We have been to Center Cut twice before and have enjoyed those meals. We had a friend in town. She visits for business once a year and we always try and go somewhere different and nice. So glad we made the decision to take her to Center Cut. We are never disappointed.

Got right in on time. The waiter was very knowledgeable and we never felt rushed. We both ordered different steaks and both were fixed to our likes. If back in Vegas may go again.

It was ok, lobster was a little over cooked. Steak was good but not great. Bread was great, mac and cheese was very good. Service was very good, we had fun. Prices were what I would of expected. I would eat there again.

Food is good, but not worth the price. It’s silly that entrees do not come with sides and they have to be purchased separately. We spent $100 for entrees only, no drinks, and no sides. It’s not worth it.

The server we had was not great. Question our neighbor guest 2 times (was inappropriate) for her mistake and the Followup on drinks took too long. Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day.

I had the Porterhouse steak that was great, loaded baked potato was very good. My wife had the king crab legs that were very good but could of been served a little hotter, she had the regular baked potato that was very good. The bread they serve is also very good. Overall experience was very good just a little more heat on the king crab legs

Definitely not worth the money! We ate here on 2/10 our 5 year anniversary. I made a reservation for 9:15 on a Saturday night, I guess the word is out on this place as reservations weren’t necessary. Everything was oily you could have deep fried chicken in the pool of oil on the potatoes. I ordered the 10 oz filet medium very over cooked and tough. I couldn’t ask the waiter about it as he was preoccupied so anything we needed came courtesy of the bus boys including drink refills. I suggest the management head over to the Luxor and have dinner in there steakhouse.

My boyfriend and I were in Las Vegas and wanted a good steak dinner. We choose Center cut at the Flamingo, because I wanted to see the Flamingo's habitat. This was our special night out dinner and it was fabulous. We both got the Filet Mignon, me the smaller one and shared sides of the mac and cheese and broccolini. Everything was wonderful, the steak melted in your mouth. I would definitely come back again the next time I in Vegas.

Perhaps I thought this would be fine dining considering the price, however the service while good and adequate wasn't quite up to the level of the price point in my opinion. I'm a simple guy and don't really need much to satisfy me as far as a restaurant goes but I was expecting more and I got what I would generally get at, say, a Lone Star steakhouse perhaps.

Looks wise, the place looks the part with excellent table settings and low key, quiet environment. No complaints there.

Food wise I thought my particular offering was mediocre at best. I've had dry aged steaks before and was blown away at the preparation and taste that I got. Not so this time. My KC strip steak, while cooked to my preferred heat level, was not trimmed of silver skin and connective tissue (gristle) enough as well as taste wise, I suspect that my particular cut was not marbled well. The taste was a bit muted and subdued not at all helped by the lack of salt. I've had a hundred steaks from a hundred steak places and I've never had to shake salt out of a shaker onto the meat directly. I did here. My sides were the sauteed mushrooms and asparagus. Both of those lacked salt as well. I must also concede with the opinion of my companion that I prefer the smaller asparagus to the large ones that they serve. They were tender and well cooked however. My main gripe overall is lack of seasoning on my meal. Not mentioned because for all intents and purposes, this was solved by me shaking salt from a bottle onto the cooked food.

All in all, when I decide I'm going to spend 180 plus on a steak dinner, I will not do it here.

Soooo ... We chose this place based on reviews. Food was good, hostess was nice. The server ... was absolutely horrible. From start to finish ... Horrible. He actually mocked and made faces at my 84 year old father behind his back. I can't speak for the other servers ... But ours could not handle it.

I had hoped to take my family to a nice steak dinner in Vegas. I have been to many steakhouses all over the country. This one is the worst. The food was awful it took over one hour to get it but it was bad. I will say the manager took my meal off and offered us I drink. That was nice. I wasn’t looking for free food I would have paid anything for a great meal. This was unfortunately not it.

My friends and I went to Center Cut before the Donny & Marie Show. Eric was our waiter and he was wonderful! Very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. We let him know we were going to see the show after dinner which was a good thing too, since while we were there - Donny Osmond came in and sat at the table behind ours!! Eric was great and let him know about us, so Donny was gracious enough to come over and talk to us for a couple of minutes and let me get a picture of him and my friends. It made the night! Thanks again Eric!!!!

Don’t bother with “18oz dry aged ribeye”. What a joke. Had thicker steaks at Denny’s. Table next to us had embarrassing cuts of meat as well. The ny and large filet looked good on other tables. Not a $50 steak place anymore

Overall experience very good, food was excellent. However we did order a 16 oz prime rib, that is not what we got, it was way smaller, I did complain to the waiter, he insisted it was right. We have had this particular meal several times in the past at Center cut so we do know what to expect. We will try this restaurant again because it is our favorite place to dine.

wow, what a let down. However, it is typical Las Vegas, overhyped and underdelivered. I'm not sure what else I expected. That being said, for the price, I would expect top notch service and a steak that was cooked properly (overdone but still edible), we waited so long for our meal that I did not want to return the steak for fear it would be lost and we would have wait another 1/2 hour for our food.
Service was terrible, our waiter did not properly manage the meal and appetizers timing and our wait between was 1/2 hour! Come on now, you telling me this was a top priced restaurant? We get better service from a coffee shop than this place.

The only really disappointing thing about our meal was the 45 day dry aged NY strip steak which was a splurge. Supposedly it was Prime grade but was a bit chewy and the outer flesh was extremely tough and hard from the sear. Our starters (wedge salad and fried shrimp) were great though and the cocktails as well. The croissant popovers are amazing as well! Service was very good. Beware if you need to use the restroom, you have to go out of the restaurant and into the casino. It's a shame that a restaurant of this caliber doesn't have a dedicated restroom. I would dine here again but definitely not splurge for the dry aged steak. People at the next table had the wet aged filets and they looked amazing and seemed to cut like butter.

Had a great meal. The steak was delicious. We sat in a booth off to the side and it was nice and private as it was my Birthday. Waiters are very attentive and give you time. Expensive but worth the money. Would like to return. Great wine list too.

Fantastic dinner, the steaks were amazing. Great service. They really went out of their way to accommodate us, I had inadvertently reserved for the wrong date but they were able to pull off a table for six with very little wait.

I was with a party of 5 and we arrived 9 minutes after our reservation time. There was no parties waiting for a table. They sent us an email canceling our reservation 8 minutes after the reservation time, and gave us attitude at the reception. Then we sat down, ordered food that took FOREVER to come. The seafood tower was 1. Not a tower and 2. Ridiculously small for something that was supposed to serve 2-4 people 3. Not fresh and dry 4.consequently overpriced. The steak came 45 minutes after we were done with the appetizer. It was good steak, but honestly none of us were hungry by the time they were served. The server was polite but completely unapologetic about the lateness of everything. Drink orders were routinely forgotten. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. And not how I wanted to spend my birthday. We gave up on a dessert and left as soon as we could.
