Food was good but service wasn’t. Very disappointed especially since it wasn’t crowded. Had to wait an hour for our food and only had a steak and a seafood tower. Will not go back here next time in Vegas.

Great place if you don't mind spending a bit of cash. Very cozy and comfortable. Drinks were nice and strong.

Food overcooked. Everything ala carte so presentation was not very appetizing. Server was friendly, but service from kitchen was slow. Mentioned it was someone’s birthday but no special acknowledgement.

Very disappointed in my steak and service...for a steak house I expected it to be much more service minded

I was with a party of 5 and we arrived 9 minutes after our reservation time. There was no parties waiting for a table. They sent us an email canceling our reservation 8 minutes after the reservation time, and gave us attitude at the reception. Then we sat down, ordered food that took FOREVER to come. The seafood tower was 1. Not a tower and 2. Ridiculously small for something that was supposed to serve 2-4 people 3. Not fresh and dry 4.consequently overpriced. The steak came 45 minutes after we were done with the appetizer. It was good steak, but honestly none of us were hungry by the time they were served. The server was polite but completely unapologetic about the lateness of everything. Drink orders were routinely forgotten. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. And not how I wanted to spend my birthday. We gave up on a dessert and left as soon as we could.

Came here for the first time. The steak was really good and all the sides were great! We will be coming back when we get back to Vegas.

Their wet aged and dry aged steaks are very flavorful. The wild mushrooms side dish is earthy and savory. They pair well with the red wines offered at the Cut. The wait staff are warm and make you feel welcome. Terrific service. High recommended steak house.

The best popover rolls ever, abundant crab legs, delicious steak, great pictures of old Vegas. Prices high, special occasion dining.

The drinks, steak, and shrimp were delicious. We had a really nice server as well. This was a set menu for New Years Eve, however I'm sure the open menu options are even better. I would definitely return again to take advantage of the open menu options.

We were celebrating New Years and I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The menu was great but my steak was over cooked, no flavor and the cut was very thin! At least add some flavor to the steak is the menu is going to be misleading.

We dined at this restaurant for the second year in a row for New Year's. Unfortunately, we found that their fixed menu left a lot to be desired. While the restaurant called us to confirm our reservation and tell us about the menu being limited, it appeared from the conversations that could be overheard that they did not extend everyone that courtesy. There seemed to be many disappointed people, but they stayed because after all this was New Year's Eve and where else could they go at that point? This year the menu was very limited--4 appetizer choices, 4 entree choices, 1 dessert choice, no side dishes. My dining partner did not want any of the appetizers--shrimp cocktail (a couple of shrimp on a plate), raw (seared, but still raw) tuna, raw steak (tartare) and another choice. The server could not understand why he didn't want anything.
Our filets came with a little dab of mashed potatoes about the size of a quarter and a couple of little veggies. Frankly, a 10 oz filet is much too much for one person. A smaller one would have been greatly appreciated. The dog got lucky that night. All in all, I would say the experience that we truly enjoyed the year before was not repeated. Unfortunately, we won't be repeating for next year.

We have been to Center Cut for New Year's Eve twice and we have not been disappointed with the food. The steak literally tastes like butter. It's worth the trip.

Was torltally disappointed! We went for New Years all they had was a fixe menu. When I asked for A-1 sauce for my ribeye they said all they had was their house sauce which was not good in my opinion. Even Maestros and Ruth’s have A-1.

This was not a good dining experience at all. I went in looking for the fish special and they were sold out so I ordered the salmon off the menu and it was very oily. My wife ordered the lump crab cakes and there was not a single lump of crab in it. I was asking the waitress questions about the menu and she was so busy and bothered by the questions I was asking. My wife had the filet and it was not very tender. Overall for $150 dinner we were not at all pleased.

My wife and I both had the filet - one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly and served with the house steak sauce. Her side of mushrooms were excellent, as was my loaded potato.
Only complaint was restroom location - had to leave the restaurant, quite a walk.

The drinks and food were absolutely wonderful. The portions were huge, so you definitely get your money's worth, plus some. The staff were very kind and helpful when we were trying to figure out what we wanted as everything on the menu sounded so tasty. If you want a great place to eat in Vegas that's a little tucked back from the noise of the casinos, check this place out. You won't regret it.

Worst christmas dinner I've ever had. Ordered a filet mignon - medium. I got it raw. Brought it back and they just cooked the same and gave it back to me. It was burned. They cooked a new one - it was raw again. Long story short - I didn't eat, left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. Total disaster.

We went Christmas Eve and I was a bit leary at first but we ended up having just an excellent evening and excellent food. Sean (or is it Shawn?) was a terrific waiter and his helper (sorry forgot your name) was excellent as well. Our food (filet & bone-in rib eye) were both perfect. I would say the mushrooms were way too salty though. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will go again.

Ate at Center Cut Steakhouse for my bday and both my girlfriend and I enjoyed the food. The restaurant was not too busy so the reservation was not necessary. It was a nice, quiet restaurant in the Flamingo hotel which is in a good area on the strip. Friendly staff, I would recommend checking it out for a nice meal.

first of all, I wanted to book on a Saturday - but your site said they were full. So we booked a table for Sunday. We arrived on Saturday and walked by your restaurant and they said they had plenty of tables. I said your site said full. The lady told me "they just do that". We had already eaten so that made me mad. Anyway, the service was good - food was ok - not worth the price. We will not eat there again.

Our waiter was extremely rude. Food was a little on the salty side. And the wait time was ridiculous for the food. And waiter came to check on us once the whole time we were there. The best thing about the experience was the busboy he was on top of aking sure we had water.

The ambiance was fine and looks like it’s trying to be an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately, the food is also trying to be like an upscale place. The staff was courteous and nice, but that didn’t make up for the disappointment in our meal. The Ahi Tuna was dry, the Sea Bass was dense and not buttery, and the Aged Bone-in Ribeye was a quality piece of meat but had the consistency of being cooked incorrectly.

Second time there and it was every bit as great as the first time I went. Steak was wonderful and all sides have very generous portions -too much for one person and can easily be shared. Service has always been excellent too. Excellent steak dinner with four sides and drinks for 3 people for $192. Reasonable compared to other Vegas steakhouse on the strip.
