Service aand drinks were perfect , Brussels sprouts and cauliflower were the best , short rib was not what was expected, off the bone on top of fries , never seen that and was not what we hoped for , but we will go back and ask how things are prepared before we order

The ceiling was leaking and the manager was aware an still sat us there. The server filled our glass with mimosa and the manager filled it less than half. Asked the server what was the standard an she said "Full glass" smh

Brunch at Cava is one of my go to meals when I have friends in town, limitless delicious food and as many mimosas as you can drink.

Daniela was helpful, pleasant and efficient. The food was magnificent, especially the lamb shank with orzo, octopus and Brussels sprouts.

We always LOVE the Cava Mezze restaurants we go to when we are in Olney and Rockville. But this time we ordered the sharable meals and instead of coming on seperate plates they were delivered on a cookie sheet. The food was arranged over very greasy fries so it made the other food less appealing. We had raved about this place, and maybe it would have been ok to get the individual tapas but this was embarassing for us with our guests. So disappointing... it's usually outstanding when we go to the other locations.

While we were there relatively late on a weekday night; the tasting platter we ordered was somewhat dry and over cooked- as if it had been grilled earlier- and was sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. The chicken skewers, the meatballs and the gyro meat were all overdone and too dry
