Castelli's Ratings and Reviews
One of the better Italian restaurants I have eaten at in a very long time. Service professional. Friendly. Menu lots of choices. The meals we had were very , very good. House pasta was to die for. Drinks were right on the money. Would recommend to everyone!!
Will return next time we are in Palm Desert area.
Exceptional Osso Buco and 18 oz veal chop Order the Caesar salad with extra anchovies - so delicious.
You can't go wrong with a lemon sorbet with a shot of Limoncello poured over instead of birthday cake!
The service is outstanding - you'd think we were regulars.
We come to the Desert a few times a year. We would never miss a trip down without at least one dinner at Castelli's. It's like a throw back to the brat pack day of dining. (And we are in our 50's) Great ambiance, super service, and food is amazing. Every time we come it is a perfect dining experience for us.
I was extremely disappointed with our server’s attitude. I ordered a Caesar salad was very disappointing. When I sent it back I received no acknowledgment of the poor quality of the salad and no apology from the waiter. Quite frankly, I was more annoyed at the attitude of the waiter than the dreadful quality of the salad. The entree was excellent.
Mixed reviews from my husband and me. He liked it and would go back. I was unimpressed with the food but had excellent service and a great martini. Caesar salad was dry and uninteresting. Side pasta was dry and bland. Pork chops were excellent and a generous portion that we split. Great garlic bread!!! And a table of six had trouble having conversations. Miguel and Sergio were great!
