My meal wasn’t as good as I expected! It was really dry! My other half’s steak wasn’t cooked to his liking! But the service from our waitress was outstanding!
We live in town & have been wanting to go there over a year but don't like to go that side due to traffi ,
We finally went, 3pm, only had us & 2 other tables there,
I was looking at all menu items deciding what to get,
I told waitress ," you wouldn't believe how long I've wanted to come back here"
She oddly kept coming back and forth, but wouldn't take our order,
Then the manager comes to us
& says our tiny service dog needs to be on the floor , cannot be on the seat,
(She had an unpleasant attitude)
I looked at my gf, told he let's go, got up and left.
As we walking out , i was telling my gf ,
This is same manager woman who gave us hard time a year ago
( which is why we stopped coming mainly also because of the horrible past experience)
So I had to coupon with me I threw it away instantly I told her we never coming here again.
Usually i don't complain ,
no matter how bad the service is ,
but Open Table just sent me online review asking my opinion on my experience,
And so the last time we came last year the situation was we would always come and always ask for blue cheese dressing extra and our waitress at that time or young Caucasian woman that they don't give when they always gave we usually there at least twice a month on the way back I was passing the kitchen and just so happens she was in the hole at the kitchen lonely talking about us so I just was standing there listening to her talking about us, after 5 minutes , when she was done talkin she looked up at me and then was caught off-guard I started walking towards her to the kitchen she ran out to the back to avoid me and of
I posted a screenshot of the rest of my complaint because I ran out of space
I had 2 x $10 from 2x $50 Gift cards tgat I'd purchased. I was deployed. I ask the waitreees if I could use it & Mabager on duty make a exception. She came back to give the dissappointing news that Mgr. said "NO".

I was very leery on coming here due to the mixed reviews, but am glad that I booked! Be sure to make reservations due to it being busy. The staff embody the aloha spirit. We were promptly greeted by our server for the evening who took our drink orders. Since it was my first time here the menu looked a bit daunting but got several recommendations from which I made my choice. Definitely good for date night and first dates!

If your planning on eating at this location, I suggest that you make a reservation, just to make sure you are able to avoid the wait time. Also even though I made the reservation, we were running behind time and when I called, they were understanding due to the major traffic issue. I would suggest this place, just make sure you make a reservation.
Excellent service! Great food at a reasonable price. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and my cousin’s wedding/6-month anniversary. My son got a giant cookie with ice cream on it. It was very nice.

Good experience - it was extremely busy so I know it was difficult to achieve the excellent service we usually get. I have had this server many times (when it wasn’t packed to the gills) and he is an excellent server.
We went to the bar before dinner. Service was very poor, not enough waitressses so had to go to the bar despite telling two people to call our waitress.
Highnoon lunches are the best deal. Always great tasting and you never leave hungry.

Our experience was a good one. Steaks definitely weren’t the best we’ve ever had, just ok. My husband didn’t care for his prime rib, so we ended up sharing my filet instead. Overall the reastaraunt was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere.

As always, the food was delicious! It was my husband's birthday, and he received a piece of dark chocolate cake with orange cream filling. It was awesome. The service was great and the steaks are always top notch. We've been eating here for many years and will continue to do so.
Your bread is absolutely delicious. I could eat a whole loaf by myself. Also, love the 2 meals for $49 deal.

I understand it was a busy Saturday night, but our group didn’t receive one appetizer, needed to remind the waitress about multiple things she forgot. My “bloody rare” steak came out medium. Our alcoholic drinks took 15-20 min to be served, even though it was within an hour till closing.
The food was good the crab could have been larger portion. I would not pay that again service was great.
The Family and I have always thought this place was a better than decent steak house. Reasonable, good food, good service. My most recent visit well, was not as expected. This place is still very popular, always a line out the door, many wait to get in. This time, still popular however this place is getting "run-down". Even with a reservation, it's tough to get through the front entrance, it's like you have to swing elbows trying to get through to your table. Maybe they should try and resolve this somehow. The other not so nice thing is the "smell", you know that old bar smell where hundreds of mix drinks and beer have been lost to the carpet....yuck! Just smells of sour alcohol. The service was still as good as it can get when there are sooooo many people and they almost seem understaffed, by they try hard I'll give them that. The portions are acceptable, still pretty good food but obviously the prices have inflated some. We came for the "free lobster" deal with steak. Not a bad deal, can't complain a lot. Steal was a bit dry (medium rare) and the lobster was as well. But hey, it's free right?!...lol The place unfortunately is overcrowded and could use renovations probably for the 20th time over the many years I have known of it's existence....since the 80's I believe. Clean this place up, stinks! Get a little bit more organized, jazz up your food some. Don't end up like your competition up the road "Buzz's steakhouse" now that is run-down and funky smelling!!! I don't believe they have EVER renovated that hole. Looks the same as it did in the 70's.
Service was excellent. Our server was very attentive. Our non-alcoholic drinks were filled without being prompted. Our food was served in a very timely manner.
We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was not a good experience, though- due to the food.
Cattle Company is one of my “go tos,” ; not this time. I requested my steak as medium rare- I got well-done. My daughter’s shrimp was cold. Probably as it sat while they over cooked my steak. They did offer to redo it. However, I didn’t want everyone else to wait for my meal to come out.

