The waiter forgot the drinks, don’t advise that the food has a lot of pepper, and give us a wrong water, I found a string in mine Food, we really had a lot of problems
Un lugar espectacular y muy agradable el ambiente tremendo servicio y la comida súper exquisita se los recomiendo, gracias por ese gran servicio
Highly recommended, price point perfect. Do not leave without tasting "Hit me" dessert, outstanding!
Had the chicken sandwich which was terrible -all bread and too much breading on chkn. guest had grilled branzino - very good but small portion and no side for $34 - not worth it!
This is a very cool place, but, we had reservation to 20:30. We got our table at 22:30!
That’s way too much. The nice ladies at the front desk told us “sorry, we’re a little behind…. couple more minutes…”
The food is good and our waiter was very nice….
We had reservation at 8:15 and they give us the table at 9:15
Waited 40 minutes to get seated. Terrible service. The food is average at best.
Our waiter Alex was phenomenal
Great food and ambiance. Wait for table was uncomfortable, too many people waiting.
I eat here often and we had an awful experience with the waitress. She acted as if we were bothering her when we wanted to place our order. Spoke to the manager and he did nothing about it. We still left a generous tip regardless of the poor service but was really mind blown how someone in the service industry could be so disgusting to polite, easy going customers
We made reservation at 8:15 pm and we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated (8:45). The music was soooo loud. Food was very good and service was ok.
The food came out so quickly between courses you really couldnt enjoy the experience. For the money you would hope to be able to pause a bit
Prices were nuts and portions microscopic. But the taste was delicious.
The quality of the food is poor, nice presentation but not quality products. .
The service is good but you need more staff
Hostess made us wait 30 mins after our reservation, pushing us to buy drinks at the bar, waiter mis-placed our order three times, but the chocolate cake was good!
Expensive, cool vibe, wish we could stop supporting places like this. But we want to catch the best vibes.
Even though they confirmed 2 hours before arrival that we would eat outside, outdoor area was closed when we arrived. Staff were all very self-impressed. And had no empathy that we aren’t comfortable eating inside. We reluctantly stayed as it was my husbands special birthday. This had been noted snd confirmed in the reservation. In fact, the restaurant said no need to say any about the birthday when you come, we have all the info in the reservation. Needless to say, when the dessert arrived, nothing about the birthday. When I said it was supposed to be fir my husbands birthday, they took the cake back and brought it back and placed in front of me, not him and hurried away. Not sure why the restaurant gets all the hype. We were very underwhelmed, especiallywith the icy service.
Me encanto es unos de mis ligares favoritos!
The food was fantastic. Sushi was very fresh! The waiter was very helpful and friendly.
He had reservations and the receptionist did you see us until all to about 45 minutes later and put people in front of us.
I made a reservation at 7pm on a Sunday evening for 3 people and showed up at 7pm. Even thought there were at least 8 tables available when we arrived, we waited for 45 mins.
What I was excepted from a very known place like that. I was there before COVID, and it was great. The food this time was pretty ok, nothing to write home about. Yet it was expensive. When you get the check they give you ridiculous options for tipping, not that you get an extra ordinary one.
Food was excellent as usual! It was not as busy, went for brunch
One of my favorite restaurants in New York City! Great atmosphere, service and food!
Actually awful. Went for a 10:30p reservation, had to wait 40 mins to get seated. We went at 10:30 to be done in time to go up to the rooftop, since we were seated 40 mins late, we got denied entry upstairs. Also, the food I ordered never came. Not worth the hype at all.
thank you for a great evening
Hostess was beyond rude. Waitstaff was great. Food amazing.
Waited 45 min for table
Our favorite meal in NYC
We had a 630pm reservation and didn't get seated till 715pm. Not very efficient process and hostess gave every excuse in the book. Never the truth.
The food was good but it was a bit crowded and took a little while to get a table. A little pricey for what some of the dishes are. I'd say go at least once just for the experience.
Disappointed with their changed menu but food was good. We had a fabulous server as well !!
Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Service was very good, but didn’t appreciate main course coming out so fast after appetizers. Also did not like having plates cleared from table without asking if we were done. Felt somewhat rushed.
We arrived a half hour before our reservation and went to the bar to wait for our table to become available. The hostess said she would text us when it was ready. We waited a full hour to be seated, never receiving a text, and checking in with the hostess several times. She apologized for the delay when were finally seated, but offered nothing to us for our trouble. Our waiter was great and got our food and drinks out quickly and the food was tasty, but portions were small. We requested bread, but we’re told they don’t provide bread (What??). Dishes and drinks were overpriced, at $20 for a glass of wine and $26 for a hamburger. Overall, while there were some positives, we will not dine here again.
Great scene and great food. Good vibes.
Completely rude and unprofessional
This was my first time at CATCH. I had been to Catch Steak for Mother's Day. We came for my best friend's 28th birthday. It was 5 of us. Overall it was a nice time. Our waiter was okay. I think she was training but she was working with a more experienced waiter also. The staff was very nice we waited like 10 minutes to be seated after we arrived. It was noisy/energetic. It was very dark which was annoying when trying to read the menu. I felt like more lighting should be added to the table. We had drinks. They had the Lychee martini but no Lychee , the actual fruit so that was a bummer. Our food came but they were missing the lobster mac and cheese and the lobster mash potatoes. After about 30 min's we asked about ti and it came out. Lobster mac & cheese was not cheesy enough for me. It was also red which threw me off because I was expecting more cheese and it was more of a red/sweet sauce. Lobster mash was also red but it was really good, came out really hot. Steak fillet skewers were also really good, cooked to perfection. Each order only brings 2 skewer's and they are really small. My favorite part of the night was Dessert. We had the Carnival which features 12 donuts which are round and presented on a wheel. It comes with 3 sauces on the side and the chocolate sauce on the actual wheel. The donuts were divine. Crispy on the outside, lightly coated with sugar, super soft inside, not too sweet but perfect once you add your sauce of choice. The staff that brings out the utensils, clean the table, etc. They were excellent and very attentive.
We loved our night here everything was amazing
Had a reservation for 8 pm but had to wait 40 minutes for table
Place was beyond loud. Couldn’t hear yourself talk.
