Cattle Company Steakhouse - Pearl City Ratings and Reviews
It was a great lunch experience. The food was good. The reservation was on file, we had a great seat. The service was outstanding, drinks were fillled often and the food was quickly delivered to the table. We had a great experience and look forward to returning in the near future.
Place was good..celebrated a birthday here, put a special request that we are celebrating a birthday, however no note was passed to the server and honestly their birthday presentation wasn't great. Mahalo for the cookie and ice cream but the servers rushed to give it, sang so quick I missed recording and just left immediately so I didn't get a chance to even place a good video of the service.
Overall the food is good, but we won't be going here for birthdays..just to eat. I appreciate the waitress at the door when I informed her of the birthday celebration, she immediately told my server though..but I wanted it to be a sort of surprise and he told the birthday boy that his birthday cookie is coming, which bummed me out. But no worries..still had an ok time. The booths are nice and felt you can get more privacy..parking isn't so great however because it's in a small plaza.
Sunday nights are busy so beware that you'll be delayed up to 30 min, with or without an open table reservation. This has not been the first time so we were prepared for this to happen.
We used a coupon for a feast special and got a lot of food for $49.99. Appetizer, 2 main meat dishes, 4 side dishes and a dessert! Our server did not dissapoint and the chef prepared our meats appropriately.
We were seated 25 minutes past our reservation time. It took another 20 minutes for drinks. We received our food 1 hour after we were seated so we took it to go. Manager did give us a free appetizer for the long wait. This is Black Angus on the mainland which we frequent often but this was the worse service ever, host was very rude.
Our server was attentive and pleasant. The food was good as was the service. The only two disappointments were that my meal came last and it was not hot. It was taken back to be re-heated. Secondly, while each diner was asked if they wanted the side onions and mushroom, it wasn't worth the $4 and came in a little condiment size dish that you would expect your horseradish to be served in. It became mushy when it was micro-waved with the rest of the plate. They should have pan-fried a fresh batch.
This was an expensive lunch - even with coupons. Food didn’t come out together. Took our server - who had 3 tables - a long time to get anything - refills, tableware, to go boxes, the check. My husband finally stuck his head in the kitchen doorway and asked him to help us. I was embarrassed. Not worth the drive or the $100. Would not recommend - my daughter said our steaks at home were better, although the house steak sauce was really good.
Food was good but our waiter was very slow, took 15 min for water, then 20 more min for my drink then another 20 for the food to arrive, my husband hadn’t even gotten his salad yet, so he sent back the sfeak and told them he wanted his salad. 😖We would go back again but with a different waiter.
The waiter did give me a large cookie & ice cream for my birthday 😀
How amazing it is just to come in with lots of happy faces to see especially Terri our favorite waitress and our great management Daniel & D love them all. I would recommend every one to go all the time
Family & friends and especially lovers 💕 to enjoy it
Peace and love to you cattle company from Vanessa
Feels very cozy and Comfortable with a casual laid back vibe. We were sat very quickly. I would suggest making a reservation since they get busy. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was good. Portions were a little small for the price. The ribeye steak was good but nothing special. Wish there was more of a sear on the steak but that's just me. All in all I'd come back.
Service was excellent! Our waiter, Alvin, was attentive and courteous. We didn't realize that we were there so long...seated at 6:30pm and we left at 10:45pm. The restaurant closes at 10:00pm but we were not rushed out or asked to leave. When leaving, we saw the staff cleaning the rest of the restaurant (away from our table)...so considerate.
The food was as expected, very good. We enjoyed the Camp Fire Feast with crispy zucchini, rib eye steak (cooked perfectly), baked potato and green beans along with a chocolate tart.
It was a girlz night out and we will definitely be back.
Thank You Stuart Anderson's Pearl City for an Excellent Dining Experience~
Favorite neighborhood steakhouse but was a little disappointed in the sides...paid extra for asparagus which was inedible. Burnt at the tips and hard and woody at the other. Terrible. Just get the regular sides. But Trio meal of steak, lobster, and fried shrimp for $21.99 was a good deal.
Well our waiter was so rushing the steak we ordered was not the size the waiter was.so rushing to the tables the server that was picking up the dishes was so patient and kind why did they change the size of the lobster very disappointed I don't know that I'll go back
I must commend the staff, from busboy to servers to manager. We eat at Cattle Company very often and have always had a great experience. However, this time, we had a problem with our server, Sunshine. When we told someone about it, they immediately went into action to correct the problem. Because of this one incident, our overall experience was not as good as in the past, but the rest of the staff more than made up for it! Thank you, staff!!!
