an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish.
Savor Italy's finest flavors including our award winning lasagna and pastas.
Real and hard to find Italian specialities such as pappardelle with imported porcini and wild mushrooms, veal ossobuco, filet mignon in a Brandy sauce, fresh fish and seafood, veal classics and homemade desserts.     As usual, Cesare’s does not disappoint. Everything was fantastic, especially the service (Nico). We don’t live as close as we used to but always make a point of going there when we’re in the area. It’s the best Italian restaurant, IMO.

    Everything about this place is outstanding from the second you are greeted by the host till you pay the check is first class. Food is excellent , not salty , great portions and presented very nicely. We will be back again.

    Do not miss this wonderful restaurant! This is my second visit and is a high point in my visit to Clearwater. The food is amazing, very authentic and so much favor. The service is outstanding as well. Either dine indoor or outdoor both are great choices. I ordered the veal parm, it was so tender. There were 7 of us and all had different dishes, all raved about their choices. It is very clean, including the rest rooms. Music was relaxing. The wait staff caters to every need. The owner stopped by to say hello which was very nice.

    Cesare at the Beach is a great Italian restaurant in Clearwater Beach. The food is authentic, with generous portions and very friendly staff. The outside seating area is perfect for a quiet, leisurely dinner. We ate here last year during a visit to Clearwater Beach, and decided to eat here again this year, since the food is so good. Highly recommended.
