Place is great. Frank the owner gives attention to every detail.

Table was ready when we arrived. Server was overly nice. Salad was really good, fresh lettuce and not overly dressed. Main entree arrived and was exactly as we had ordered. A little under seasoned but overall a very good meal. Only reason I’m not giving them a five is the server was over the top. Actually annoying in his mannerisms and was animated when he spoke. My wife called him “creepy”

Reservations were easy to make and we were seated immediately. Service was excellent without being overly attentive. Steaks were very good and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend restaurant.

We had the best waiter, his name was Mike , I was so impressed that he took the time to look at my reservation and then address us by name . I felt like we had known him , this made for a very comfortable evening. Kudos to you Mike. Thanks again, Tracey & Joe

It’s just ok. If you looking for a special occasion, look somewhere else. Music was loud and didn’t match the atmosphere. People were loud too. Food was ok but way overpriced. I tried 3 different wines and I didn’t like one. The place is just ok but I paid too much for what I got. The fireplace was nice, though. I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you have no other options.

My favorite place to have dinner! Best ambiance and amazing food! They make you feel like family.

Valentines Day

Good food good service

Excellent food; spot on with reservation time. Service a little slow. Not servers fault. Night before Valentines Day so a little crowded and believe a small gathering going on also. Worth the wait!

We went for Valentine's Day, we are always happy with the food but the parking situation will make us hesitant to come back, we had to circle at least ten times, basically their parking lot does not accomadate their capacity and there are no other parking options, everything else was great

It’s a very nice place. It was extremely crowded and had to wait at 15-20 even though I had a reservation. The steaks 🥩 are huge. The crab cakes were good too.

Food was excellent as always. Great service! Can’t wait to go back.

Enjoying Char more by the visit. Desiree is great in the bar area, and the wait staff and bartenders are all friendly there. Diverse menu and quality is great. Love the app choices.
Also love the different foods, like the Asian calamari and Grilled Octopus. Also, you feel safe there. Social distanced and clean.

Excellent service. Very attentive. Went for my son's bday. The wine, appetizers and steaks were perfect. Amazing. Very tasty. Steaks were better than some really expensive steak houses. Will definitely return.

A very enjoyable night out with my wife. Good service, food was delicious. I was happy my table was near the fireplace. My only disappointment was they did not have the dry aged steak once again. This has happened a couple times.

Absolutely fantastic. Nicki our server was amazing, the owners were so friendly. We were celebrating my son’s acceptance into college and they could not have made a bigger deal out of us. It was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back there again. Thank you all for making our night great. And for helping us celebrate.

Enjoyed completely! Our waitress , Nikki was excellent ! The dinner was great for both of us 👍. My husband accidentally received a potato with scallions and he can’t eat them. It was replaced easily and quickly with a plain one. We enjoyed the Char Restaurant completely. Dessert was nice too . Will definitely go back.

I am becoming a fan of Char. From the drinks at the bar, to the amazing food choices, Char does it right. I have saying I'd love to design a new wine list for them, but then NYE they added some new bottles to the list. Love it!
The filet of sole francese was a little thick, and not as tasty as I've had before, but the lamb and zappa de pesce was great, as are all the apps. Bread pudding phenomenal as well.

My husband and I had the best experience at Char! The food and drinks were delicious, the service was excellent and the ambience was great! We felt completely safe dining there, during Covid times. We were recommended to Char by a neighbor and a co worker and we were not disappointed! We even bought a gift card for our neighbor to go there with her husband. Our steaks were like butter!!!

Christmas Eve dining

Very friendly and attentive staff who sincerely try to give you a great dining experience. Food and drinks are always very good, nice atmosphere, convenient location.
