   We love Cassariano! It never lets us down. Food quality is always good, and while it can be a little loud at times, the ambiance feels like a popular cafe in Italy. The Duck Breast risotto, Salmon, and Veal Scallopini are favorites dishes in my family. Thank goodness reservations are available as the popularity of this restaurant has certainly increased over the last couple years.

   Stuffed pork chop special was fantastic! Flavors and presentation were 1st rate!

   We had a very nice dinner and experience at Cassariano last night. Food and service were excellent. Malissa was awesome and Joe the GM came by the table asking our opinion of our dinner. Very inviting and friendly. Highly recommend.

   The food was very good, not outstanding as in I can’t wait to go back, but would definitely go again. It was a little rushed, almost over-attentive. We ordered a cocktail and had literally taken one sip and the appetizer was there. Same with dinner. Same with dessert. We had asked to place the appetizer order and then the dinner order afterwards to prevent both from coming too close together and it was not allowed because the kitchen only wants one ticket per table with the entire order in it. We had a 5pm Rez, arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately, and even with also ordering dessert, we were home at 6:00 on the dot. We live off Jacaranda near I-75!! We’d return if we wanted a quick bite while downtown, but not for a nice Saturday night dinner where other fine dining restaurants generally plan on 1-1/2 hrs per Rez.

   Liz was our waitress and we requested her. She knows the menu inside and out and answers all questions well. She can help you decide between all the tempting menu options, down to the size of salads by cup measurement. And she is a joyous person! The food is creative, delicious and ample sized. The restaurant was a bit loud, but we appreciate the energy.

   Great place for lunch/dinner. Food fantastic, waiter today so/so, seemed per-occupied (forgot our cocktails unit remined after meal was already served). Hard to get reservations, had to take a table outside on the sidewalk (not a fan of eating with passing vehicles).

    The food was excellent. The waitress was a joke we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for her to come to our table. Finally she came with water then asked if you wanted drinks. Finally takes our order and that was the last we saw her until we were done and giving us the check. Never check to see how everything was, want another drink. Her helper bought us bread and the meal. The place was not busy at all and another group was seated after us and their waitress was over there in not time. They had drinks before us.
