The seared sword fish was the tastiest I've ever eaten. Cooked to perfection, with a delicate, but flavorful sauce that made the tender fish shine and the mashed potatoes delightful. The smoked salmon dish my wife enjoyed was equally delicious.

Legit Italian food across the board. Generous portions and a modest but reasonable wine list. I have to mention an often overlooked bit: the veggie side was really good. Fresh and perfectly cooked, The room is small and densely populated. We made friends with our close neighbors during the meal, not a bad thing.

Another fabulous time at Cesarios. I started with the Cosmopolitan was a fantastic and then we went into the oysters and clams fantastic then we share the Caesar salad fantastic and then we shared the special chicken piccata. Finished off the evening with cappuccinos and the lemon cello cake. I love this little hidden gem in San Francisco.
