Both born and raised in Italy, our founders Cesare and Carlo, know what
an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish.
Savor Italy's finest flavors including our award winning lasagna and pastas.
Real and hard to find Italian specialities such as pappardelle with imported porcini and wild mushrooms, veal ossobuco, filet mignon in a Brandy sauce, fresh fish and seafood, veal classics and homemade desserts. You can dine in or "al fresco" overlooking the water and Sand Key Bridge while being pampered by our professional staff.

    Great experience at Cesare. We had a party of 9 including three kids. Our server, Paul, was excellent - providing quick and efficient service to everyone including recommending lovely wine as well as getting multiple rounds of shirley temples for the kiddos. The food was absolutely delicious with shout outs for the seafood pasta dishes where the different seafood ingredients were excellently prepared and timed so that each element was cooked to perfection. The traditional italian dishes (chicken parm, chicken piccata) were also wonderful. Portions are very generous too. We will definitely return to Cesare when in Clearwater!

    Great place if you are in Clearwater you better go here . I’m from RI and I travel a lot and this place was tremendous! The waitress heather was awesome and the food was top notch .
