A superb establishment - would recommend 10 times out of 10
Food was good. Portions were small but prices were high.
The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing. The vibe was awesome!
Waited 45 mins to be seated . Then was seated under a speaker where I can’t even talk to my date. We asked to be moved . The gurl was sassy about our complaint saying “people come here for the vibe loud vibe” I said No not to sit under a speaker. They moved us upstairs it was hot and poor kitchen ventilation. We got up and left. Very disappointed.
Great occasion restaurant for large groups, good but pricey food and lovely ambience. Great for people watching.
catch NY is part of the re-opening city! they doing amazing job and keep NYC to comeback stronger.!! keep the hard work and thanks to all team!
We were offered to order the ricotta beignets, so we did. Then we were told there were none. It was such a let down. Good service despite that.
The food is overpriced for such a small portion. We had the lobster and cabbage it was salty and too much lemon juice. We had that and was still hungry after we were done.
The food was really amazing. I had grilled octopus and branzino and they were really good!
Had a 6:30 reservation. At 7:40 we were still waiting on appetizers. So frustrated I just walked out. Around 7:15 a manager came over and said it was a mix up with out tickets ( as everyone else around us were getting their apps and actual food) and it would be right out and taken off the bill. At 7:40 still waiting on the rest of our appetizers and left. I love the food here but yesterday the service was horrible. Waitress did not even ask did we want any more water or any drinks. We were sitting frustrated and hungry.
Food and service was great. Went here for an anniversary. Expensive for sure, you’ll spend easily $250+ for 2 people.
The food and service was amazing. Cheryl was an awesome server.
Good menu and great service. A bit noisy with the low ceiling but not painful. Great place for brunch in Meatpacking District
The terrace might be nice, idk i was never able to see it. the room is loud, the food was ok but nothing great esp at the price point. drinks: same.
Love it there
Our server was amazing helping us pick out our dishes! The food was outstanding and every drink we had was delicious, along with good music to boost up the mood.
wonderful treatment by front of house staff; requested specific seating for a first time guest accompanying me, and they happily obliged. excellent as always; will continue to bring guests in! love Catch NYC.
The food was superb however the service was lacking and it was abnormally loud
Incredible brunch and drinks on the rooftop
Cool place not classy
Food was outstanding and Raven was superb!! Raven helped make the night special as we celebrated by GF birthday. So much fun.
Fabulous dishes, outdoor seating was beautiful, fantastic service, we were very well taken care of and celebrated for our anniversary ❤️ will definitely come back
I took out of town guests here. One of them is a pescatarian who adores sushi/sashimi and has very high standards. He said it was the best sashimi he has ever had in his ENTIRE life! And I wholeheartedly agree! Everything we ate was creative, perfectly prepared and the flavors were meticulously well-balanced!!!! Amazing cocktails and dessert as well. Our server was an absolute JOY! She was extremely knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations, was fun and made us feel relaxed, comfortable and welcome. This experience made me look like a rockstar in front of my friends. Overall a GREAT evening!!
Really wonderful food. Service was great except for a bit of coldness from the greeter and front desk staff, but otherwise, top notch!
Typical NYC prices (not cheap!), but absolutely delicious food, fabulous cocktail menu, and attentive service. And the roof seating is delightful! A great spot to take friends visiting from out of town. Highly recommend it!
Great salad and omelette and beautiful rooftop setting…
Waited 30 min past my reservation time but after that it was good. Food was good nice to be back.
It’s become a chain
I love it here and food was amazing despite tiny portions but we had a 7:30 res and were sat at 8:30. I know it’s a popular place but they should figure that out.
Loved the entire experience. Excellent food, service and ambiance .
ONE OF A KIND EXPERIENCE
We made a reservation, it took almost an hour to accommodate us. They have a policy with a table spend limit and I don’t get why they don’t have the capacity to facilitate a smooth experience.
The food was average and to be super honest the service was pretty poor. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Great food, good vibes
My boyfriend and I ate at Catch last night for our Anniversary - we had our first date there last February and enjoyed everything. However, last night - it seems as though they cut the food portion sizes without lowering the price. The cold crab appetizer was a single 4" crab leg (for $26). The mushroom spaghetti barely filled up the bottom of a standard bowl (for $29). I don't mind spending money on quality food and service, but when you're paying absurd prices for literally no food, it's simply unreasonable.
When I asked to speak to the Manager, he barely had time for us and just explained "That's how it is." What a disgrace.
I'll never go back to Catch again.
I've been to Catch before and I was a little disappointed this time around. The service was ok and my order got messed up after letting the waiter know of an allergy ahead of time.
Fabulous food and cocktails! We shared several small plates, each one better than the next. Can’t wait to return!
The doorman made me feel like a VIP. The hostesses were very professional and very beautiful, they all looked like models. The service was a little shaky because our waiter (waitress? Not sure what to say these days 🤷🏾♂️) was in training, but she was a sweetheart. The quality of the food was top notch, and everything was delicious. The prices hurt my heart, but it was my daughter’s birthday so the sky’s the limit! Overall great place, and a fantastic experience. I’d recommend it for a special occasion.
We did not like that we had to wait 40min to be seated. The place was overbooked..
