What an experience. The food was amazing; Our waitress was Erleen... She was just as amazing as our food. Could not ask for better service. 100% happy, will be back and if you go ask for Erleen.

Fantastic as always. From out of town but make sure that every time we are in Orlando we have a dinner at Charlie’s.

I was hoping my second time there would be better than the first-it wasn't. The steak was again tough and chewy. It must be because of the way they cook it--at a very high temperature. Such a disappointment for a place known for supposedly having great steaks.

The lobster bisque was fantastic, but the other sides were just OK. Steak was awful.
The carrot cake did not taste like any carrot cake I have ever had--and not in a good way. I could not taste any spices whatsoever--not good at all.

It is very expensive and I certainly expected better food than what I got.
Christner's and Ruth's Chris Steakhouses have much better steaks and desserts, and I recommend either of them over Charley's.

Charlie's is our favorite restaurant in the area. We visit the Orlando area several times a year and never miss dining at Charlies at least once (mostly twice).
Order the "Ribeye 49" (28oz + 21 day aged). You'll thank me.

This is the best steak in america if you like a real wood smoked steak. We had our steaks done perfect as we asked. Pittsburg medium rare, yummmm. They were so perfect we ate all of it thinking we would take home leftovers. I has been my favorite steak for years worth the drive from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. The manager visited the table to make sure all was perfect the the service was on spot. This is a must if you love real wood smoked perfect steaks.

We had excellent service from Ryan. And the food overall was excellent. However, the Ribeye, which was the reason I was there, was overlooked and dry.

I should have refused it but I tried to use the Bernaise to offset but it didn’t work. I at everything else on the table.

Everything was amazing. Best steak ever. Very nice staff.

We had a great steak. We had asked for medium. It came out a little over. We decided not to fuss over it. They split the steak for us at the table. The loaded mash were good but alot. The staff were great. Everyone was friendly and made time to talk. We had drinks at the bar first. The bartender was great. Overall a good night.

We celebrated my birthday here. Adrian was our server and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received. He was very attentive and payed attention room to how our order arrived. We will return!

My son want hamburger and it was undercooked like red and also the flavor was terrible. We returned the hamburger and request a hot dog ( yes a simple hot dog ) and they take more than 30 minutes. Of course my son don’t want anything.

Our food was ok but the sides arrive 45 minutes later after meat, of course we returned.

We don’t recommend that restaurant, our server Bryan was embarrassing for all that problem with food but he and management offering free cakes to go ( delicious ).

Service was good but our steak was overly salty and not cooked how I asked. We were a little disappointed.

The location did not observe social distancing in my area. Server was not happy a coupon was being used. The busboy dropped plates on the floor while cleaning table. No manager came yo see if everything was OK. No offer of anything for the issue. Not the type of service I expect from the Talk of the Town restaurant group. Will go to other restaurants in the chain but not this location

The food was absolutely fantastic, but the service was poor. Had numerous waitresses in the bar area, which was strange because the restaurant was not busy. I was served a beer with many black particles floating around. I was then given a salad without and silverware, and I specifically said that I did not want a salad in the first place. The steak was cooked perfectly with an amazing smokey flavor, and the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus was fantastic. Ordered desert to go which was also fantastic. All in all it was a good experience, but would have been better if the service was not as poor.

This place is amazing ! We always go to The Palm, Mortons or Ruth's Chris which are all just down the road. Last night we tried Charley’s Steak House and ate in the bar area because a friend said it was really good. Well it has wonderful food and great martinis. Our server/ bar tender Phil was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the various menu items. I’m glad we took his advice. He was very professional and when we return to Charley’s we will ask for him. The Ahi Tuna appetizer is delicious. The Steaks were cooked as ordered and also delicious. The Lobster Mac and cheese is a huge portion and even after 2 of us had some we still took home half if it. I can’t wait to try other items on their extensive menu. We will be going back often. Thanks Phil for your great menu advice !

Any time I’m in Orlando, this is my choice for a great meal. And Tuesday night, January 5th did not disappoint. From the moment we walked up to the door until we left the staff were amazing. Great energy and made our group feel at home. Our server Don did a great job and hope others get to experience his service. Food is always top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

This was our first time dining at Charley’s and we absolutely loved it! The restaurant was clean and everyone was following Covid protocol. Our server Erleen was very well versed on all entrees and was very attentive to our needs. We had a pleasant conversation with her after dinner. The food was delicious! We will definitely go back!

Erleen was our waiter. We enjoyed her and the food so much we went back on Wednesday.

As always, the steaks are amazing. No restaurant cooks them as good as Charley’s. Very expensive but amazing. Service was excellent and loved the personal hand sanitizers they gave us upon entering.

We have dinned there in past and our favorite place to sit is at the bar hightop table. At first the service was on point! However because we were there a little later our wine was never poured. The server left the bottle on the table to breath and never came back to pour one glass. I guess cleaning came first. The food was so delish!!!! From the salad with added crispy bacon, to dry aged ribeye and mushroom side dish! We will return.

The food was great and our service was great as well. I highly recommend Charleys to anyone looking for an exceptional fine dining experience.

I had the worse server, I believe his name is Steve. I asked for no olives in my salad and it still had olives with no tomatoes. He never came to the table to make sure we were okay. The only time he came by was to drop food off. I have been to Charley’s numerous times but this time was the worse experience I ever had.

The atmosphere was nice, wait staff very nice and knowledgeable about the different meat cuts, but the food was INCREDIBLE. The Filet mignon was cooked perfectly just melt in your mouth. Took home to-go plates ate it the second day and it still kept its value . Actually tasted better the second day it was worth the price as well as the 3hr and 15 minute drive from Georgia.

Sat outside on the patio Saturday night for a night out with friends. Our server John was fantastic as was the food. Will definitely dine there again.

I treated myself to a quiet steak, wine and dessert on a busy Saturday night.The food was amazing as the Fillet was cooked to perfection, the wine was delicious, and the strawberry cake dessert was so ridiculously good. My server was very attentive without being overbearing and I’m really glad that I chose Charleys ❤️

It’s clear why Charlie’s is the # 1 steakhouse in America. The Best Steak Available. So many high end restaurants have relaxed standards during Covid, Charlie’s has not.

This was my first time and I decided to bring my boyfriend for his 38th birthday bc he loves steak. I'm so glad we came bc everything was OUTSTANDING. The staff was so friendly and immediately wished him a Happy Birthday. The food was amazing!!! Definitely coming back!
