I had seen mediocre reviews and was very happy. The food was amazing and service was very attentive. Try the crab cakes, mushrooms if you like garlic and the fries. The rolls were to die for.
Great food, great vibe, and great service. Thank you Frank for being a great waiter. The mash potatoes, asparagus, scallops, onion soup, lobster bisque, and the New York Steak were absolutely delicious. Everyone truly enjoyed their food!
Service was top notch. Food was excellent. Thank you
We wanted a nice restaurant, close to where we were staying, like, take the elevator home close. Our food and service was great. Perfect for our dinner.
Everything was great, food was great, the waiter could have reminded me to use the point card though :(
The steak I was served was possibly the worst ever. Asked to be cooked med rare. Steak received was med on one end and rare on the other. Never seen such uneven cooking ever. When I brought it to waiters attention he basically ignored me. When he brought the check I again told him of the problem he did nothing about it. The interesting thing is the couple next to our table had a similiar experience. Would not recommend this place ever. On the way to the airport we ate at Bonefish and I had a filet and crab cake combo, these cooks should go there to see how a steak should be cooked. Sad when a franchise steakhouse.
Ordered my steak medium well and it was serves rare, sent it back and didn’t,
Eat have been there before many times and always was happy before, will not go back again. Should have been compensated for not having my birthday meal
Food is always very good and Frank is a wonderful server very knowledgeable and very attentive he waits on us every time we’re there and remembers us by name even though it’s months since we’ve been there I wish they would bring back their ribeye cap Steak It was the best steak in town
Great value for the quality and for being off the casino floor.
Center Cut Steak House at the Flamingo is always a quiet retreat from the noise and crowds of Vegas .
We usually eat here on our visits to Vegas which are 4-5 times a year .The service and atmosphere are excellent; It is “old Vegas” with a touch a class.
My husband ‘s filet was not as good as normal this trip, but still better than most served elsewhere ..My shrimp special was delicious. We will definitely will dine here again..
I appreciate being able to book via Open Table .
We thoroughly enjoyed Frank as an exceptional waiter at Center Cut on Friday before going to see Elton John on my husband's birthday. The aged Porterhouse and Crispy Salmon and veggies were exceptional and Frank's recommendation for red wine was spot on. Our German Mosel Reisling was perfect temperature and delicious. Caesar salad was refreshing and tasty and the Creme Brulee was a perfect end to the meal, in addition to a sweet birthday treat from the chef. Wish we knew to request one of the little private nooks, out table was fine but the nooks behind the curtain would have been different. Prices and a la carte made this an expensive meal for us but the quality was in line with price. Food came promptly and Frank's assistant was also on top of everything.
All steak houses are pricey and this one is on the lower end $ onion soup (9), two Manhattans(24) 10 oz filet(49) vegetable and potato (18) desert(6) and coffeee (5). Knock out the drinks and you come in under $100- not bad! Delicious too .
Slow service. Made dinner reservations for 8. Arrived 15 min early and our table was ready but they wouldn’t seat us until reservation time. Mac and cheese was undercooked and no flavor. Steaks and desserts were good. Would not go again.
It was ok, not amazing. My friend's chicken was dry. My salmon was good. Waiter seemed a little disconnected. There were tvs on the wall, which was odd for fine dining to me. It was just convenient to be in the hotel.
Service was excellent. Food was good. However, the Cowboy steak was not the quality I expected. The Fillet was very good. The Cowboy steak was not cooked med rare, more medium and not as tender as a Prime cut should have been. I would try this place again, but probably voice my concerns prior to ordering and possibly see the cut of meat before cooking. It was a cozy atmosphere.
Everyone was so polite and friendly. The salmon was delicious
Dinner was part of a theater package and a three course meal of salad, entree, and dessert. All were excellent as was the service. My only complaint was that we ordered drinks at the bar at 4:55, paid full price, and found out later about happy hour starting at 5:00.
Food was dicey. Onion soup very salty and practically inedible. Two of three entrees were over cooked and dry
While the food was good, waiter was too pushy about getting us to order our entree, menu changed, prices a bit steep, a better experience on a former visit
Food was poor for 2 out of the 4 of us. 45 day aged strip was half overcooked and lacking flavor.
Server was great. Food was good but not exceptional. Steak was about average but not the quality you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
We had a table right up front so had great people watching but were totally on display as well. Everyone walking by had to look at our table as it was the only table up there. The rest of the tables were behind us and a wall and had more privacy. The server brought our food out and gave everyone their steaks but left all the sides on a tray and walked away because he forgot something. The sides sat on the tray for at least 2-3 minutes. Luckily another server noticed and promptly handed out the sides. I think our server should have handed out the sides then returned to retrieve whatever it was that he had forgotten in the kitchen. Overall the food was delicious and our party had a great time!
I had a great experience at Center Cut with my husband. We wer4e visiting Vegas for our honeymoon and the restaurant and the staff was lovely.
The beef had no flavor. For $50 it should have been cooked to order and had some flavor. Service was great. Bread good.
The food was good nothing special and not worth the money. The service was outstanding. Everyone was very attentive. Our server was excellent also. I believe his name was Kevin.
I have been often to these steak house I reccomand.
I had the Lobster Bisque, loved the flavor no lobster. My husband had the shrimp something and he enjoyed it. I got the filet, which should have melted in my mouth. It did not. My husband had the Rib eye and it was over cooked and also should have been wonderful. Not worth the money. A baked potato is $9 as are all sides. Crazy. Go somewhere else.
Great food, great service !! Steaks are fantastic, sides are for two!! Dinner rolls are different in a good way! Staff was very attentive We will be back!!
Food was excellent and our server was superb. my card carrier fell out of my purse and they called me after we had left. I was able to pick it up the next day. Thank you!
Dinner before show. Food was very average.
The food was mediocre, the cowboy steak was overly salty, the prime rib was pretty good however a bit on the fatty side. The croissant like dinner rolls were hard and way too salty. The only good part was the service was fabulous! However based on the food, we would not recommend.
Great dinning and a great atmosphere with a slide show of old strip photos. Porterhouse was great and juicy melts in your mouth. Prime rib great. Filets were great and prices were in line with what you get.
Was a little disappointed with the steaks at Center Cut. We ordered the dry aged rib eye which was the most expensive steak on the menu. Was expecting the meat to be very tender but it was much drier than I would have liked. That being said, the meat was cooked perfectly and the sides and seafood tower were great. Our server was attentive and friendly.
Food was above average and the service was trmendous.
Awesome as always!!! We are repeat customers and as always we had great service and the even comped some campaign for our anniversary.
Dinner was amazing and was the best steak dinner I have ever had! Will recommend to all my friends who frequent Las Vegas!
Ate there before Donnie and Marie show. Great service and great food. Could have made a meal on the wine and rolls.....excellent.
I ordered prime rib and it was more medium rare than medium, which I had requested. The meat was also a bit dry and tough. My asparagus was woody. I ate only the tops. The bread was fantastic however. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. The waiter was attendant and responsive. My dinner party had a $20 per room discount and that's why we went there. There are many better steakhouses for about the same price I'd would recommend instead.
Restaurant was bright and open. Table was large and seating was comfortable. Service from the assistant waiter was excellent. The main waiter was rather slow. The food was excellent from bread to dessert. As a Vegas local who eats a lot of steak, this is my second favorite steakhouse.
The food was amazing, the staff was excellent, the ambiance was great. Overall a wonderful 40th Birthday experience!
