the do. Can't wait for my next visit!
Everything was great. Loved the cauliflower
Have been dinning at Charlie’s since the early 80’s.
Everything was perfect for a valentine dinner.
Great food and as always great service.
Everything was just perfect , food ambience serrvice !!
We went for Valentine’s Day. We usually skip going out that day because the restaurants are chaotic. We were very pleased to be seated quickly. We have fantastic un-rushes service and the food was delicious. Everything we had was fantastic.
Thank you for another fantastic meal!
If you go to Charley's and DO NOT specifically ask for "Jeremy" to be your waiter...You are an idiot! Best service on this planet. PERIOD
We went to Charley’s for Valentines Day. It was a beautiful venue and our food was phenomenal. The only drawback was the noise level. We had a group of six folks next to us and they were very noisy!
The service was incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes before the waiter even asked to take our order after being seated. I ordered my filet medium well and it was so red and almost purple that I didn’t eat half of it. My husbands wagyu steak was absolutely flawless. We ran out of our drinks to where another waitress filled it for us. I understand your busy and on Valentine’s Day but the service didn’t match the Caliber of the menu for us. When the server boxed up our food, for some reason, he put the bag with the boxes of food on the floor by the booth. I’ve never seen that before. My husband also said the server overfilled my water initially and just tipped it and poured on the floor. (The same floor that my bag of food was placed on at the end of the night) I’ve only been to a handful of restaurants to this quality and it was the most bizarre experience I think I could have imagined.
The service was exceptional, as usual. My husband's steak was perfect and his drinks were spot on. My steak, however was not at the quality that was expected. It was fatty and a very low quality cut. The management at least acknowledged the error and corrected the bill. Will definitely order my husband's steak next time.
It was our first time and we had a wonderful dinner.
I recently celebrated Valentine's Day with dinner at Charley's. It was my first visit. Having previously experienced Eddie V's, Council Oaks and Flemings, I had my doubts that Charley's would measure up...I was absolutely wrong about that. Both food and service were impeccable. I can highly recommend the bone-in Angus rib eye as one of the better steaks I have ever eaten. Also delicious was the Alaskan king crab, shrimp cocktail, sautéed mushrooms, au gratin potatoes and caramel cheesecake. I also think that Charley's is a great value for your dining dollar. It is old school at its best. I highly recommend it and intend on going back again and again.
Troy and Patsy were great, food was awesome, the white oak and citrus wood really made the steaks stand out! My wife got the Kansas City Strip and I got the Waygu Beef Filet in truffle butter, it was worth the $15 per ounce price. By far one of the best steaks I have had. Also the Kettle Fries were amazing. If you want a drink get the custom old fashioned, by far one of the best old fashions that I have had next to South Beach cocktails.
