Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. Usually service is outstanding. This time waitress gave mediocre service. We've been coming here for years, so am quite familiar with the time it should take to get your food - I don't expect it to be quick by any means. But, not used to waiting 30-45 minutes for each course either. About 1/2 that used to be the norm.

Steak was ordered med-rare, it came out half med-rare, half med-well (one side of steak was overdone - glad I didn't order the Wagyu). It was also WAY too salty. Waiting to see if that was MSG (takes days to hit me, but then if MSG it hits me hard).

Missed the baked Parmesan crisps - said they no longer make them.

I've been eating here at least three times a year for the last 5 years and every year it just seems to go downhill a little bit every time. First few times here it was fantastic and recommended to everyone, now....just don't see any reason to encourage friends to go there. Think my next few runs at high-end steak houses like this will be somewhere else.

We were not expecting Charley's to be so large & noisy. We had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The steaks were good but not great. One that was ordered medium came out well - no pink. The salad was delicious & the sides were fine. We were given a dessert as an apology for the over cooked steak.

This place was such a good steakhouse before but the quality has gone down dramatically. Errors on our food orders, both for appetizers as well as the main course which they did not get right; a brown center filet mignon when medium rare was asked for. Sorry guys, as much as I liked it in the past, I'm afraid I'm not coming back.

Great impression viewing meats in fridge window at entrance but serving portions rather small. Busy valentines dinner but service a bit pretensions and missed the little things - forgot to bring bread, never offered coffee with desert etc. A B+ for food and an C for attentiveness.

My wife and I went to Charley's for Valentine's Day dinner while I was in Florida on business. The steaks were nothing short of perfect (she had filet, I had the strip). We had a cauliflower appetizer that was to die for. And to make things even better, our waiter (Brendan) was full of personality. The whole experience made for a great evening. The only downside is that they don't have a Charley's where we live in Pennsylvania.

We arrived 15 minutes PRIOR to our reservation time and checked in, then waited a full 15 minutes beyond our reserved time to be seated. The restaurant was very busy and FULLY STAFFED for the evening. We were served drinks within 10 minutes of being seated and our order was taken at around the 30 minute mark. By the end of a full hour AT OUR TABLE, we had not been served our dinner nor had anyone offered an explanation as to why. We left. On the way out I asked to speak to a manager about it and was shuffled off to two other managers, the second of which told me she would get the sr. manager. I was not about to wait and will not entertain the idea of ever entering this house of broken processes and mismanaged resources again.

The service for our drinks as well as the drinks were all wrong and were spilled on our table. The food was so so my steak was over cooked and my creaser salad was dry.

Fantastic dinner experience for my wife and son. The food was perfect and the service was top notch. Try the porterhouse steak with asparagus, blue crab and hollandaise sauce! Fantastic!

We have eaten at two other Charles locations and always left happy this location was a disappointment we had to flag down our server when we needed something and at the end of the meal my wife asked for a crème brûlée to top it off but we were told they were out. Our reservations were early 5:30 on Valentine’s Day and they were out already. So she got something else before her desert got to the table I overheard the table next to us order Crème brûlée and they suddenly have it. When you spend good money for a good meal you should expect to be treated better. We will never go to this place again

We ate filet mignon ( 12 oz. & 8 oz.) and they were delicious. As a side we had cauliflour with cheese on a cedar plank and that, too, was wonderful.

We dine at this Charley's every year when we vacation in Florida. As always we are never disappointed. Brendan was a fantastic waiter that took excellent care of us. The food is outstanding although pricey, it's worth the cost. I highly recommend dining here!

What a disappointment! This has been my favorite Orlando steakhouse for years but they as so many others have fallen to the almighty dollar. My 22 ounce Kansas City strip may have had 6 ounces of meat, wonder what it really weighed. Baked potatoes were served cold, REALLY, fast food chains can serve HOT baked potatoes. After having potatoes sent back for a second time being served cold, I give up, they simply do not care the quality of food anymore. Our waiter was excellent. Hate to complain for fear Management would blame waiter. Will not return!
