Lobster Mac & Cheese

Food was delicious. I definitely recommend sitting outside.
Ambience, service and cocktails amazing. Food not great this time. And still the way to order everything at the same time do not give us the chance to think after. Not good as it used to be
Catch serves wonderful seafood that is prepared to perfection and served by a professional and efficient staff. BUT the restaurant caters to a younger crowd that is so loud that it is impossible to carry on a conversation without shouting.
The hostess was rude
We loved the outside tables and the food was very good (although portions were quite small for the prices). The hostess on the 2nd floor was so nice and made us feel welcome. Our complaint was that the service on the rooftop was not good — I had to ask four times, to three different people who came to our table, for lemon for our water, before we received any. We then had to ask three more times for water refills before we received a refill. We would ask someone, they would say yes of course, and then we would not see them again. Overall we felt ignored by the server.
Always a great time, wish I remembered the name of our server, she was such a sweet heart!
I like catch but it's expensive, and frankly, overpriced. I still think it's worth going as long as you know you're gonna shell out money for the meal. It's very loud and vibrant, if that's your scene and you got the cash, I recommend. Otherwise, stay away.
So great. My boyfriend had an amazing birthday. Always a good time at catch
Like many restaurants, think Catch is scaling back up their wait staff with lots of trainees and as result the service wasn’t great. Had to wait 15+ minutes after being seated to get service, 20+ minutes for drinks to be delivered, similar for food. Food overall was good though and waiter who was training people though busy was trying very hard to take care of us.
I went for my birthday, it was the perfect setting and atmosphere to usher in my 51st. Birthday.
La gerente amanda es la mejor un exelente servicio
A superb establishment - would recommend 10 times out of 10
Food was good. Portions were small but prices were high.
So excited to share Catch with my nieces visiting from San Francisco. One had just graduated college. Despite a 9:15p reservation - we felt mostly ignored by our waiter. I had to flag him down several times. His customer service was subpar at best. We would have loved a 2nd round of cocktails but couldn’t find him at that point. Rolls and fillet skewers were delicious but Octopus was bland. The entire evening would have been a complete 5 star if Frank had just spent a little time with his table. We are an easy going group that enjoyed a wonderful meal and beautiful rooftop. Perhaps if we return - I’ll make sure it’s Frank’s evening off.
The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing. The vibe was awesome!
Waited 45 mins to be seated . Then was seated under a speaker where I can’t even talk to my date. We asked to be moved . The gurl was sassy about our complaint saying “people come here for the vibe loud vibe” I said No not to sit under a speaker. They moved us upstairs it was hot and poor kitchen ventilation. We got up and left. Very disappointed.
Great occasion restaurant for large groups, good but pricey food and lovely ambience. Great for people watching.
catch NY is part of the re-opening city! they doing amazing job and keep NYC to comeback stronger.!! keep the hard work and thanks to all team!
We were offered to order the ricotta beignets, so we did. Then we were told there were none. It was such a let down. Good service despite that.
The food is overpriced for such a small portion. We had the lobster and cabbage it was salty and too much lemon juice. We had that and was still hungry after we were done.
The food was really amazing. I had grilled octopus and branzino and they were really good!
Had a 6:30 reservation. At 7:40 we were still waiting on appetizers. So frustrated I just walked out. Around 7:15 a manager came over and said it was a mix up with out tickets ( as everyone else around us were getting their apps and actual food) and it would be right out and taken off the bill. At 7:40 still waiting on the rest of our appetizers and left. I love the food here but yesterday the service was horrible. Waitress did not even ask did we want any more water or any drinks. We were sitting frustrated and hungry.
Food and service was great. Went here for an anniversary. Expensive for sure, you’ll spend easily $250+ for 2 people.
The food and service was amazing. Cheryl was an awesome server.
Good menu and great service. A bit noisy with the low ceiling but not painful. Great place for brunch in Meatpacking District
The terrace might be nice, idk i was never able to see it. the room is loud, the food was ok but nothing great esp at the price point. drinks: same.
Love it there
Our server was amazing helping us pick out our dishes! The food was outstanding and every drink we had was delicious, along with good music to boost up the mood.
wonderful treatment by front of house staff; requested specific seating for a first time guest accompanying me, and they happily obliged. excellent as always; will continue to bring guests in! love Catch NYC.
The food was superb however the service was lacking and it was abnormally loud
Incredible brunch and drinks on the rooftop
Cool place not classy
Food was outstanding and Raven was superb!! Raven helped make the night special as we celebrated by GF birthday. So much fun.
Fabulous dishes, outdoor seating was beautiful, fantastic service, we were very well taken care of and celebrated for our anniversary ❤️ will definitely come back
I took out of town guests here. One of them is a pescatarian who adores sushi/sashimi and has very high standards. He said it was the best sashimi he has ever had in his ENTIRE life! And I wholeheartedly agree! Everything we ate was creative, perfectly prepared and the flavors were meticulously well-balanced!!!! Amazing cocktails and dessert as well. Our server was an absolute JOY! She was extremely knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations, was fun and made us feel relaxed, comfortable and welcome. This experience made me look like a rockstar in front of my friends. Overall a GREAT evening!!
Really wonderful food. Service was great except for a bit of coldness from the greeter and front desk staff, but otherwise, top notch!
Typical NYC prices (not cheap!), but absolutely delicious food, fabulous cocktail menu, and attentive service. And the roof seating is delightful! A great spot to take friends visiting from out of town. Highly recommend it!
Great salad and omelette and beautiful rooftop setting…
