Server was very friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Making reservations on line was easy and reminders was nice.
Waiter was good in the beginning but did get super busy so had to wait a bit later before checking out. It was fine though. Also really loud through dinner had a hard time hearing across the table. Over all was good
Calamari appetizer was very good.
Celebrating a birthday and such a nice meal! Great service and love the bourbon pasta! We felt welcome, pampered and fully fed- my leftovers proved 2 additional meals for me!

Love coming in late at night and having a quick pizza and salad. Appreciated our server who noted get the pizza wasn't really done without our saying anything and took it back to improve it. Would love to see a more diverse snack and late night menu

We love Charbonos - our favorite restaurant in Avon. We enjoyed their Easter brunch this year. A great selection of food options and dessert. All the food was hot and fresh.

Easter brunch was great, but it was very crowded and difficult to maneuver around at times. The mood was festive and the food was good. Service was adequate.

Our food, excellent, as usual at most Cunningham restaurants. Personally, my horseradish salmon with asparagus substituted for Brussels sprouts, was the best. The service for the 4 of us seated in the bar area, was not so good. Our server obviously very rushed, perhaps an off-night or someone else didn't show for work. We had to repeatedly ask for more water, bread, dipping sauce and she initially skipped a cocktail order. Just not up to expected service.
Usually go to Boulder Creek in Brownsburg but they were booked so we thought we would go to Charbanos. Dissapointed as the quality of food was not the same. They were really busy. But service was good.
Great restaurant. The food is fabulous! The only thing I was disappointed in was the vegetable soup that I paid a $2 up charge for. I don't think the little cup of soup should have been an up charge, and it was just OK. Will definitely go again though as the restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated.
Had to reschedule due to weather and went the next day. Had us set up to go in the bar. Not, a good choice for us and asked for something else. They did seat us in a booth. Food and drinks were good . The chicken could have used more flavor and was a tad over cooked. The waiter was awesome and the place appeared to be very clean. Prices were reasonable. May try it again as this was our first visit.
My husband and son took me to Charbono's for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Of course, no wait. We were seated in a booth in the bar, as requested. Great ambiance and great food. The waitress was attentive and very knowledgable about the menu. The cost was mid-range, as expected. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.
Always a good meal. Our group of 4 had prime rib(excellent), bourbon street pasta (spicy, good flavor), gnocchi, delicious and walleye and vegetables, fish may have been a little done with firm edges but overall a good plate. We will return.

Excellent as always. Love the early bird menu. Smaller portions but exactly the amount of food we really need to eat. Excellent price too. The horseradish salmon with Brussel sprouts is my favorite. Others had steak, shrimp, chicken entrees off this menu. Everyone was extremely happy with their meals. They offer these early bird entrees Monday-Friday from 4:00-6:00. Bread with oil is the best of any restaurant around too. I’ve never had anything here I didn’t enjoy.
Our server was extremely slow. We were not in a hurry, but 35 minutes to get our first drink and 2 hours for the meal was bad.
Table was ready on time. Beautiful place. Excellent service, Great drinks, superb food. Had the Walleye which was as good as you can get in Minnesota. Easy to find at the end of a strip mall on a main drag.
Service and food were very good. Server did his best to provide all the different options available to us, but we were tired and not really the kind of customers that generated up sales. But our severer, never gave up, giving us all the options available from before diner drinks and apps all the way through dessert, without being overly pushy which earned him a healthy tip, as he tried to generate sales and customer satisfaction.

My friend and I had a great dinner and sat at a high top table in the bar. The reservation was supposed to be for 3 but one friend had to back out. I did find it annoying that I received an email later that evening saying we did not make our reservation.

The restaurant wasn't very busy for a Sunday afternoon, but service was very slow. Food was average.
We used Open Table and was delighted to be immediately seated when showing up at our scheduled time.

Typically have outstanding service and food. While the food was still good, the service was slow. Don't think they had enough staff that night for the crowd. We enjoy going to all our f the Cunningham restaurants, but were disappointed on Friday night.
I was in the middle of dinner when I got a scolding e mail from open table about not showing up... Ticked me off. I told the restruant we had reservations when we checked in. Servers were great. Food ok.
My wife and I went rather last minute for Valentines' Day, and actually had probably one of the best experiences we've ever had at Charbono's. Reservations were on schedule, the service was prompt and friendly, the food came out quickly and was of excellent quality. We have a wonderful evening!

My third visit was the worst. Expected better on Valentine Day. Seated at an uncomfortable table with fold down edges that numbed our legs. very wobbly chairs. Felt like they would collapse. Ordered simple lettuce and tomatoes salad and it threw them for a loop. Then ordered a 8oz. Filet med well. It came out bleeding . So they took it and my plate. Left me with a baked potato on a saucer . Finally got my steak on a saucer also. The staff was very good! 2good visits and one TERRIBLE!
Very nice place to dine. We were seated in the back room which was much more quiet than other places in the facility. Food was very good as well as the service.
