   Food is overpriced for quality. Service was only OK. Steak knife that we asked for wasn’t sharp, wasn’t brought out with steak. Quality of kids food was poor. Chicken risotto should have crispy chicken

   Catalina Kitchen had a brunch buffet that was quite expensive and didn't include coffee, juice or a glass of champagne. The meat and seafood were high quality, but the salad and cheese boards seemed thrown together and not quality produce. For the money, it wasn't quite worth it. Add a glass of champagne or juices and upgrade the produce and it would make me come back. The buffet used to be exceptional, pre-pandemic. There were lots of table helpers, but very few servers and we had to wait a long time to be recognized. A few upgrades and it would be great!

   As a guest at Terranea, we spent multiple days eating at this restaurant, and this day was one of the best in terms of service, food, and the professionalism you would come to expect from Terranea. Thank you for addressing our dietary concerns and for the consummate service. It made our last day at the resort a memorable one.

   Very disappointing. After 4 visits here, I can confirm that the service is bad and the food is meh and very overpriced. I wrote off the first 2 experiences as maybe they are busy or it’s a bad day, but I waited over 15 minutes and had to ask for a server to get a glass of water. The food is not good and very expensive - $25 chicken salad sandwich that was worst than a bodega, etc. Next time I’ll eat off property.

   We dined at this restaurant because of our prior experiences that have always been stellar and professional. Today, was an off day, I suppose. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on croissant with sweet potato fries on the side. What I received was a thinly spread of chicken salad melt with regular fries. When I inquired with our server, Elly, about the mishap, she said they ran out of croissants and walked away.

    As a frequent guest at this restaurant, I am happy with the service this particular evening. Miles, our server, was a consummate professional and made sure we were taken care of and that our meal was to our liking. Any concern we had was met with professionalism. Thank you, Miles.
