If you are fortunate enough to have the vivacious and charming Adli as your server, take his recommendations. He'll treat you like kings and queens. Ambiance was mellow but hip. Food was orgasmic. I'd go back again. We worried about the prices originally but if you go for quality not quantity and sample rather than gobble, you'll love this spot. Great for sharing with friends or that special someone.

The noise level of conversations around made conversation a bit difficult.

we let the chef select what we ate - we decided on all vegetarian or seafood - the results were truly outstanding

This restaurant it consistently rated very highly by food critics. I enjoyed our meal, but I do think the food is overrated. I've been to restaurants in Toronto that provide much tastier offerings, such as Foxley, Bent, and DaiLo.

Food was great but pricey and small portions. Our server forgot a few things from our order but generous to offer complimentary port wine to compensate. Overall good experience.

Dinner at Cava last night was delicious! It almost doesn't seem to matter what you order since when it arrives you are rarely disappointed. I have eaten here at least a dozen times and only once was served something that was displeasing. The wait staff will gladly explain and describe any dishes which are unfamiliar and if you choose what suits you it will be yummy.

Took my husband to Cava to celebrate his birthday . We were a little surprised by how informal it was but soon got over that.We warmed up gradually to the food and were ecstatic about the flavourful dishes at the end of our meal. We couldn't say enough about the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really made the experience special.

As a single diner, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the service I received; every party, big and small, seems to be treated with the same attentive service. The staff is very knowledgeable as well; everyone i spoke with knew the food and drinks menus inside and out.

The quality of the food is excellent too. The ingredients are seasonal and very fresh, and the plates are cleanly presented and delicious. If you ask, they'll even make half-portions of most of their items so you can try a greater variety. Highly recommended!

Great selections on menu to choose from. Small tapa dishes allowed sampling of variety of great food. Duck leg and sable fish were particularly excellent.

Great spot for a couple or for two couples.Because the menu features sharing smallish dishes,it is best to limit the number of diners sharing a table.
