Great spot for special occasions, found the buffet pricing a bit expensive, however their 9.99 drink package for unlimited bloody mary's, mimosas, and sangria is definitely worth it. Great place to sit on outside during the summer and have brunch.

This was my first time to Chapel Grille and the restaurant did not disappoint any in my party of four. From the valet parking and coat check, to the extensive wine/cocktail menu and food options, we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The interior of the restaurant is stunningly unique and inviting; the decor is eye catching. One person in our group is on a gluten free diet. Our waitress took care to make sure the right plate was delivered to the right diner. While most restaurants will eliminate the gluten items, Chapel Grille went the extra mile and replaced the gluten items with a gluten free option. I rarely see my friend take home leftovers, but this time my friend was thrilled to have something to take home. The antipasti board was generous as well as delicious. The seafood fra diavolo and lobster ravioli were scrumptious. We have nothing bad to say about our experience and we look forward to going back to try other menu options.

Party of 6 and we were all disappointed. Food was overpriced and nothing special, very bland. Sat us on the bar side and it was very noisy. The service was the only thing that was good. We won't go there again, too bad it is a beautiful restaurant.

I was a little disappointed that I didn't get the seat by the Fire place that I ask for in the comment section when I booked it. It would have been a little more romantic for my wife and I. Especially since no one siting in those tables. Didn't make sense, even after I ask the host. The food and atmosphere was great. Enjoy the quiet, and good music.

A Special place for Special occasions... Varied Menu which should satisfy anyone's taste. Excellent service and great follow up by the entire staff. Whether for everyday dining or those very Special occasions, the Chapel Grille, is sure to leave everyone with that "must return" feeling... Our compliments to the Staff, ALL of them!!!

The service is prompt and well orchestrated. The food was top shelf and the variety of dishes piqued our interest! Great wine list also, a rare treat to have multiple Montepulciano choices. Well done all around, we’ll be back for sure.

Made a reservation for an anniversary dinner. The interior of the space did not match the elegance of the exterior in our opinion. We were seated promptly and the staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, no issue there. What we did have issues with were...

1. Seating/space was tight. The waitress did not have space enough to squeeze in between tables/other parties to easily serve us.

2. We order the charcuterie plate ($15.99) which was labeled as "Antipasti." It was served on a wooden board as typical however it contained pre-sliced deli meats that I would by at Stop & Shop. 3 round pieces of deli pre-sliced provolone, 3 round slices of ham, 3 salami and 1 slice of prosciutto. It also had two pieces of bread (the same kind that was already on the table) three chunks of parmesan, 4 red grapes and 6 green olives.

3. We order the Spiced Mull (Tito’s Vodka, house infused spiced cranberry liqueur with ginger beer). It had no vodka whatsoever.

4. Veal in the veal Marsala was tough.

5. The steak and cake was decent. Steak was cooked perfectly but cake tasted like a whole bottle of bay seasoning was in it.

Because it was a special occasion, we did receive our dessert on the house.

So in summary, it could be better than what it was and for this, I will not be visiting again.

All was great, dynamite ecstatic's, food was terrific, valet parking is helpful, there were no spots to be found near by. Waiter could of been more attentive. He forgot a couple of our drinks, Had to ask again, never brought one at the end for dessert. Ordered cappuccino , and dessert, they cam 15 minutes apart, would of liked them together. Will come back but,,, Hope we have a better experience.

Had reservations for party of 11 to celebrate a Hallmark birthday. Our table was set up in a beautiful spot near their fireplace. Service was exceptional. Wait staff very professional, courteous, and on point. Our server was "Isaiah" and he was phenomenal. All of our guests enjoyed their dishes and raved about what a beautiful place it is. My husband was largely impressed with the experience. He is a chef, so he considers the service to be just as important as how the quality of the meal to be.
I had brought a cake for the celebration with me for the dessert and it was presented very nicely for the big moment.
All meals were delivered together and hot. Additional diners were set at tables in the room we were in yet it did not cause for a noisy atmosphere. I was very pleased with how this experience went and felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs/requests. Would highly recommend this establishment and look forward to the next time I dine there.

The food was great but my 81 year old mother ordered 2 side dishes and instead of coming on one plate, it was two small dishes which made her feel different from my wife and I. Other than that, good experience and will go back again.

