Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. Avoid this place unless you like slow service and being in a bustling conference dining hall. We had a table booked for 8 pm and seated at 8.15 pm. We then sat for 25 mins waiting to order as the place was packed with conference- business guests on large tables all wanting individual checks. The sever did her best but the place was understaffed. Main courses came ages after starters at about 9.35 pm - we had lost appetite by then. They didn’t have our first choice wine Franciscan Cab. We skipped dessert as it was so late. I’m so sorry for our server. Not an expected Charley’s experience. Spoiled birthday celebration. Avoid this place - the one on i-drive is so much better.

Food was terrific. We came in starving and it took an hour before we received a bread basket. We appreciated the information the waiter gave about the food, but it was too long. Too much talking, not enough eating. Quite pricey, but the food was delicious. It feels like the waitstaff is pushed to promote extras since it is alacarte.

For years I thought it was just a dive. We finally went about 6 years ago & boy was I wrong. Excellent steaks, quiet, staff is extremely attentive, there's nothing that I could complain about.
A little pricey BUT well worth it. My birthday, gave me a complimentary dessert which was extremely good.

The tuna appetizer came out frozen in the middle. Steaks were under seasoned , the Madeira mushroom sauce was as thick as mashed potatoes. My daughters swordfish was bland and very fishy tasting. Had to have been old. I had been to Charley’s a few years ago and thought it was great. For the price , it was not great.

The service was fantastic, even with the restaurant being busy. The filet mignon was one of the best I’ve ever had, and is a must get with the truffle butter. All three of us left full and happy.

It’s was a bad experience . Took too long for food to come out Lamb chops had very little flavor. My other friends had a similar experience The fried calamari was awful. It had no taste.

The food was excellent! The manager was excellent also. We had a lamp at our table that fell down out of the wall and hit a water glass and spilled everything. The manager bought us dessert. That was not necessary but greatly appreciated! The server was ok, but did not explain any of the steaks or specials like we have had before. She was nice, just not thourough.

Always enjoy going here. Only place I go around Orlando for a Steak. This is the real deal worth the $$. Staff is on point and vino selection is great. FrogsLeap 2014 was delicious. Looking forward to next visit. Todd knows his stuff along with Chicago. Great Place

the Manager truly care that you had a good experience and they have a Sommelier to help you with your wine pairing for your meal. LOVE this place....

We have dined at the Charley's in Tampa and that experience was amazing so when we learned they had a location in Orlando we immediately made reservations. We were running in the Disney race so we made an earlier reservation at 5:00PM and it felt like the servers arrived at the same time we did. Our order consisted of lobster bisque, two steaks, a side of asparagus and the lobster mac & cheese. The bisque was good with a fair amount of lobster pieces but was not piping hot. The main reason we returned to Charley's was because of their Fabulous Filet Mignon which we of course ordered during this visit. We ordered it medium-well but it came out well-done and dry. The mac & cheese had plenty of lobster pieces but the cheese was grainy and not that appealing. We did not bring our concerns to the staff that night because we were trying to get in and get out but if you are in the business of serving $70 steaks you should not be serving those steaks dried out. Overall, for the price, quality and service I do not recommend Charley's Steak House in Kissimmee.

Fantastic food and outstanding service , our server Sebastian was fantastic always there when we needed him, lots of help on picking a great bottle of wine and on our meal decisions
