I love this restaurant - have been there many times for eat in and take out. Always courteous and fun. Food is great -
Food was ZoK but very noisy because there was a retirement party. We could not ever hear each other over the noise. This kind of ruined the evening
The food was great. Simply said.
Pollo picatta is the bomb.
This place is always a great place to grab a delicious meal.
Our family of 6 came here for dinner and we were not disappointed. All our dishes were wonderful but the lasagna was a stand out! Come enjoy great comfort food in a relaxing environment!
Love that little place - so happy it Came to our neighborhood... top flight food and service...
Excellent food and great service! Great little neighborhood spot!
Enjoyed my beef Ragout served with home made pasta. Truly one of the best meat sauces I have had. Wonderful meal.
The lasagne was outstanding. The eggplant parmesan was outstanding. I did not hear a peep out of the ones who ordered the risotto special or the seafood soup special - they were literally in heaven! We love this restaurant and have frequently dined here since the first week it opened. We understand people have an 'off' day here and there - so I am hoping this must have been the case - our waitress was very short with us, making the dining experience not as nice as usual. We had to send a dinner back for the first time ever (they changed the recipe and it was not what we were expecting, nor was it as good as remembered), which they promptly removed from our final bill. The food and service are exceptional enough that we will definitely go back!
Good Italian. Great service.
Been here many times. I always try to bring someone new so they can bring their friends next time. :-)
Have never been disappointed. Great food, great service! The grilled artichoke appetizer is to die for and they have vegan options!
I'll be back!!!
Very nice restaurant with good selections and specials. Service was good and friendly, playes brought out by multiple servers so as to be timely. Easy to find and good presentation.
Enjoyed a great dinner at Centanni. Hadn't been for a while and it did not let down. Everything we had was excellent. Enjoyed the Green Tomatoes with Burrata appetizer and the Chicken Parm. Will be back soon.
We have been to Centanni many times. The food and service has always been excellent and the prices very reasonable.
Excellent! Food was delicious, service was friendly and prompt. The hostess was welcoming and charming. The ambience isn’t fabulous, but we would definitely return. NB, we ate early so the restaurant was very quiet. I don’t know what it would be like with more people.
Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals. The service was good and friendly, the price was reasonable, and the portion size was satisfying (it's a personal gripe of mine when portion sizes are tiny in the name of "gourmet").
We always have a wonderful meal at Centanni’s. Thomas is a great waiter!!
Great staff and Excellent food!!! Very interesting Daily Specials and the usual favorites are on the menu.
Great service, good food and we had even better company!
Food was excellent!! We practically licked the plate clean.
Food was ok. People were very nice. Atmosphere was odd. Smelled heavily like disinfectant. We were there right at 5 on a Saturday. Main dining room didn’t have a lot of light and had two TVs distractingly playing a lot of poor quality slides that varied between family pictures, famous quotes and bad quality album covers and rock pics.
I absolutely love this little treasure. Everything is outstanding especially, the food. Sometimes the service can be slightly off. My server was newer and wasn't sure about what I was asking. But, in e end he delivered. However, we receivex our appetizer (truffle fries yuuuum) before we got our drinks, which were fountain drinks. My favorite is the NY Steak raviolis, I added burrata to the top. My husband loved the paparedele.
Great Italian restaurant. The artichoke hearts and to die for, and the home made pastas are amazing. The best Eggplant Parm ever. Lovely spot with a calming ambiance, no loud music. Will be back.
Great food! Fresh and authentic wonderful tasting and good presentation. The Bruschetta Rustic was fantastic, as was the pumpkin ravioli! Friendly and good service, but needed to check in more frequently. The bus boys brought us someone else’s dinner, so not as on the ball as they should have been, but all was forgiven as the food was wonderful for everyone in our large party of 10. We would for sure repeat, for the food and value.
We’ve been looking for a really nice restaurant with great Italian food in Burbank that we could call our favorite go to. This is it. Food was great, service was exceptional, and nice ambiance without being stuffy.
First time here and will definitely go back. Beet salad was delicious.
Very friendly wait staff with prompt service. Delicious food. Got a little noisy (we were having a business meeting) but otherwise great.
We first received stale focaccia bread. Our waiter took our order and everyone around us who arrived after us was served 5 minutes before us. Then after the kitchen staff had delivered our food our waiter didn’t return for 10 minutes to offer cheese or more drinks. The Chicken Parmesan which is usually very good was very bland this time. We’re very disappointed because this used to be our favorite Italian restaurant. I’m not sure if we will ever return. BTW What is going on with the video slide show? It used to be old Italian movie posters and now it’s random pictures of Prince, Hal Holbrook, OJ Simpson...what is going on?!??
Found this restaurant doing an internet search. So glad we tried it. The food was delicious and Rodney our server took excellent care of us. The chicken parmigiana was great. The garlic bread too. We'll definitely be going back.
Very good Italian restaurant and convenient to the Grove Theater in the park nearby. Delicious and well-presented food, not expensive. Good service and just a very nice place overall.
I am always looking for great Italian food in LA and I’ve found it. We started with the special bruschetta which was delicious, followed by tagliatelle al ragu and the spaghetti aglio e olio. Both were as good as any we’ve ever had. We will definitely visit again when in Burbank.
Food is good, location is covert.
We have had the pleasure of dining at Centanni several times. The food is excellent. Concentrate on the specials board and it'will be the best.
Keep up the great work
Excellent service, great food, fast delivery to table, outstanding lunch special. Always a pleasure to dine here, I have never been disappointed, for small lunches (2-4 people), large lunches (8 people) and even large dinners (25+ people) with multiple times for each. Kudos to the staff, management, kitchen and owners of the restaurant.
We had the sole and it was cooked to perfection. Loved it!
Decent wine list and bubbly.
I want them to be successful; but the food is mediocre and the service is pretty unconcerned. So, my comments when I received a “white pizza” with indescribably tough prociutto slapped over a nest of raw radicchio on top of a rather luke warm melt of 3 cheeses fell on deaf ears. It must be a problem I have that I want to be able to properly chew and digest my food. The chicken piccata was kinda greasy and the chicken was tough and dry. Well this wasn’t appreciated either. My dinner mate ordered the eggplant part and kindly said it was ok but greasy. The attitude of the very charming waitress was kind of “ah to each his own”. Disappointed. Plus the ambiance is still very scattered with weird Tinney music and TVs with odd pictures scrolling through. I soooo want an excellent restaurant in Burbank that is NOT a chain. But if they aren’t willing to listen to their customers what can you do?
My same sex spouse and I went to the Burbank location for my 60th birthday. Our waiter only sings Happy Birthday and cake to heterosexual couples and not LGBTQ couples. The food gave us the runs. We plan to file a report with LA County Health and sue them for violating California Laws that protect same-sex couples.
Excellent food and service. Owners are now full time in Burbank!!!
This was the second time we had visited Centanni. While the food was excellent, for some reason our service was really sluggish. We saw people who were seated well after us ordering and receiving their food before us, and it took almost an hour for us to get our entrees. I wouldn't be commenting on it except my husband and I got the identical meals we ate last time, and the time between ordering and receiving our meals was completely different on our first visit, and the restaurant was 10x busier that first visit.
The food really is excellent and we'll definitely be coming back, but hopefully next time we'll get our food a bit quicker.
A very warm and inviting atmosphere. Appetizers and dinner was delicious.
Dessert was heavenly.
The owners were so attentive and personable.
