Our server was very nice. I have to say that I've had better steaks (we ordered the boneless ribeye). My friend order the filet mignon and said it was good.

We were there for an early dinner. We had the Atlantic Salmon and the paata. Both were excellent! Server was also very good. The first time we ate there they had old classic movie cuts playing on all their tvs. This time they had sports. I feel that in a high end restaurant, something soft and easy is much better. We will definitely go back.

Great service and food. Wedge salad was out of this world and the cut of steaks are of great quality and cooked to perfection.

We sat down 6pm and had a show to attend in same hotel at 7:30 and we did not get our entire meal in that time. They were much too slow. Won't go there again.

Both steaks were overcooked compared to the requested temperature. No one came back to check how our meals were cooked or prepared until finished. Salad dressing options quite limited.

Excellent onion soup as an appetizer and a perfectly season and cook filet mignon to round out the meal. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was casual elegance!

I found the restaurant to be dated. It doesn't meet the Vegas standard of an outstanding steak restaurant.

Top quality steaks seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sides were delicious and large enough to share with 2-3 people. Well worth the money.

Went for my birthday dinner. Glad we had a $100 voucher because both of our steaks were horrible! I had to spit out grissle from my New York cut twice and it was terribly hard to cut. I ordered it medium. My husbands medium was bloody and hard to cut as well. I would've been really upset to pay the $157.00 total without that food voucher. My husband makes better steaks at home!

My reservation was for 5:45 when I got there at 5:47 the hostess said my reservation was for 5:30 I had to show her on my phone that it was indeed for 5:45. I couldn’t believe she was trying to prove me wrong.
The restaurant was average at best not worth the prices they charge.
Won’t go back

I was hopIng that it was going to be much better than it was, we were all somewhat disappointed with our meals. We had the special steak for that evening and we were disappointed. Looks can be deceiving, my cheddar & bacon baked potato was over cooked and lacked bacon, pretty flavorless. The steak was just okay, I thought it would be a little more tender than it was. Another person in our party has the shrimp fettuccine pasta than was overcook, lumps of gummy pasta

This meal was a decision of convenience. The staff were all very nice. They rallied when we wanted to change tables and found me a glass to take to my room since I had wine left and hate plastic for wine. It was just much too pricey for so so, and my steak was medium, not medium rare.

Excellent food and a tad cheaper than the other big name restaurants at near by casinos. Also, I found the food to be better. Steaks were tastier and service was top notch

We were referred to Center Cut from our concierge at The Linq to celebrate our new engagement. Our experience was OK- our waiter was not very attentive and acted rushed although he only had 3 tables he was serving including ours. Our food took much longer than promised- our server stopped at our table multiple times to tell us "2 more minutes" ... which ended up equating to almost 30 for a steak, baked potato and Cesar salad. A table who arrived at least 10 minutes after us were served their dinner before we were. For the cost of the meal, neither my fiancée or myself was impressed with the quality. All in all, we were a little disappointed in our experience, especially since we were out celebrating such a special time in our lives. We don't visit Vegas much, but I think next time we are there we will opt for a different dining option when seeking out a high quality experience.

Roberto and his helper were remarkable. They knew how to serve at a very relaxed pace and not rushing each course. Very knowledgeable about the food being served and were able to answer any questions we had. The food was exceptional. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vegas. Actually we are returning tomorrow night before we go home. Would recommend to friends.

I had the 7 oz. filet - and let's say I like my steak Mooing but warm, it was perfectly cooked - Charles C., our waiter called it blue. The steak was well seasoned and seared with a lovely red center but warm. The Classic Potato was wonderful, and huge, and the asparagus was perfect. I wasn't a big fan of the bone marrow - way greasy and with a flavor I didn't like, but t least I tried something new. The Hubby had the lamb tasting, and was wowed by the Frenching of the lamb and the cook on his steak.

Our Server Charles C., was attentive and anticipated our every need. He was personable, and offered recommendations for wine - Loved the Cabernet! And as it was the Hubby's birthday, the complimentary champagne was much appreciated.

We will be back on our next trip!

Charlie is a fantastic server that always makes our visit special. Noel is a great host, always remembers us, and makes us feel at home. We keep coming back because of their great service, even more than the food. Love the wedge salad and the rib eye steaks.

The Center Cut pretends to be an upscale steakhouse but cannot live up to this standard. I had the shrimp cocktail, $21, would rate max 2,5/5, the same shrimp you find at Bally's Sterling Brunch buffett. KC strip, 16oz, was ordered med-rare, came med-well the first time. Second time was cooked ok, though nothing special at $51, 3/5. I know at least 10 LV steakhouses where I'd find a better overall quality. Server Jenny D was friendly, fast and efficient. I'd rather not return.

Affordable and clean. The lamb, Caesar salad and onion soup was divine. Service was pretty bad. The gentleman obviously had too many tables. He did a lot of talking and not a lot of listening. There was no two bite check back so he didn’t even know we had a problem with the macaroni and cheese until the other gentleman (who was great) helping our table told him. By then, we were almost done with dinner. He also never asked us if we wanted another beverage. It didn’t feel like the special birthday dinner we were hoping for.

Center Cut had great choices for steak and prime rib including many cuts and sizes. Excellent choices as well for steak add ons and side dishes. The crab cakes were great for an appetizer. Excellent wine selection. The only issue we had was one of their signature cocktails could not be made because they did not have all the ingredients...Surprising. Do not expect a quiet atmosphere as the noise level was high with many people having a great time, as would be expected in Vegas.

The food, ambiance and waiter were fabulous. Received our food hot and fresh with a smile on our waiter face. He was very knowledgeable about his dinner specials and suggestions on other food groups. The Chefs need to be acknowledged for their preparation of the food and the tastiest steak Vegas has to offer. I will be back again on my next visit. Thanks Center Cut Steakhouse. Went to the Center Cut Steak House as part of our Package for the Donny and Marie show. It is an option and i would highly recommend it for both the show package and regular dinner . The show package gives a limited menu but the choices were good and the food was excellent. We had a 7 oz Filet with Salad and Dessert. Food presentation was excellent, and service was wonderful.