Greeted promptly and had reservation. Waited only a few minutes for our table (the restaurant was busy). Decent service. Great food. Love the privacy afforded by the high-backed booths.

This was the first time that we had the ribs; they were excellent. We thought of going to Tony Roma's but just last month Tony Roma's Aiea shut down so we decided to deviate from our usual excellent steak at Cattle Company.
We count ourselves among the many "locals" who enjoy eating at Cattle Company. They never bat an eye when we split a dinner. (It's also convenient to pick up groceries at Times after dinner.
Let me start off with our server, I forgot her name but she was excellent!!!! The food was all tasty. We had friends visiting from Washington state and they loved it.. everything was perfect and tasted extra delicious... wanted to thank you for getting us seated on time even when we had a couple extra peope

Service was excellent. The pork chop was tasty, as was the salmon. The dinner for two option was a great bargain.
We always have the New York strip steak Highnoon special.
Great dining offers. We Love the specials and Happy Hour there. Service is a little lacking but overall decent place to dine in the Pearl City area.

The food and service are usually great and the Campfire deal is a good value. Tonight there were some mistakes with our orders and our whole meal took so long we had to take our desserts to go BUT our server Terri was so nice, attentive and had a really cute personality and we all overlooked the kitchen mistakes because of that. We come here often and will keep coming back.
I take my family to Cattle Company about 15-20 times a year. The overall meal & service is usually fair to excellent but last night, we celebrated our anniversary dinner and it was a train wreck.
Our reservation was for 6:15pm, we waited 5-10 minutes…no problem, since you always have to wait. Got seated, ordered 2 wagon wheels and drinks. The drinks & bread came in 10 minutes…great. After 30 minutes, our waitress said they had problems with the appetizer and if we wanted to have our sides (soup or salad) first, the manager was aware of the delay, and it should be 5-10 minutes. I said we’d wait for the appetizers. 15 minutes passed but no waitress. I asked another waitress if she could call our waitress. 5-10 minutes passed, and our waitress comes to our table. We request to receive our sides now since it’s been an hour since we ordered, we ate all the bread, drank the water. 5-10 minutes later we received the sides. 10 minutes later we receive the appetizer. 15 minutes later we got our steaks…there were all cold. We didn’t ask to have our meals heated again since it would have probably another 15-20 minutes. After dinner, we ordered 2 cookie & ice cream desserts. I appreciate the waitress, who was always polite and gave us an extra cookie & ice cream dessert for our anniversary but the service & our meal were still terrible.
I still plan on returning to Cattle Company since the meals are fairly priced, and conveniently located and fair to excellent service. I understand everyone has their good days & bad days. But, yesterday was not a good day. Our meal was cold, service was really slow, and it took 2+ hours to be done with our meal.
From the time we were seated it took the waiter 15 minutes to acknowledge us know he'll be right over because the register or something was not working. On our way to being seated coming around the corner, it smelled soooo TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE ! Secondly, there was a bug in my ranch dressing, zucchini was hard and oily and my green long beans tasted and smelled "SPOILED" !
OMG ... it took us 1 hr and 45 min for the whole dinner. The serving process of the food is way, way tooooooo slow ! Thats why the wait outside is tooooo loooong !
I used a coupon but this is still not worth it !
It was my daughters birthday and she picks Cattle Company every year for her birthday. This year, it was a little disappointing. The waiter was overwhelmed with a big party, relied on the bus boy to help. However, the bus boy kept mixing up the order. Which was obviously frustrating the waiter. Sadly, no happy birthday singing for my daughter. Not that she was looking forward to it, but being that it was a traditional birthday celebration of her choice. I was a little disappointed. She has many favorite restaurants, but chose Cattle Company for the past 4 years. The waiter did give my daughter her favorite cookie with ice cream for her birthday, but it was very cold. Happy Birthday and walk away. We will still come back, and hope that we're seated in a better location.
