We really enjoyed our dinner! Taylor introduced himself as our server and that Steve would be assisting him, however we had at least 2 others assisting. The service was outstanding! We did the the 6 course, my husband did it with the wine pairing. They were very generous with the wine, there were a few wines that he really enjoyed and he was offered a 2nd pour. Food was very good and Taylor was very helpful in helping us choose the selections for the courses. The restaurant also had a jazz type band, they played at just the right volume so that you could enjoy the music and still have conversation. If this restaurant was located close to our home, it would become a "go to" for us!

We went to Charleston Grill for our anniversary. They treated us so well and the food was outstanding! My wife felt it was one of the best dinners she had ever had!! What a very special night for us. Every aspect of the dinner was perfect!! Great serving and great taste!

If you’re looking for superb service and delicious cuisine - look no further. Make your reservation now. Every request was accommodated with a smile, from our preferred seating to the pace of our meal. Our waiter, Jerry, was personable and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had a perfect experience. It felt like we were the only guests in the restaurant. We are excited to return.

Have stayed at the Belmond several times. This is our second time dining at Charleston Grill located on the property. The service was exceptional and the food was awesome. We had the crab cake and I must say one of the best I have had. My husband had the oysters. I had the flounder and it was delicious. Next time will definitely try the tasting menu!! Can’t wait to return.

The service and wine list were great, but we were both disappointed with the food. We ordered oysters and the 4 course tasting menu. They weren’t kidding about tasting, we did not get much, what we did get was not very impressive, definitely not worth it. I would not go back or recommend it.

Got off to a very slow start waiting for our drinks. They were not as good as we’ve had elsewhere. We did the chefs choice tasting - amazing crab cake. Everything else was nice but very rich. We all had stomach issues later in the night.

We love the food! The restaurant is beautiful and the valet service wonderful, but the food is the star. I always order the caviar and am never disappointed. We also ordered the sunchoke side to share, and it was the best thing I have literally ever eaten. Amazing. In addition, the service is great and you will leave full, as the wait staff brings snacks along the way throughout your experience. Even cute little dessert bites. Definitely in my top two places to eat in Charleston.
