Food was good, portions were a bit small.
Service was poor, waitress was not around often, had to ask on 2 separate occasions to be served, one to order and one for the bill. Even after asking for the bill, took another 5 minutes to get it.
Our server Bill was fantastic. He interacted with our group and made our dinner very enjoyable. Will go back for sure.
We went to celebrate some family birthdays and anniversaries. Food was extremely good and service was excellent. They surprised us with a lovely dessert. Everyone was pleased with the dinner.
Limited menu but food was most excellent. Ambiance is “ok” would not recommend for intimate dinning. Atmosphere was cold. Great place to “mix it up” or for convenience while at the mall.
We had a great brunch. The food and service was great!
The atmosphere was intimate. We ordered the Farm House Salad and the Torn Kale Salad; both were delicious. The waitstaff was attentive, polite and had great recommendation. I recommend others to try Cedar + Stone, Urban Table.
My wife and I shared a kale salad and we each had the short ribs in wine sauce. Everything was excellent.
Outstanding food and outstanding service! Our waiter Mr. Bill Wandzel was ultra professional and went “above and beyond” with his services.
Good food, a great hostess. Waiter was good. Food was good BUT very pricey for what you got. The noise level is horrid making it unfit to have a sustainable conversation. For that reason I doubt I’d go back. The food was good but the value for it.... not so much
As always Greg fixed us up with an exceptionally paired wine for our meal!
The service was fantastic. The House Made Cavatelli was good but the sauce tasted like Spaghetti-O’s, which was unfortunate. While I would try the restaurant again I definitely would skip this dish.
Good food, creative but classic items. Great service.
We visited for an anniversary dinner. What a fabulous meal!
Since it was our anniversary, we started off with champagne. The server we had was so gracious and acknowledged the special event from the moment we sat down.
We enjoyed the soups, chicken wild rice and the seasonal special of a squash (I think?) bisque. The kale salad we shared was amazing - so delicious! My husband enjoyed the pasta (cavatelli with tomatoes) and I had the pan chicken. The meal was topped off by sharing two desserts (it was a special occasion, so we splurged), the donuts (with two sauces -- the creme anglaise was especially nice) and the dark chocolate creme brulee with sea salt.
I think my husband was skeptical when I told him we were going to eat at the Mall of America .... but the meal was just so lovely and the service was so wonderful that we will surely be returning!
Love this restaurant! Service is always amazing. Our waiter Ty was great! The food was delicious and the wine list does not disappoint!
Tasteful and clean modern decor will impress your date or business partner. Service was impeccable. Braised short rib and the wild rice soup were delicious. We hope to be back to try other dishes.
Charcuterie was good. I had the salmon. Not exciting but my dinner guests raved about their salads. And the drinks were good.
A et nice evening
Ty was awesome!
Great food and our waiter was awesome!
Party with crying children behind us. Birthday celebration nothing out of the ordinary done unlike last year.
Enjoyed a date with my wife of 33-years. Nice anniversary dinner, but we enjoy coming here for everyday dining as well.
Greg is an exceptionally customer focused sommelier who pairs the varied wines with the food perfectly. Awesome job!
Great food in a farm to table food
Lovely restaurant attached to JW Marriott and Mall of America. Delicious and fresh locally sourced breakfast. We will definitely dine there again!
The only negative was when One of our party walked in and tried to make a reservation she was told there was nothing available until 8:30pm or 9:00pm for walkins. So we used the OpenTable app and booked a reservation at this restaurant at 7:15 PM. We questioned why we were told even though we were guests at the adjoining JW Marriott that we could not get a reservation until 8:30 pm or 9:00pm and yet the OpenTable app got us a reservation at 7:15 PM.
Great time for Franna’s birthday dinner.
Food is not the same anymore. We have eaten here regularly since JW opened. Food used to be very good. Flavors are pretty tasteless and menu rarely changes. If you want a good restaurant at or near mall, do Hazelwood or Fireside instead.
Outstanding. Will return soon.
Great food and friendly service. Waitress was friendly and gave great service. We had chicken and waffles and the cinnamon toast crunch French toast. Everything was excellent.
Excellent! Great spot for a upscale business meeting. Food was outstanding and service to match!
Amazing food and service. Place was mostly empty so we didn't have much noise or distraction. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
The service was friendly and efficient. The walleye was done perfectly, flakey and served hot! My wife just had a salad with chicken, but it was delicious too. Always a pleasure to eat here.
The brussel sprouts and charcuterie board were amazing. They were a perfect amount to share for two. Topping it all of with their delicious s'mores brownie. It was an excellent place to revisit and an excellent end to a long weekend at the Mall of America.
I should not have given the food a single star but the app would not let me progress without putting something there. My party of 4 arrived, were seated immediately to a fairly empty restaurant (Monday evening.) We waited 45 minutes and 3 our of 4 of had gotten water (they never came back to fill up the 4th) and never took even a drink order. We left, and no one even said boo to us.
Fantastic, high-end dining experience at MoA. We took clients for potential sales there, and they enjoyed the food, ambiance, and location. It helped that it was a beautiful day, and we ate outside. Highly recommended!
Excellent service, drinks and food. Highly recommend dining at Cedar + Stone!
My wife and I wanted to have a quiet dinner, so the hostess suggested seating us in the adjacent lounge. What a great idea-we had wonderful meal with great service at about 1/4 the decibel level of the restaurant. We had the cheddar/bacon cornbread, shared a Buratta and beet salad and I had the filet and my wife had the salmon. All were well prepared and very tasty. I wasn’t expecting as fine of a meal from a hotel restaurant, so we were pleasantly surprised.
Food was better than average. Service was ok. Atmosphere was more energetic than it needed to be. Not a place to go for a romantic get away. Prices were fine.
Service is very good, staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Ambiance is very nice. Food is avg to below average and not worth the price
