Great food and service. Nice atmosphere.
Had a great time celebrating my friends birthday, great service, good food. Good value. Worth it.
Went for my Birthday. First time dining here. The food was delicious. However, they forgot to give us our shrimp cocktail appetizer. We were charged for it and brought it to our server's attention. They removed it from our bill and gave us a discount, Thank You. Wasn't till we reached home, we realized my husband wasn't served his garden salad which was a sidekick with his meal. I guess in relishing in the tasty appetizers we didn't realize they forgot the salad, oops our bad. The wait between appetizers and our meal was a bit long but we figured as much, since we wanted our steaks extra, extra, extra, extra well done. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our reservation time was on spot, no waiting past our reservation time. And the food was OUTSTANDING. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to others.
Service was always good, although, I almost felt like they were short staffed that night. It's always a line for tables but we had reservations. Food was good. My wife and I enjoy eating at Cattle Company and like the new appetizer of spicy cauliflower.
The food and service was great. Our server on top of everything.
We had the 2 for $64 or was it $68 ... anyway, it was a full meal.
Had to bring the dessert home. It was out 50th wedding anniversary
and our server gave us a huge chocolate chip cookie .. I mean huge
and fresh out of the oven topped with a scoop of ice cream. YUM!!!
Service was excellent, food was very satisfactory.
Would definitely go again
My wife and I made a reservation for 6pm on a Friday night. We arrived about 15 minutes early and waited maybe 2 minutes before a table was ready for us. We thought we were going to have to wait until 6pm.
Dairy (I'm pretty sure I'm spelling her name wrong) was a friendly attentive and well trained server. She let us know she was new, but she served us like an experienced food server. We used to manage a restaurant in CA about 20 years ago. If we were still in the restaurant business, we would want servers like Dairy on our team.
She's a keeper!
waiter was very cordial; very informative of menu
The Campfire deal with the Value Pack coupon makes us come back again and again. I always order the Prime Rib and I always leave content. The Sparkling Pomegranate Lemonade is very good, wish the refills were free. I have made complaints in Outback and Ruth Chris but I've never had a problem in Cattle Company. Highly recommend.
Great fresh salad, steak prepared correctly. Excellent service.
We love the food and the reasonable prices. We always get the campfire feast because it's such a great deal. You will not leave hungry.
Always a treat when we eat here
Service and staff were very responsive and helpful. We had reservations for 6:45pm but weren’t seating till after 7:10pm. Not sure why since the service was incredibly fast!
Food still good as I remember led it!
Excellent service. Steak/Lobster/Fried shrimp(upgraded to Ribeye). $30. Steak was tasty, but expected lobster to be a little larger than 3.5 inches. 5 pieces of fried shrimp (about an inch) was ok.
The drinks were watered down, couldn't taste alcohol. We ordered the special, steak, shrimp and lobster tail. Asked for upgrade from sirloin steak to filet mignon. Got the overcooked sirloin instead and a tasteless lobster tail. Lobster tail also overcooked and hard. Worse meal I ever had at the Cattle Company. Don't want to go back.
Service was slow. Soup arrived to table cold. Bread arrived late to table. Had to wait for dessert to be baked.
It was excellent!!! Our waiter was very informative and efficient.
we should have telephone reservation. seniors do not know how to made reservation on line. please consider this for the elderly. thank you so much
The girls in our group enjoyed their shrimp combinations and had a nice birthday lunch...
My steak sandwich however, was fatty, and very greasy, and somewhat challenging to chew.. I could taste onion fillers in spaces between meat pieces ... confirmed looking inside.. I won't order that again...
I should have ordered their steak soup, which is excellent!
Relaxing, great service, love the menu and 2-classic sidekicks to select. Desserts are awesome. Plus make good use of coupons in newspaper.
Always a great experience. Great food for a great price. Awesome service!
Malia was a great waitress; good service. Restaurant could have a fresher smell.
Cattle Co. is always my No. 1 choice. Great service, great food, we're never rushed, quiet atmosphere and just perfect.
