Amazing food, great prices and attentive efficient friendly service.
Terrific choice for a nice meal in Vegas. Frank our server was terrific and I’ll come back again. Thank you!
We have been to Center Cut twice before and have enjoyed those meals. We had a friend in town. She visits for business once a year and we always try and go somewhere different and nice. So glad we made the decision to take her to Center Cut. We are never disappointed.
Great food, relaxing meal in the chaos of Las Vegas
Got right in on time. The waiter was very knowledgeable and we never felt rushed. We both ordered different steaks and both were fixed to our likes. If back in Vegas may go again.
It was ok, lobster was a little over cooked. Steak was good but not great. Bread was great, mac and cheese was very good. Service was very good, we had fun. Prices were what I would of expected. I would eat there again.
Limited selection and very pricey.
Food is good, but not worth the price. It’s silly that entrees do not come with sides and they have to be purchased separately. We spent $100 for entrees only, no drinks, and no sides. It’s not worth it.
The server we had was not great. Question our neighbor guest 2 times (was inappropriate) for her mistake and the Followup on drinks took too long. Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day.
I had the Porterhouse steak that was great, loaded baked potato was very good. My wife had the king crab legs that were very good but could of been served a little hotter, she had the regular baked potato that was very good. The bread they serve is also very good. Overall experience was very good just a little more heat on the king crab legs
Definitely not worth the money! We ate here on 2/10 our 5 year anniversary. I made a reservation for 9:15 on a Saturday night, I guess the word is out on this place as reservations weren’t necessary. Everything was oily you could have deep fried chicken in the pool of oil on the potatoes. I ordered the 10 oz filet medium very over cooked and tough. I couldn’t ask the waiter about it as he was preoccupied so anything we needed came courtesy of the bus boys including drink refills. I suggest the management head over to the Luxor and have dinner in there steakhouse.
My boyfriend and I were in Las Vegas and wanted a good steak dinner. We choose Center cut at the Flamingo, because I wanted to see the Flamingo's habitat. This was our special night out dinner and it was fabulous. We both got the Filet Mignon, me the smaller one and shared sides of the mac and cheese and broccolini. Everything was wonderful, the steak melted in your mouth. I would definitely come back again the next time I in Vegas.
Food was excellent also the cook came out to make sure everything was ok that went along way with my guest
Everything was perfect
Perhaps I thought this would be fine dining considering the price, however the service while good and adequate wasn't quite up to the level of the price point in my opinion. I'm a simple guy and don't really need much to satisfy me as far as a restaurant goes but I was expecting more and I got what I would generally get at, say, a Lone Star steakhouse perhaps.
Looks wise, the place looks the part with excellent table settings and low key, quiet environment. No complaints there.
Food wise I thought my particular offering was mediocre at best. I've had dry aged steaks before and was blown away at the preparation and taste that I got. Not so this time. My KC strip steak, while cooked to my preferred heat level, was not trimmed of silver skin and connective tissue (gristle) enough as well as taste wise, I suspect that my particular cut was not marbled well. The taste was a bit muted and subdued not at all helped by the lack of salt. I've had a hundred steaks from a hundred steak places and I've never had to shake salt out of a shaker onto the meat directly. I did here. My sides were the sauteed mushrooms and asparagus. Both of those lacked salt as well. I must also concede with the opinion of my companion that I prefer the smaller asparagus to the large ones that they serve. They were tender and well cooked however. My main gripe overall is lack of seasoning on my meal. Not mentioned because for all intents and purposes, this was solved by me shaking salt from a bottle onto the cooked food.
All in all, when I decide I'm going to spend 180 plus on a steak dinner, I will not do it here.
Food was outstanding. Service was a little slow. Never saw the somm after I asked him for help. No great loss. Overall a B+.