My wife and I love the Chapel Grille. The ambiance is great. The bar is beautiful. It’s a romantic setting for two but can also be enjoyed by a small group. Our service was excellent. The food was perfect as always and honestly- the people who work there are just so friendly and welcoming. We just celebrated our two year wedding anniversary there and it couldn’t have been better.

I was pleasely called by the hostess of the Chapel Grille the day before our reservation to make sure we were ok with sitting upstairs for our party of 8 for the buffet. The day of the buffet, they called again to let us know at 2pm they promptly remove brunch items and wanted us to know sour party would have amply time and opportunities to revisit the unlimited buffet choices. Brunch which is offered every Sunday is amazing especially at 26.99 . For an additional 9.99, you can get unlimited mimosas, red or white sangria or bloody marys. Pasta bar w at least 3 different sauces, I had pesto, many add in from meats to cheeses and veggies, also next to that is make your own omelets also with meats, cheeses and veggies. Carved to served baked ham and prime rib cheese stations, salad n fruit salad, desserts from cookies to indiv chocolate mousse, expression cake muffins and much more to mention. our party had a fussy meat only eater, vegetarian and e little of both and everyone was able to get things that met there appetite. Our waitress was amazing even brought me a biscotti w whipped cream , strawberries and blueberries written in chocolate Happy Birthday just by walking by and hearing it was my birthday. once the brunch ended at 2, we asked if we could sit outside since some of my family had travelled from out of state and the staff at Chapel Grille accommodated us again, offering if we wanted any coffee or additional drinks while they were removing the buffet area and setting up the dinner setting for the restaurant. I would definitely dine again at the Chapel Grille and highly recommend it to all!

Food was delicious and our server as unobtrusive and patient with the group allowing us plenty of time to chat before ordering out main meal. The view from the enclosed terrace was lovely as the sun was setting and shining on the tree tops. Will absolutely return!

The night started off well our waiter started off attentive. It was my birthday dinner, at desert my wife was going to let him know it was my birthday and order a cake. Basically once we had ordered our waiter disappeared for 40 minutes. When I say disappeared I mean his friends came into the restaruant and he completely neglected us even though we could see him he was one table over, and he also basically neglected every other table he was watching. When we told the bus boy we wanted to see him he came back, and we said hey man you left us alone for the past forty minutes he replied "that's the hustle". Incredibly dismissive not even an apology. He eventually said "sorry it's my friends birthday" to which I said "it's also my birthday". The manager came over and apologized and he came back and airquotes "apologized" I would have been okay had he just apologized the first time we talked to him but he was dismissive and rude. They offered us free desert but at that point I just wanted to leave. The manager comped us for the one round of drinks we had (we never had a chance to order more) which was nice. I just was looking to make sure she knew what a jerk our waiter was. We tipped him 20% which was basically the drinks, no reason to be cheap we just didn't like him he was a rude jerk, I think it sends a stronger message if you still tip properly so they can't excuse themselves by thinking we were looking to get something free or validate a cheap tip. Also I ordered the chicken and parts of the inside were PINK clearly undercooked. Great atmosphere I would not recommend this place at all based on the undercooked food and the service. Many more places in the world to go.

I love Chapel Grille but for the first time, the service wasn’t so great. Very slow and inattentive to me and my date. Also, the dessert we chose, the warm cupcake, wasn’t warm at all. It was my boyfriend’s first time at the restaurant, and he said to me, “If we never come back here, that will be fine.” He’s never said that to me about a restaurant I’ve taken him to. They did not acknowledge my birthday either. So disappointing.

We were looking for something a little more special than our usual haunts to celebrate an anniversary. We had heard good things about Chapel Grille and thought we would give it a try. So glad we did as they totally filled the bill - great food, service and ambience. We'll be back and won't wait for a special occasion to do so. (If you're a lamb chop aficionado, this is THE place to go).

Chapel Grille is always excellent! I brought my grandmother for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was busy with private events going on, but that did not slow our service or the kitchen at all. When we arrived, Jon greeted us and James brought us to our table. Our server Melissa was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the food. The kitchen was fast and the meals both looked and tasted great. Chapel Grille never disappoints. Definitely recommend you make your way to Cranston to experience all that Chapel Grille has to offer!
