    As someone who has visited before and requested gluten free options, I felt there was not a lot of effort put into what could be offered. My friend who didn't have gluten free food, had a variety of sandwiches/fillings and cakes for the same price as the limited choice I was offered at the same price. Bit disappointing especially when this was not my previous experience.

    This was a drinks only table booking in the champagne bar to celebrate a graduation but they seated us in the dining section and I would not recommend. The service was poor, we waited over 10 mins and then had to actively call someone over to get some drinks. The atmosphere here was non-existent, temperature cold and dull lighting. This is a shame as the atmosphere in the bar area overlooking the station where I thought I was booking, was brighter and much more livelier. Although the system has forced a rating on food we did not eat here so make no comment on the food.

    My friend and I were disappointed with our afternoon tea - we have been here many times and always had a great experience with lovely homemade cakes. Firstly we were told you get 1 pot of tea only. The food was just ok, we are both gluten free and had stated this on form to book. The sandwiches were lovely. The scones were pretty dry and hard, we were hungry so we did eat it using plenty cream and jam. The cakes were ok tasty but clearly not home made. We will not be rushing back to Champagne Central for afternoon tea.

    My husband, daughter and I love to try different venues for afternoon tea and Champagne Central is definitely our new favourite! The savoury choices of sandwiches, wraps etc were so tasty. The delicious cake selection was beautifully presented and the scones with clotted cream and jam were just perfection! The staff were so lovely and helpful when we asked for extra tea even though it was really busy. 10/10 for the food, staff, atmosphere and the beautiful venue. We will definitely recommend to friends and we will return soon.

    Lovely afternoon tea. Food was beautiful as were the surroundings. One negative was we waiting about half an hour for teas and coffees. Had to ask 3 times for them and by that time the sandwiches had been eaten.

    Nice afternoon tea in nice surroundings. Staff very attentive. Perhaps a couple more sandwiches and less cake would be good. Two finger sandwiches each and both with cheese.

    Service was great, food was absolutely lovely. Great selection of cakes and sandwiches. Bellinis were both lovely and they also had a great selection to choose from (raspberry, mango, passion fruit, etc). Unlimited coffee was great as they gave coffee options (latte, flat white, etc) which was a nice addition as most places just give pots of coffee. The restaurant was also lovely, very modern and beautifully decorated. Really great day, thanks again!
