Cattle Company Steakhouse - Pearl City Ratings and Reviews
Food was good but our waiter was very slow, took 15 min for water, then 20 more min for my drink then another 20 for the food to arrive, my husband hadn’t even gotten his salad yet, so he sent back the sfeak and told them he wanted his salad. 😖We would go back again but with a different waiter.
The waiter did give me a large cookie & ice cream for my birthday 😀
How amazing it is just to come in with lots of happy faces to see especially Terri our favorite waitress and our great management Daniel & D love them all. I would recommend every one to go all the time
Family & friends and especially lovers 💕 to enjoy it
Peace and love to you cattle company from Vanessa
Feels very cozy and Comfortable with a casual laid back vibe. We were sat very quickly. I would suggest making a reservation since they get busy. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was good. Portions were a little small for the price. The ribeye steak was good but nothing special. Wish there was more of a sear on the steak but that's just me. All in all I'd come back.
Service was excellent! Our waiter, Alvin, was attentive and courteous. We didn't realize that we were there so long...seated at 6:30pm and we left at 10:45pm. The restaurant closes at 10:00pm but we were not rushed out or asked to leave. When leaving, we saw the staff cleaning the rest of the restaurant (away from our table)...so considerate.
The food was as expected, very good. We enjoyed the Camp Fire Feast with crispy zucchini, rib eye steak (cooked perfectly), baked potato and green beans along with a chocolate tart.
It was a girlz night out and we will definitely be back.
Thank You Stuart Anderson's Pearl City for an Excellent Dining Experience~
Favorite neighborhood steakhouse but was a little disappointed in the sides...paid extra for asparagus which was inedible. Burnt at the tips and hard and woody at the other. Terrible. Just get the regular sides. But Trio meal of steak, lobster, and fried shrimp for $21.99 was a good deal.
Well our waiter was so rushing the steak we ordered was not the size the waiter was.so rushing to the tables the server that was picking up the dishes was so patient and kind why did they change the size of the lobster very disappointed I don't know that I'll go back
I must commend the staff, from busboy to servers to manager. We eat at Cattle Company very often and have always had a great experience. However, this time, we had a problem with our server, Sunshine. When we told someone about it, they immediately went into action to correct the problem. Because of this one incident, our overall experience was not as good as in the past, but the rest of the staff more than made up for it! Thank you, staff!!!
I've been to Cattle Co many times and it was good in the past but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I made reservations in advance for my family for thanksgiving dinner and we opted to wait later to be able to sit 10 of us on 2 tables. They should have told us while we were waiting that they ran out of the turkey meal instead they told us when they were seating us. This was a big disappointment to us to wait then find out no turkey meal. Then the steak and prime rib meals we ordered were horrible that we barely even ate them and it was such a big waste of our money. They offered the prime rib for the same price as turkey meal but not the steak. We expected a better compensation for not having turkey. Only appetizers, bread and soup was good. It really was the worst experience we've had especially for thanksgiving so I wanted to be sure you knew I'm a repeat customer and will think twice about coming back again.
Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Our reservation was for 4:45 pm, but we didn't get seated until after 5:00 pm. Considering my past experiences there for Thanksgiving, it wasn't too long of a wait. Our server, Ed, was very friendly and efficient. Everyone in my party was very happy with the food we ordered; I think the only problem was that our main course came out almost the same time with our salads so our table was quite full. By trying to clear up space and eat our salads first, our dinner was a little cold. I think because of the reservation backlog, they were trying to get us to eat our food a little quicker by bringing everything out at once. Will definitely eat here again.
We decided to try eating out for Thanksgiving. Cattle Company had a Thanksgiving dinner for $21.99. We had our choice of soup or salad. Then came a large plate with a lot of sliced turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potatoes (or yams, not sure), fresh broccoli stalks, and fresh cranberry sauce. All were delicious! The meal ended with pumpkin pie, which, to be honest, was not good. But that was no problem for us as we had pumpkin pie at home to eat.
We had a 3:45 pm reservation time and we waited about 15 min. past that time to be seated. Best of all, they gave us enough turkey so we were able to take home turkey for sandwiches the next day! I think we'll go there again next year!!
I was disappointed with the food, portions, and quality of the servings. It somehow seems the quality of the meals have gone from very satisfactory to a point of disappointment in the last few years. I enjoyed the meals in the past but not anymore. My guests dined on babyback ribs that was not tender at all. My dinner was the 8 oz. prime rib that was less than 1/4 inch thick and probably 6 oz. or less, plus the texture was a lot tougher than in the past. The only positive
parts of the meal was the mud pie, baked potato, and bread. I may try another dinner at the
Cattle Company and if the quality hasn't improved than you won't see me again.
This time was by far our best experience. It was my wife’s 40th birthday. I made reservations for 5:30pm, which was not necessary as it was not busy yet. We were immediately seated. It took a while for the server to first drop off water but he more than made up for the delay by being very attentive and taking care of our drinks impeccably. The food was perfect, as it always is, and the overall experience was much above average.
Always enjoyed dining at Cattle Co. Good deals with their coupons. The birthday cookie was nice with the service help singing for our friend. Our waitress could have been more attentive by refilling hot tea, ice tea and a bit slow with bread, had finished my clam chowder when she brought the bread. Otherwise it's fine and will be back to dine again at Cattle Co.