Excellent service and an excellent deal. Server was very friendly, and when he showed him the food coupon we had, he was very familiar with it and assisted us with excellent recommendations. High qulaity food and service at a great price, especially for Hawaii!
Server was only attentive to one of four individuals in dinner party. Bus boy refilled glass of Sierra Mist soda with water. Dessert menu offered, presented to only one person, and dessert ordered. Server never looked at other three individuals and never asked if they wanted anything, just walked away! Service was lackluster from order to tab at end of evening, and entrees took extra long time to arrive at table.
Lunch are usually outstanding but the grilled salmon on a recent visit was charred and overcooked. Could have been a new chef? Service was great.
Worst experience of my life. We made a reservation for 7:30 and didn't get sat until 8pm. Our server never took our drink order and just gave us water. He also asked just for our appetizer order, refused to let us place our whole order, and it took him almost an hour to show up again and take our ACTUAL meal order. Our appetizer was cold and wasn't even right. We never saw him again after that. Upset and angry, we went to the desk and asked that our food be boxed up so we could just leave. It took twenty minutes for staff to track down our waiter so we could get our check and leave. But the fun doesn't stop there - he also gave us the wrong check and forgot to add in our coupon. I left the money on the table and just walked out. The place wasn't even busy - it was a Monday night and half of the tables were empty. I refuse to ever go back.
Samson did a great job. He shared he was just hired but he absolutely met our dining needs.
Met our expectations as usual.
Our waiter was Ed and our busboy was Adrian. They were outstanding in customer service! Thank you
Restaurant was extremely busy and we waited almost 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Service was slow, some items on the menu were not available when ordered. Molasses bread was served near the end of our meal, the steak soup was not ready until the end of the main meal. Requested a chocolate dessert to take home, instead got a carrot cake. Food was good but servers were stressed because food items were delayed from the kitchen.
Very pleasant dinning experience. However, squeezing 6 adults into a booth was not very comfortable.
wife and I entertained three out of town guests and they all appreciated food, ambiance and service
We come here alot since we live close by. You can't beat the value and we have never been disappointed in the quality and flavor of their food. The staff too have always been friendly and their service spot on!
My only complaint is that they underestimated the wait time but our time was definitely enjoyable. To their credit they were packed when we got there, so underestimating the weight time could easily have happened.
This Restaurant is extremely busy. I think it is because of location and they have coupon specials. However, the steaks are subpar and I can do way better at home. It is so crowded that the employees lack enthusiasm. The place needs a good cleaning because it smells of old grease and spilled Liquor. The locals will continue to come because it’s in the area and the deals help. However, when I decide to go out and spend a pretty some of money, I expect more than what I can get at home.
Unless you have a coupon for campfire feast, the prices for their meals have gone way up. $40 for a bone-in rib eye. Crazy!! In fact, you can't buy a steak meal here for less than $23 and that is for the cheaper cuts. Better cuts are around the $30 range. By the time you add any extras including drinks it will cost over $100 for a party of two. This used to be the affordable place for my kids (family of 6) when we would go out for a night to dine as a family. There is no way a family can do that now without putting a dent in the pocketbook.
Our waiter was excellent. He frequently checked to make sure everything was good and drinks always filled. Food is always great here.
Had 6 pm reservations and seated timely; great value with coupon; steak and prime rib served as ordered; food served withour feeling rushed through dinner; server pleasant, attentive, and personable.
Cattle Company never fails - especially with their coupons. Enjoyed the Pink Pomegranate Punch. Shrimp Cocktail was really good. ice cold, cooked firm but not hard, great cocktail sauce.Husband discovered their BBQ Ribs - they were awesome and plentiful! Their Ribeye is great, too but I think I'll stick with the prime rib next time. Dessert was the Big Mountain Chocolate Fudge Cake with vanilla ice cream. Big enough for two to four depending upon how much room you still have after the appetizer and entrees! Cake is so moist!
This is a 'go to' place for nice dining in Aiea.
This time it wasn't as crowded so service was pretty quick.
